Abstract

As information technology advances, Android is the most popular operating system among the various options for mobile devices. Since Android apps are open source, developers find it easy to build. Android apps are easy for developers to create because of their open source nature. This will complicate the selection of the ideal application. By creating the best application recommendation system, this problem can be solved. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach is one way to overcome the problem of selecting the right application. The weighting method is another name for the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique. Finding the weighted total performance rating for each alternative across all categories is a basic principle of the SAW approach. For this approach to work, X's choice matrix must be normalized to a scale that can be compared with all other available alternative ratings. The findings of this study resulted in a web-based application as the final product. The purpose of using this strategy is to make the calculation process simple and easy. To compile various criteria, weighting criteria, variables, matrices, and ranking values based on the SAW technique formula. from the results of this approximation and the results of each calculation, it is suggested that the option with the highest value is selected as the best application. Abstract

Cellular operators are service products that provide services to users, one of which is cellular operators 3. The use of services by cellular operators has negative and positive ratings, therefore researchers make observations on the use of cellular operators by using sentiment analysis to determine positive or negative values. In the sentiment analysis, the researcher used the naïve Bayes method to draw conclusions from the observed ratings in negative, positive, and neutral forms. Observing this, the researcher conducted an assessment on social networks, namely Twitter. Because on these social networks users can usually express evaluations of whatever they feel like using cellular operators 3. So the results obtained from sentiment assessments can be in the form of tweets such as signal disturbances, internet errors, and regarding good service as a consideration for improving the quality of cellular operators 3. Through this sentiment analysiscan help researchers to easily get a classification of positive, negative and neutral values.Keywords: Cellular Operators, Twitter, Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

In determining the order of model students, it is very difficult because there is no system that helps in making decisions. So that this does not happen, a model is used that can help decision makers to determine superior students according to the criteria set by Islamic boarding schools. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a system it is intended to be a tool for decision makers to improve their skills, but not to influence their judgment. DSS are intended for decisions that require judgment or cannot be supported by algorithms at all.. The process of selecting who is entitled to receive the title of model students and get a scholarship at the Darul Qowaid Islamic Boarding School still experiences problems in the decision-making process. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, as there is currently no objective way to quickly determine scholarship eligibility based on available data.The results of this study are that the application of a decision support system for selecting model students with the AHP method has succeeded in determining the final result or decision result issued by the system. Abstract

Based on statistical data from the Jombang Regency Central Bureau of Statistics, there are quite a large number of persons with disabilities in Jombang Regency, namely 1,720 people. The Jombang Regency Social Service carries out its duties, namely social rehabilitation for people with disabilities in Jombang Regency. For mental disabilities, care and treatment must be efficient and on target so that several criteria are made that are met to determine the level of severe conditions, mild conditions, or moderate conditions. The criteria measured were reading ability, numeracy ability, writing ability, motoric ability, and verbal thinking ability.With the results of this study it is possible to apply the weighted product method in conducting a decision support system to determine the level of the condition of persons with mental disabilities in Jombang. The system can recommend names of people with disabilities who have the highest recovery rate, from the results of manual calculation analysis and system calculations the results are declared valid. Abstract

