Abstract

The potential of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia cannot be underestimated. From Ernst & Young's analysis data, it can be seen that the growth in sales value of online businesses in Indonesia increases by 40 percent every year. There are around 93.4 million internet users and 71 million smartphone device users in Indonesia (https://Kominfo.go.id). As the highest point, students must have critical thinking and be sensitive to what problems are being faced and are happening in society, then express their opinions and participate or be directly involved in solving these problems. The presence of new technology in the future will also have many impacts on the people's economy, there will be many new job vacancies, but there will also be many workers who will lose their jobs because they are no longer related or competent in the future technological era, and some fields of work will be taken over by robots.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya besar kecilnya Peranan perencanaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam penerbitan dokumen pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sehinga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada Peranan perencanaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam penerbitan dokumen pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional dan jumlah sampel 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara observasi dan kuisioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif.Berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan terhadap hipotesis yang diajukan diterima (Signifikan) dimana thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 12,976>2,056 yang berarti Peranan Perencanaan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai dalam Penerbitan Dokumen pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sangat Kuat dan Signifikan. Hendaknya kepala dinas selalu memberitahu betapa pentingnya perencanaan yang matang bagi para pegawai agar kiranya kinerja pegawai semakin terarah dan mampu menciptakan efektifitas dan efisiensi. Abstract

Based on the results of research conducted related to the Study of The Development of Beach Ecotourism Based on Sustainable Local Wisdom in Central Tapanuli Regency in 2023. The research method used in this study is combined (Mixed Methodology) using quantitative and qualitative explanatory approaches. The data collection in this study was to use primary data and secondary data, where the determination of the number of respondents was able to represent the area of the study location. as many as 45 people. It is concluded based on the results of research that the locus of study is very worthy of being used as a tourism place because there are many supporting elements and has enormous economic potential.

Abstract

This study entitled "The effect of recruitment and placement on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and placement on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga. The population as well as the sample in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga, which has a total of 22 employees. The partial results of the hypothesis test show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga. Branch with proven t count 2.967 > t table of 1.99254 and probability value 0.004 < α 0.05. Placement has a significant effect on performance because t count is 7.751 > 1.99254 and the probability value is 0.000 <α 0.05. Simultaneously hypothesis testing shows that recruitment and placement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga Branch indicated by F count 44.705 > F table 3.12 and probability value 0.000 < α 0.05
