The purpose of this study were to identify HR Deliverables (as objectives strategic, lagging and leading indicator, and aiming decision), alignment process beetwen HR Deliverables with human resource architechture, and finally making decision about enlarging human resources programs. This study too was assessment design scorecard with gap analysis and than used indicator index to assess there performance. The purpose to assessment is to know performance scorecard, especially lagging indicator this period. The result of these assessment to used make decision enlarge human resources programs for management.

This study aims to examine the effects of forgiveness and spouse social support on marital satisfaction in working wives from the perspective of Islamic ethics. This quantitative study involved 225 participants from Indonesia and employed purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model and were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques with the aid of the SPSS 22 program. The findings show that 1) forgiveness and spouse social support variables have a simultaneous effect on marital satisfaction variables. The variables of forgiveness and spouse social support have a combined influence of 63.8% on the marital satisfaction variable, with the remaining 35.9% influenced by other unexamined variables; 2) The forgiveness variable has a partial effect on the marital satisfaction variable; and 3) The spouse social support variable has a partial effect on the marital satisfaction variable. Ethical entities such as forgiveness and spouse social support, in fact, have a significant influence in preventing larger conflicts that threaten the level of satisfaction and happiness in marriage. Happiness in general is seen as cognitive, conative, and accidental according to Islamic ethical theory. The harmonization of these three elements is crucial in Islamic ethical principles and, even further, becomes an important factor in achieving happiness. The implication of this research is that factors such as forgiveness and spouse social support play a significant role in marital satisfaction among working wives, particularly within the framework of Islamic ethics.

The integration of technology in livestock farming is crucial for enhancing production efficiency and animal welfare. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the implementation of a Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT)-based automated monitoring system in poultry farming. Using an experimental design, the research involved 30,000 day-old chicks at PT. Anugerah Teknologi Ternak in Central Java, Indonesia. The NB-IoT system collected real-time data on environmental parameters and poultry activity. Time-series analysis revealed non-stationary data, while correlation analysis showed a strong negative relationship between temperature and humidity (r = -0.8521). Anomaly detection identified 13.33% of observations as anomalous, demonstrating the system's capability for early issue detection. Regression modeling (R-squared = 0.7261) indicated that temperature and humidity significantly influence poultry productivity. The study concludes that NB-IoT implementation in poultry farming has significant potential for enhancing productivity through real-time monitoring and early anomaly detection, supporting more efficient and sustainable precision farming practices. However, limitations in data stationarity and sample generalizability suggest the need for further research to improve long-term predictions and broaden applicability across diverse farming contexts.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi HR Deliverables (sebagai tujuan strategik, lagging dan leading indicator, dan aiming decision), proses penyelarasan antara HR Deliverables dengan arsitektur sumber daya manusia, dan terakhir pengambilan keputusan tentang perluasan program sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini juga merupakan assesment design scorecard dengan gap analysis dan kemudian digunakan indeks indikator untuk menilai kinerja yang ada. Tujuan penilaian adalah untuk mengetahui performance scorecard khususnya lagging indicator periode ini. Hasil asesmen tersebut digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memperbesar program sumber daya manusia bagi manajemen.

In Indonesia's diverse society, tensions and conflicts among various groups of religions often disrupt social harmony. Therefore, it emerges the concept of religious moderation which is currently adopted as a national policy in Indonesia to counter intolerance and radicalism. This study aimed to identify the factors influencing religious moderation in Indonesian Muslim adolescents. The instruments used in this study are the modified Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ), the Indonesian version of the Muslim Daily Religiosity Assessment Scale (MUDRAS), and the Religious Moderation Scale. The religious moderation instrument consists of three dimensions: national commitment, anti-violence, and accommodation of local culture. The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was employed to test construct validity. Using multiple linear regression we evaluate the effect of religiosity and parenting style on religious moderation. The sample of this study was 339 Indonesian Muslim late adolescents aged 17-22 years old from 22 provinces in Indonesia. The results showed that parenting styles and religiosity are significant predictors that positively influence religious moderation, both simultaneously and partially. The findings of this study suggest that parenting style and religiosity are the factors influencing religious moderation of Indonesian Muslim late adolescents. The findings of this study further emphasize the importance of the family's role in shaping adolescents' attitudes toward religion.

Employee professional development company is the motivational career growth of employees and employees. This writing uses the best quantitative method of learning. References To study the concept of the connection between variables which exist from the Google Scientist magazine with the online method as well as other mass media. There is an influence between career development and employee satisfaction. There is influence between work motivation on employee satisfaction. Work discipline training begins to apply to employee performance notification of employees to employees to make the maximum contribution to be able to achieve which goals are desired.
