Abstract

Kepuasan belajar mahasiswa menjadi salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan di sebuah institusi. Kepuasan belajar juga merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memprediksi hasil belajar. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan kepuasan belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran keterampilan klinik, perlu bagi institusi pendidikan untuk memberikan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Metode yang ditawarkan adalah Online peer-assisted learning. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepuasan belajar pemeriksaan fisik thorak sebelum dan setelah diterapkan metode Online peer assisted learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasy Experimental, dengan pendekatan post-test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan tahun kedua STIKes Surya Global sebanyak 140 mahasiswa. Jumlah responden 70 diambil dengan tekhnik simple random sampling menjadi kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Kelompok intervensi diberikan model pembelajaran Peer-assisted learning (PAL) dengan bantuan teknologi video call dalam whatsapp. Kelompok kontrol dengan model pembelajaran Peer-assisted learning face to face seperti yang selama ini dilakukan. Instrumen kepuasan belajar dalam penelitian ini diadopsi dari penelitian Cohen dan Baruth. Analisis data menggunakan uji independet t test untuk membandingkan rata-rata nilai posttest kepuasan belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat peningkatan kepuasan belajar secara signifikan dengan nilai p value 0.001. Rerata nilai kepuasan belajar metode Online Peer Asisted Learning (OPAL 41,65 (SD = 2,85), dan nilai rerata kepuasan belajar dengan metode Peer Asisted Learning (PAL) 39,05 (SD =3,10). Metode Online peer assisted learning (OPAL) terbukti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan belajar keterampilan pemeriksaan fisik thorak pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Student learning satisfaction is one of the benchmarks for the success of the education system implemented in an institution. Learning satisfaction is also one of the factors that can predict learning outcomes. In an effort to increase student learning satisfaction in clinical skills learning, it is necessary for educational institutions to provide technology-based learning innovations. The method offered is online peer-assisted learning. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in learning satisfaction in the physical examination of Thorax before and after the online peer assisted learning method was applied. This study used a Quasy Experimental design, with a post-test control group design approach. The population of this study were 140 students of the second year of STIKes Surya Global nursing students. Respondents 70 were taken by simple random sampling technique into the control and intervention groups. The intervention group was given a Peer-assisted learning (PAL) learning model with the help of video call technology in WhatsApp. The control group uses the face-to-face peer-assisted learning model as has been done so far. The learning satisfaction instrument in this study was adopted from Cohen and Baruth's research. The data analysis used the independent t test to compare the average posttest scores for learning satisfaction. The analysis showed that there was a significant increase in learning satisfaction with a p value of 0.001. The mean value of learning satisfaction with the Online Peer Asisted Learning method (OPAL 41.65 (SD = 2.85), and the average value of learning satisfaction with the Peer Asisted Learning (PAL) method is 39.05 (SD = 3.10). Online peer assisted method Learning (OPAL) is proven to have a significant effect on the learning satisfaction of Thoracic physical examination skills in nursing students.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Nyeri haid/dismenorea masih menjadi permasalahan yang banyak dialami remaja putri. Banyak dampak negatif yang diakibatkan karena dismenorea, sehingga perlu adanya suatu intervensi untuk mengatasinya. Magic-cool aromaterapi jeruk masam diduga efektif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri dismenorea pada remaja putri. Tujuan: mengetahui efektifitas magic-cool aromaterapi jeruk masam terhadap nyeri dismenorea pada remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pre-post test design without control. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 20 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah remaja yang mengalami dismenore pada hari pertama atau kedua menstruasi. Pengukuran intensitas nyeri menggunakan kuisioner Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Sebelum pemberian intervensi dilakukan pre-test terlebih dahulu, kemudian diberikan magic-cool aromaterapi jeruk masam yakni dengan meneteskan aromaterapi 2 tetes diaplikasikan pada sapu tangan yang lembab dan dingin yang nantinya akan diusapkan pada wajah, telinga, leher dan tangan sambil dihirup aromanya selama 15 menit. Setelah itu dilakukan  post-test. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% (nilai α=0,05). Hasil: Terdapat penurunan skala nyeri sebelum dan sesudah pemberian magic-cool aromaterapi jeruk masam. Nilai rata-rata skor nyeri dismenorea sebelum pemberian aromaterapi jeruk masam sebesar 6,15, setelah pemberian aromaterapi jeruk masam rata-rata nyeri turun menjadi 4,40 (Δ mean = 1,75). Hasil analisis uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 (nilai p < 0,005), dan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,00 (nilai t tabel = 2,08). Kesimpulan: pemberian magic-cool aromaterapi jeruk masam efektif terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenorea pada remaja.

Abstract

Correlation of Spiritual Behavior with the Level of Adolescent’s Anxiety in the Working Area of Primary Health Care Kasihan I Bantul YogyakartaBackground: Anxiety is a psychological response that arises in every individual. Anxious responses that arise in each individual are influenced by internal and external factors of the individual. Psychological response in the form of anxiety is a response that can have an adaptive or maladaptive effect. Coping mechanisms that arise in adolescents are influenced by one of the deep mental values that is spiritual. Objectives: to analyze the relationship between adolescent spiritual behavior with anxiety levels in adolescents. Methods: We have conducted a non-experimental study with a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted in January-Mey 2020. The number of samples in this study were 57 adolescents in Lemahdadi, Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul. The sampling technique was purposive. The instruments used were the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARs) and the Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire. Kendal tau test was used to analysis test. Results: The majority of adolescent spiritual behavior in the work area of the Kasihan I Health Center are in the good category, namely 49 respondents (86%), the majority of adolescents in the work area of the Kasihan I Health Center do not experience anxiety, which is 51 respondents (89.5%). adolescents who have spiritual behavior in the good category, will tend not to experience anxiety, which is a number of 44 adolescents (77,2%). The better spiritual behavior, the lower the level of anxiety experienced by adolescents (the direction of a negative relationship or inversely related). The p value of the correlation test results using the Chi-Square test of 0.012 (p value <0.05). The correlation coefficient value is -0.456. Conclusion: there is a relationship between adolescent spiritual behavior with anxiety levels experienced by adolescents (p value <0.05).

