Abstract

The strategy for controlling the accounts receivable turnover is very important, because it affects the provision of credit. The slower the circulation of receivables, the more uncollected receivables, this will lead to bad credit / problem loans. Each company has an effort to overcome the circulation of receivables so that they do not experience a large number of problem loans / NPLs. The effort that PT. Bank XDC (Persero) Tbk, to increase receivables turnover is an analysis of accounts receivable turnover rates. The research method is qualitative method, while the method of data collection is using the method of observation, interviews, library studies. Receivables turnover at PT. Bank XDC (Persero) Tbk, has increased every year well. This is due to the higher receivables turnover and the lower average collection time for receivables. The increase in receivables turnover greatly affects the level of problem loans. The higher the rate of turnover of receivables, the better the level of problem loans / NPLs. Abstract

Today, the role of a superior and strong work culture has become the main factor moderating performance improvement in a company. This can be seen in the quality and productivity of the work produced by the workers/employees and is a manifestation of the values ??formed by a habit and a strong desire to achieve the vision and mission. Kaizen's work culture has the principle of continuous and comprehensive improvement and prioritizes a high work ethic which has been widely adopted by many companies as a competitive advantage in facing change. This interest in Aini's work culture prompted us to conduct a literature review sourced from national, international journals and library research with the aim of studying the role of Kaizen Work Culture as Moderating Work Quality and Productivity Improvement. The results of the literature review found that a high work ethic and commitment to always adapt to the environment is a Kaizen strategy to face the dynamics of change based on the establishment of strong standard operating procedures, identifying problems in detail, conducting trials and continuous development, having a direct impact on improving work quality and productivity and becoming a competitive advantage for companies in the face of competition.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of Job Insecurity, Workload, Turnover Intention on the Work Environment. Employees of PT. Tayoh Sarana Sukses research is the object of this quantitative research. A total of 100 respondents as a sample in this research. This study uses "Structural Equity Model (SEM)"-SmartPLS 3.0 for hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a positive and significant impact on the work environment. Workload has a positive and significant impact on the work environment. And Turnover intention has a negative and significant impact on the work environment. So the conclusion from the findings of this research is that job insecurity, workload, turnover intention have a significant impact on the work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh perilaku organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh corporate branding terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh corporate branding serta kinerja pegawai terhadap komitmen organisasi, perilaku orhanisasi, budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai terhadap komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Kepolisian Daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah keseluruhan pegawai di lingkungan Kepolisian Daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat. Teknik dalam mengambil sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah simple random sampling yakni mengambil anggota sampelnya dari populasi dijalankan dengan metode acak dengan tidak mempedulikan strata yang terdapat pada populasi itu. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwasanya 1). Corporate Branding berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Polda NTB, 2). Perilaku organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Polda NTB, 3). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Polda NTB, 4). Kinerja pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Polda NTB,  dan 5). Corporate branding, budaya organisasi, perilaku organisasi, kinerja pegawai memiliki signifikansi determinansi atas komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Polda NTB.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the dynamics of the correlation between employee commitment to performance, the organizational behavior implications on employee performance, and the combined implications of commitment and organizational behavior on employee performance in Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. The study method used is quantitative with hypothesis testing to identify determinations between variables. Regression analysis is used to understand the variations, directions, and determinations between independent variables (commitment and organizational behavior) and dependent variables (employee performance). The study was conducted on all employees in Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur using simple random sampling technique. The study results interpret that commitment to employee performance and organizational behavior significantly influence employee performance, and both have a significant determination on employee performance in the office.

Abstract

This pre-research was conducted with the aim of building a research hypothesis using a descriptive method. In knowing the variables that affect Employee Engagement and Job Performance, a review of previous research is carried out. The preparation of this article for the authors is intended to build hypotheses in seeking influence among several variables that can be used as objects of further research. The results of writing this article show that: 1) Interpersonal Communication has an influence on Employee Engagement; 2) Interpersonal Communication influences Job Performance; 3) Organizational Trust affects Employee Engagement; 4) Organizational Trust has an influence on Job Performance; 5) Employee Engagement has an influence on Job Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan penerapan pelatihan tenaga Pendidikan di sebuah sekolah swasta yang berlokasi di Pekanbaru. Secara konseptual, literatur yang diacu antara lain penjelasan tentang pelatihan, pendekatan dan implementasi pelatihan. Metode penelitian yang diacu dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan spesifik mengangkat studi kasus di satu sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pertimbangan pelatihan dilakukan melalui diskusi dengan beragam pihak, mengacu pada kurikulum dan membuatnya dalam silabus, serta pendekatan pelatihan dipertimbangkan berdasarkan kondisi di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: Previous and related studies are very important for research and scientific articles. Previous or related studies strengthen theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. In this work, factors that affect employee performance such as job stress, workload, and work environment, are examined in the employee performance literature. The purpose of writing this article is to make a hypothesis about the influence between variables that will be used in further research. The following are the results of this literature review article: 1) Job stress affects employee performance. 2) Workload affects employee performance. 3) The work environment affects employee performance. Abstrak: Studi sebelumnya dan terkait sangat penting untuk suatu riset dan artikel ilmiah.Studi sebelumnya atau terkait memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Dalam pekerjaan ini, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti stres kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja, diperiksa dalam literatur kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membuat hipotesis tentang pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Berikut adalah hasil dari artikel tinjauan pustaka ini:1) Stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 2) Beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 3) Lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to 1) identify and analyze parts of search engine optimization and social media to influence online purchase considerations, and 2) also identify and analyze search engine optimization, social media, and internet advertising to influence online purchase considerations. This research is a descriptive and quantitative type. The data analysis method used is a qualitative literature survey method. Literature review data collection consists of articles or journals that have been made before. The results of the study show that 1) Search engine optimization and social media have a strong influence on increasing sales. 2) Search engine optimization and simultaneous social media have a large positive effect on increasing sales. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagian dari optimasi mesin pencari dan media sosial untuk mempengaruhi pertimbangan pembelian secara daring, dan 2) Juga mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis optimasi mesin pencari, media sosial, dan iklan internet untuk mempengaruhi pertimbangan pembelian secara daring. Penelitian inia ini berjenis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode survey kepustakaan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data tinjauan pustaka terdiri dari artikel atau jurnal yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Optimasi mesin pencari, dan media sosial memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap peningkatan penjualan. 2) Optimisasi mesin pencari, dan media sosial simultan berpengaruh positif yang besar atas peningkatan penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BRI Unit Ringroad Balikpapan. Dilakukannya penelitian dengan tujuan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap komitmen organisasi di BRI Unit Ringroad Balikpapan dimana variabel bebas yaitu Pelayanan (X) mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasi (Y) variabel tetapnya. Populasinya merupakan Karyawan dan nasabah di BRI Unit Ringroad Balikpapan yang sampelnya berjumlah 60 orang. Datanya didapat dengan pengisian kuesioner dari dan karyawan di BRI Unit Ringroad Balikpapan. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul dianalisa melalui analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas yang dilakukan, indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianggap valid dan variabel dianggap reliabel. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap variabel tetap kepuasan. Nilai Adjusted R-Squared sebesar 0,95 atau 95% menyatakan variabel pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menjelaskan kepuasan. Sisanya sebesar 5% dilatarbelakangi variabel yang tidak diteliti. Kajian ini merekomendasikan agar BRI Unit Ringroad Balikpapan mengutamakan komponen pelayanan, karena mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan kemajuan BRI Unit Ringroad Balikpapan