Soybean is a very important commodity in Indonesia because it usually used as the main daily meal protein source for the Indonesian people. Soybean has various varieties originating from within and outside the country. According to BPS data, soybean consumption increases by around 0.15 million tons per year. Meanwhile, in 2016, the amount of domestic soybean demand exceeded the amount of domestic soybean production, so the government imported it from outside the country. Even though there are 85 data on superior varieties released by Balitkabi, this does not guarantee that soybean production will increase. The decline in soybean production is also related to the constraints of agricultural land in Indonesia which is being massively transformed into residential land or other areas due to the fairly high population growth rate. This research aims to optimize soybean production through accurate selection of superior superb varieties. The method used in this research is a multicriteria decision making method, namely graph theory and matrix approach (GTMA). The results obtained were the 46 best varieties from 85 datasets based on certain criteria. The accuracy of GTMA shows an average of 86.95%. These results show that GTMA is a multi-criteria method that is feasible to implement.Keywords: Soybean; Multicriteria; Graph theory and matrix approach; Decision making   AbstrakKedelai merupakan komoditas yang sangat penting di Indonesia karena biasa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber protein utama harian penduduk Indonesia. Kedelai memiliki beragam varietas yang berasal dari dalam dan luar negeri. Menurut data BPS, konsumsi kedelai meningkat sekitar 0.15 juta ton per tahun. Sedangkan pada tahun 2016, jumlah kebutuhan kedelai dalam negeri melebihi jumlah produksi kedelai dalam negeri sehingga pemerintah melakukan impor. Meskipun ada 85 data varietas unggul yang dirilis oleh Balitkabi tetapi hal tersebut tidak menjamin bahwa produksi kedelai meningkat. Penurunan prooduksi juga berkaitan dengan kendala lahan pertanian di Indonesia yang secara massif bertransformasi menjadi lahan pemukiman atau lainnya karena laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan produksi kedelai melalui ketepatan pemilihan varietas unggul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yakni graph theory and matrix approach (GTMA). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 46 varietas terbaik dari 85 dataset berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Akurasi dari GTMA menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 86.95%. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa GTMA merupakan metode multikriteria yang layak untuk diimplementasikan.Kata kunci: Kedelai; Multikriteria; Graph theory and matrix approach; Pendukung keputusan

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam layanan pengaduan rumah sakit memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pengaduan pasien berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Nahdlatul Ulama (RSNU) Jombang guna meningkatkan responsivitas dan transparansi layanan pengaduan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan observasi, perancangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall, implementasi sistem berbasis web, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengaduan pasien berbasis web mampu mempermudah pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan secara daring dan memantau tindak lanjut pengaduan secara real-time. Dari sisi pengelola, sistem ini membantu petugas dalam mengelola pengaduan secara lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi. Implementasi sistem ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efektivitas pengelolaan pengaduan serta mendukung upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan berbasis digital di lingkungan rumah sakit.

Abstract

The problem of unequal accessibility to public services between subdistricts in Jombang can hinder medium, long-term equitable development. Good accessibility indicates justice and improvements in quality of life in the area. In some subdistricts, school and health facilities are easy to reach, whereas in other areas, mountainous regions or border areas, accessibility is very low. This study aims to map accessibility clusters, analyze the data, and provide recommendations for priority intervention area using DBSCAN. The variables include population density, ratios of health facility, education and administrative facilities per area, geospatial public datasets such as road network density, elevation/slope and rivers. The results show three accessibility clusters (high, medium, and low) with variations in geographical constraints such as hills and major rivers that affect the distribution of services. The visualization shows that low-accessibility areas are generally located in peripheral and mountainous regions, whereas high accessibility is concentrated in the regency center.Keywords: DBSCAN; Spatial clustering; Public service accessibility; Geospatial AbstrakPermasalahan ketimpangan aksesibilitas layanan publik antar kecamatan di Jombang dapat menghambat pemerataan pembangunan jangka menengah dan jangka panjang. Aksesibilitas yang baik mengindikasikan keadilan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup di wilayah tersebut. Di beberapa kecamatan, fasilitas sekolah dan kesehatan mudah dijangkau, sedangkan di daerah lain, pegunungan atau perbatasan, aksesibilitas sangat rendah. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan spasial yang perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan cluster aksesibilitas, menganalisis data hasil dan memberi rekomendasi lokasi prioritas intervensi. Clustering ini menggunakan metode DBSCAN. Variabel mencakup kepadatan penduduk, rasio fasilitas kesehatan, pendidikan, administrasi per wilayah, geospasial public dataset berupa kepadatan jaringan jalan, hambatan seperti elevasi/lereng dan sungai besar. Hasilnya terdapat tiga klaster aksesibilitas, yaitu tinggi, menengah, dan rendah, dengan variasi hambatan geografis seperti perbukitan dan sungai besar yang memengaruhi distribusi layanan. Visualisasi memperlihatkan bahwa daerah aksesibilitas rendah umumnya berada di wilayah pinggiran dan pegunungan, sedangkan aksesibilitas tinggi terkonsentrasi di pusat kabupaten.Kata kunci: DBSCAN; Spasial clustering; Aksesibilitas layanan public; Geospasial