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of musculoskeletal pain is rising and plays a substantial role in disease and disability worldwide. There have been several previous studies on cupping therapy’s effectiveness in reducing musculoskeletal pain. However, studies that specifically review the literature on cupping points to reduce musculoskeletal pain are lacking.Purpose: This study aimed to identify the anatomical points of cupping therapy for musculoskeletal pain.Methods: A systematic review was employed. PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar were used for the search process. The screening was performed based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Crowe Critical Appraisal Tool (CCAT) was used to measure the quality of the articles. Standardized forms were used to extract essential characteristics from articles, including study design, participant and sample, and results. Data were narratively analyzed for thematic synthesis.Results: From a total of 1,045 articles acquired, eight articles were included in data synthesis. All articles were randomized control trials (RCT) design. Seven regions of cupping points were identified, including upper-middle-lower fibres of the trapezius muscles, the inter-scapular area around the 2-4th vertebrae torachalis, the sacrum area, between the lower vertebrae and the coccyx bone, the 1-5th vertebrae lumbalis, the 3-5th vertebrae lumbalis, knee joint, and lower border of the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra (L2).Conclusion: Seven anatomical points of cupping therapy for musculoskeletal pain were identified by this systematic review based on studies. Single research could not define the whole range of advantages of each point. To support the previously described theories regarding cupping and develop new ones, future novel scientific studies are also required.

Abstract

Quality education process will support the implementation of quality health services, anesthesia nursing education is education in which clinical learning is one of the learning processes. Student readiness is needed to undergo clinical practice so that competence can be achieved. Student readiness is influenced by several factors that can affect the clinical learning process. The general objective of this study was to identify emotional, psychological and knowledge factors related to the clinical practice readiness of anesthesiology nursing students at UNISA Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive analytic study that will be conducted at the University of 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. The sample technique is purposive sampling technique during August 2020 - October 2020. The analysis test that will be used is Kruskal-Wallis Test. The results showed that emotional factors (P = 0.011), psychological factors (P = 0.03) and knowledge (P = 0.04) were factors that influenced students' clinical practice readiness. The conclusion this research is the factors that influence the readiness of students' clinical practice are emotional factors, psychological factors and knowledge factors. Abstract

One of the student learning achievements in the emergency course is being able to carry out basic life support (BLS) procedures. With the development of mobile technology, mobile learning / m-learning is a potential for BLS learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student knowledge about BLS after using an android based application. Respondents in this study were 49 second year Bachelor of Nursing Students, STIKES Surya Global through simple random sampling. The method used to see student knowledge regarding the impact of using Android-based applications, using the onegroup pretest-posttest design pre-experimental approach. The result of this research is that there is an increase in BLS knowledge after using the AndroLifes application, because the benefits of smartphones are for learning and can strengthen knowledge, and smartphones are also proven to increase knowledge, so that it is widely used by students for learning because it contains complete content such as text, images, and audio-videos. It can be concluded that android-based applications can increase knowledge of BLS

Abstract

Kehidupan anak jalanan di lingkungan masyarakat tidak jauh dari berbagai macam kekerasan. Anak jalanan merupakan anak yang paling rentan terhadap kekerasan seksual, terutama anak jalanan dengan jenis kelamin perempuan dan berusia dibawah 18 tahun. Kekerasan seksual seringkali ditemui pada anak jalanan perempuan, baik ketika sedang mencari rezeki di jalanan, maupun di dalam komunitasnya sendiri atau sesama anak jalanan. Dampak kekerasan seksual tidak hanya merusak fisik melainkan merusak psikologis. Dalam penelitian ini upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan yaitu dengan pemberian edukasi menggunakan media video animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media video animasi terhadap sikap tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada anak jalanan di Yayasan Rumah Impian Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pra Eksperimen dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pre Test-Post Test Design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan Simple Random Sampling dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 responden.Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai ρ value 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 maka hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap anak dalam pencegahan kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Kualitas tidur mencerminkan kepuasan seseorang, ditandai dengan ketiadaan kelelahan, gelisah, gejala fisik seperti kelopak mata bengkak dan mata merah, serta gejala mental seperti kurang fokus dan sakit kepala. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas tidur meliputi penyakit, kelelahan, stres, pengaruh obat-obatan, dan zat kimia. Membaca dan mendengarkan Al-Qur'an merupakan terapi non-farmakologis yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh terapi Al-Qur'an (Surah Al-Mulk) terhadap kualitas tidur di pondok pesantren Islam Al-Mukmin Ngruki, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimental yang melibatkan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 117 santriwati kelas 1 mts yang diambil secara acak sebanyak 32 santriwati yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok. Instrument untuk menilai kualitas tidur menggunakan The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh terapi al-qur’an (surah al-mulk) terhadap kualitas tidur di Pondok Pesantren Islam Al-Mukmin Ngruki Sukoharjo Jawa Tengah dengan nilai p<0.001.
