Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of the style of democratic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance mediated by organizational culture. The research approach used is the survey method. Data collection is done using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of the study was as many as 26 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital staff except the director (director) because the population was relatively small so that all the population were made respondents. The analytical tool used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership styles have a significant influence on organizational culture, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus the organizational culture mediates the influence of democratic leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of organizational change on employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable at the UPTP Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The approach of this research is a survey with explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out using survey methods through questionnaires and interviews. The study population was 62 employees at the UPTP Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. Because the population in this study is relatively small, all populations in the study are made as respondents. The analytical equipment used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the effect of organizational change had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture; organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; organizational change has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture can mediate well between organizational change variables and employee performance.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. To find out and analyze the effect of supervision and work motivation on work discipline, and see the mediating role of work discipline. This research was conducted at the Institute for Special Child Development Institution Class II Kendari. The population in this study amounted to 46 staff employees, sampling using census techniques with a total sample of 46 people. Research data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the higher level of supervision conducted will be able to improve work discipline and employee performance. Likewise, the higher work motivation of employees will lead to increased work discipline and employee performance.