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran Nahwu dalam bahasa Arab sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa karena kompleksitas aturan tata bahasa serta metode pembelajaran yang masih konvensional. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya minat belajar siswa terhadap materi Nahwu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun game edukasi Nahwu berbasis Android sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dengan menerapkan Linear Congruential Method (LCM) untuk pengacakan soal. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) yang meliputi tahap initiation, pre-production, production, testing, dan release. Studi kasus penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas 7 MTs. Miftahun Najah Karanglo Mojowarno Jombang sebagai pengguna aplikasi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Test (UAT) menggunakan skala Likert kepada 17 siswa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan aspek media sebesar 95,29%, aspek materi sebesar 88,19%, dan aspek pengguna sebesar 92,07%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa game edukasi Nahwu berbasis Android yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif bagi siswa MTs. Kata Kunci: Game Edukasi, Nahwu, Android, Linear Congruential Method, Media Pembelajaran   Abstract Learning Nahwu in Arabic is often considered difficult by students due to the complexity of grammar rules and conventional learning methods. This condition leads to low student interest in learning Nahwu material. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based Nahwu educational game as an interactive learning medium by applying the Linear Congruential Method (LCM) for randomizing questions. The system development method used is the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC), which includes the stages of initiation, pre-production, production, testing, and release. The case study was conducted on 7th grade students at MTs. Miftahun Najah Karanglo Mojowarno Jombang as application users. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to test system functionality and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) using a Likert scale on 17 students. The test results showed that all application features worked well. User evaluation showed a media aspect feasibility level of 95.29%, a material aspect  of 88.19%, and a user aspect of 92.07%. These results indicate that the Android-based Nahwu educational game developed is very feasible to use as an interactive learning medium for MTs students. Abstract

The activities aim to improve students’ readiness for the admission test through Android-based coaching integrated into simulation-based learning. Activity implementation focuses on developing simulation-based learning modules aligned with university admission tests, integrating m-learning with a computer-based test with automated grading, and coaching students in the use of the applications for self-study. The participants comprised 16 students and six teachers. The activity results showed a significant increase in student readiness: 11 of 16 students (68.75%) increased their post-training scores, with an average gain of 20.73% relative to pre-test scores. In addition to improving academic achievement, students showed a decrease in anxiety about computer-based exams and an increase in confidence and learning independence. On the other hand, teachers gain greater competence in managing digital evaluations and using learning outcome analytics to improve learning. The main contribution of this activity is the availability of an Android-based CBT ecosystem that is contextual, sustainable, and aligned with the limitations of semi-rural school infrastructure, as well as the strengthening of teachers' and students' capacity to navigate the digital transformation of education. This program demonstrates that the use of students' existing mobile devices can be an effective means of reducing the digital divide and increasing SNBT readiness in the Madrasah environment.

Abstract

PT.Tjiwi Kimia merupakan salah satu pabrik kertas terbesar di Asia, dan dimana setiap akhir tahun mereka melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan, tetapi pihak instansi masih menggunakan cara penilaian manual yang dimana cara tersebut memakan lebih banyak waktu. Tujuan penelitian kali ini membuat sebuah sistem agar pihak instansi tidak perlu melakukan penilaian manual. Untuk penilaian tersebut menggunakan metode Profile Matching yang mana metode tersebut menggunakan beberapa asper-aspek dan kritieria dalam perhitungannya, kemudian diimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem. Untuk hasil akhir, karyawan yang mendapatkan nilai tertinggi itulah karyawan dengan kinerja yang bagus, dan karyawan yang mendapat nilai tertinggi nanti akan diberikan bonus akhir tahun.
