Abstract

System of Recommendation is a model application of a reliable recommendation, ensuring that recommendations are made in accordance with the buyer's needs and facilitating the buyer's acquisition of a sound opinion on the product being considered for purchase as well as observation of buyer's needs and keadaan. Consumers can use the perumahan recommendation system to find a home in a perumahan area of Lampung without first visiting the home to ask questions. By using the forward chaining method, the perumahan recommendation system will use perumahan data and consumer feedback to suggest or provide recommendations for a home. The forward chaining technique is a writing technique that starts with a fact that is understood, then builds on that fact with the IF and IFTHEN conditional statements. The purpose of this study is to develop a system of recommendations that can identify some criteria for homes that are desired to be matched with the types of homes available in this neighborhood. The results of this study are, unsurprisingly, recommendations for a system that allows consumers to specify criteria that are appropriate to receive results for a home that is in a level or building that is appropriate.

Abstract

This research aims to develop gamified learning as a solution to overcome demotivation and enhance higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) among students in learning Ilmu Shorof, one of the branches of linguistics that is often considered difficult and boring. Gamification introduces game elements that can boost students' motivation, engagement, and critical thinking skills. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ASSURE model, which includes six steps: learner analysis, objective formulation, method and media selection, media utilization, learner participation, and evaluation and revision. The developed product was validated by subject matter, media, and language experts. The trial subjects consisted of 50 Arabic Language Education (PBA) students from Hasyim Asy'ari University, with a questionnaire used to measure students' perceptions of the product, particularly in terms of increasing motivation and HOTS. The study resulted in a web-based software called "????? ??????" (Easy Learning of Ilmu Shorof). The product evaluation was based on three main aspects: content, media, and language, with an average score of 93.2, meeting the criteria of "excellent." The questionnaire validity test showed that all items had an r-value greater than the r-table (0.284), indicating they were valid. The reliability test revealed Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.8, indicating "high reliability." The final results confirm that this application significantly improves motivation, HOTS, and ease of use, in line with the development objectives.

Abstract

Abstrack: Digital transformation has revolutionized education, making online learning crucial. Online platforms offer flexibility, but their success hinges on optimal UI/UX. Poor UI/UX design leads to frustration and user abandonment. High-quality UI/UX analysis is increasingly vital for startups, as good design enhances valuation. Sekolahdesain.id, a platform by PT Solusi Desain Bangsa, aims to enhance graphic design skills but faces challenges with inconsistent navigation and visual presentation. This research applies a Design Thinking approach to create innovative and measurable solutions, emphasizing user needs. The goal is to create a user-friendly and effective learning platform, improving both aesthetics and functionality. Research results show a Maze Usability Score of 57 (moderate) for the account registration landing page (5 users), and 71 (moderate) for the redesigned quiz. The average SUS score of 78.85 (Grade B, "Good") for the redesigned Sekolahdesain.id 2025 platform indicates a user-friendly and satisfying system, although further improvements are possible. Platform daring Recommendations for improvement will be further developed.menawarkan fleksibilitas, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada UI/UX yang optimal. Desain UI/UX yang buruk menyebabkan frustrasi dan pengguna meninggalkan platform. Analisis UI/UX berkualitas tinggi semakin penting bagi startup, karena desain yang baik meningkatkan valuasi. Sekolahdesain.id, platform PT Solusi Desain Bangsa, bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan desain grafis, tetapi menghadapi tantangan navigasi dan tampilan yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan Design Thinking untuk menciptakan solusi yang inovatif dan dapat diukur, dengan penekanan pada kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan platform yang ramah pengguna dan efektif untuk pembelajaran, memperbaiki estetika dan fungsionalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Maze Usability Score 57 (sedang) untuk halaman landing pendaftaran akun (5 pengguna), dan 71 (sedang) untuk redesain kuis. Skor SUS rata-rata 78.85 (Grade B, "Good") untuk redesain platform Sekolahdesain.id 2025 mengindikasikan sistem yang mudah digunakan dan memuaskan pengguna, meskipun masih ada potensi peningkatan. Rekomendasi perbaikan akan dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Air conditioners (ACs) are widely used cooling devices in various places such as homes, offices, ANDeducational institutions. Continuous use of ACs often leads to malfunctions that require hANDling bytechnicians. However, newly graduated technicians often struggle to diagnose malfunctions efficiently due toa lack of experience. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a web-based expert system using theforward chaining method, designed to assist AC technicians in diagnosing malfunctions quickly ANDaccurately. The forward chaining method is employed to trace symptoms through a series of questions thathelp technicians identIFy the parts that need repair, covering 30 symptoms AND 13 AC malfunctions. Thisexpert system is expected to improve the efficiency of technicians in diagnosing AND repairing ACs. Theresults of the research indicate that the developed expert system functions well, facilitates technician accessfrom anywhere with a user-friendly interfaceKeywords: Air conditioner, expert system, forward chaining, malfunction diagnosis, web-based.

Abstract

Scheduling is the act, process, and method of scheduling or entering schedule data involves preparingactivities for a specific period while considering a number of variables, including classes, teachers, and time.The scheduling procedure at Omah Sinau Tutoring is still done manually. This causes inefficient use of timeand will affect the standard of education received by students. Omah Sinau Tutoring uses genetic algorithmsas an optimization technique to create schedules in order to overcome this problem. Many optimizationproblems can be solved with genetic algorithms. The benefits of analogies between the mechanisms ofnatural selection and the mechanisms of interbreeding, mutation, and other features inherent in the geneticalgorithm process serve as the basis for genetic algorithm solutions, rather than mathematical calculations.Genetic algorithms are capable of handling complex problems that are challenging to tackle by traditionalapproaches. The number of populations, generations, crosses, and mutations that can be handled by thegenetic algorithm to solve the problem by generating optimal scheduling and reducing the time needed tocreate the schedule so that the process of creating it becomes effective and efficient are the parameters used,based on the results of the tests conducted.Keywords: scheduling, genetic algorithm, tutoring.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website that can diagnose damage to injection motorbikes using the forward chaining method, with a case study carried out at the Zafran Motor Workshop. to this research is the increasing complexity of injection systems on motorbikes, which often makes it difficult for motorbike owners to identify and repair damage that occurs. The diagnosis process begins with receiving input of injection motor damage symptoms from the user through a friendly and easy to understand interface. The system uses the forward chaining method to evaluate the entered symptoms and develop existing rules to identify the cause of the damage. The diagnosis results are based on 43 symptoms, 27 types of damage, and 7 rules for diagnosing injection motor damage. This research succeeded in designing a website to diagnose injection motor damage using the forward chaining method The majority of respondents (84%) were very satisfied with the performance of this website, while 4% were satisfied, 8% were quite satisfied, and 4% were dissatisfied. Surveys show the majority find the website easy to use with an intuitive interface and clear instructions for use. Thus, this research produces an injection motor damage diagnosis website that is effective and reliable in determining the cause of damage accurately. The main contribution of this research is to provide a solution that makes it easier for users to diagnose injection motor problems independently, with reliable diagnostic results and a user-friendly interface.
