Abstract

Past research has shown that parents of children with autism had the highest parenting stress than parents of children with other disabilities. This study aims to determine the effect of training “pengasuhan ibu CERdaS” of parenting stress in mothers of children with autism. The study subjects are 20 mothers of children with autism who experience parenting stress from midle to high category, which is divided into an experimental group and control group. The experimental group are 10 people, and the control group are 10 people (waiting list). Training “ pengasuhan ibu CERdaS “ is given by 7 sessions in the twice meetings. Parenting stress was measured using a scale of PSI (Parenting Stress Index) before being given the training (pretest), administered after training (posttest), and a week after treatment (follow-up). quantitative analysis using statistical techniques of analysis Wilcoxon signed rank (non-parametric) to know the differences between two samples. Based on quantitative data analysis of pretest and posttest measurements of the experiment for the group: the value of Z = -2.499 and 0.012 significance level (p 0.05), indicating a significant decrease in parenting stress in the experimental group after the training is given. Thus training “pelatihan ibu CERdaS” could statistically reduce parenting stress in mothers of children with autism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengetahui Pengaruh Dongeng dalam perkembangan emosi positif anak usia prasekolah di TK Muslimat NU 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 40 siswa TK  dengan menggunakan dua kelompok variabel yani kontrol dan eksperimen. Terdapat empat emosi positif (Interested, Excited, Inspired, Strong, Active) dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perubahan sebesar 41,2% pada kelompok eksperimen  dan 9,34% pada kelompok kontrol. Aspek yang mengalami perbuhan signifikan adalah aspek Interested, Inspired, strong, dan active.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap harga diri pada remaja Desa Wonoayu Kecamatan Wajak. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap harga diri remaja Desa Wonoayu Kecamatan Wajak. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 orang dengan menggunakan instrumen dukungan sosial dan instrumen harga diri. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Regression pada SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap harga diri remaja Desa Wonoayu Kecamatan Wajak dengan hasil signifikansi tinggi dengan nilai p 0,05 (p = 0,000). Pengaruh dukungan sosial menunjukkan nilai 15,5% terhadap harga diri dan 84,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor diluar dukungan sosial. Sehingga dapat diindikasikan ada beberapa factor lain yang mempengaruhi remaja desa Wonoayu dalam menghargai dirinya

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah subjek 148 yang didapat menggunakan teknik sampling probability dengan sampel mahasiswi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2015. Pengambilan  data menggunakan 2 skala, yaitu skala self control dan skala fashion involvement. Analisis data dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh self control terhadap fashion involvement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat self control, fashion involvement, serta pengaruh self control terhadap fashion involvement Mahasiswi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2015Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat self control berada pada katergori sedang dengan presentase 78,38% dan fashion involvement berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 76,35%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana, dengan signifikasi 0,000 atau p 0,05. Selain itu diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,254 , hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 25,4% fashion  involvement dipengaruhi oleh self control, dan sisanya 74,6 dipengaruhi faktor lain yang belum terungkap dalam penelitian  ini.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the best alternative in the world of education to print students to grow and develop into religious, disciplined, and independent individuals. However, the reality in the field of child.lenges is very heavy, so it is necessary to support programs in the effectiveness of increasing independence of students, one of which is through peer counseling (peer counseling). This community service aims to increase the independence of students through peer counseling assistance at the Darunnajah Karangploso Islamic Boarding School in Malang, involving as many as 406 students. The method used is an action research, with the main research question being how peer counseling can improve students' independence. The results of the study prove that the peer counseling model in the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School in Malang increases the independence of students through: first, students' problem-solving skills with peers. Second, students' ability to learn to control behavior. Third, peers are able to provide social, moral, and emotional support. Fourth, peer groups are able to provide social support and motivation

Abstract

Permasalahan moral yang tumbuh dalam pribadi manusia adanya tarikan permanen antara upaya pemenuhan kepentingan diri pribadi (egoistic) dengan tuntutan untuk kesediaan dirinya memerhatikan kepentingan orang lain (altruistic). Moral altruism memiliki sandaran kuat dari doktrin semua agama, terutama agama Islam. Dalam Islam juga mengenal istilah al-itsar (at-tafdhil) suatu konsep perilaku sosial yang memberikan perlakuan kepada orang lain seperti perlakuan kepada dirinya sendiri. Banyaknya kajian Islam yang menjelaskan tentang pemikiran khoirunnas anfauhum linnas, maka penulis tertarik dengan penelitian yang berjudul tentang konsep altruisme dalam perspektif ajaran agama Islam yang biasa disebut dengan itsar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Pendekatan grounded theory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa itsar adalah sikap dan tingkah laku utama yang mampu dilakukan oleh manusia yang telah mampu dan tidak hanya bersimpati dan berempati terhadap orang lain, tetapi mampu juga berkorban dan memberikan sesuatu yang bernilai bagi orang lain meskipun dirinya juga sedang memerlukan semata-mata hanya karena Allah SWT.

Abstract

Adaptation of psychological instruments is very important because of differences in culture and context. This study aims to adapt the Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL-12) in an Indonesian context. Initial steps include back-to-back translation, focus group discussions, expert assessments, and pilot studies. From this procedure, the number of items obtained is 12 which is the original ISEL-12 version, there are five revised items according to the context of cultural groups and parenting activities of mothers with children of early child age (3-6 years). The twelve final questions were tested on 533 mothers with an average age of 34.5 years from several regions in Indonesia. Construct validity tests are performed using EFA and CFA. The analysis showed good validity and reliability (Cronbach's alpha: 0.920) and item loading factors ranging from 0.398-0.816 by showing that the three-factor model was suitable, with values based on RMSEA=0.079, CFI=0.923, TLI=0.911 and GFI=0.918. The conclusion is that ISEL-Ind also has 3 aspects in forming social support for mothers who have children in early childhood, namely, tangible support, belonging support and appraisal support. Abstract

The role of parents becomes relational reframing for adolescents; with all the turmoil and characteristics that adolescents have, communication between parents and adolescents is the key to success in the parenting process. This study aims to prove the interpersonal models of parents-adolescents who are influenced by self-compassion and self-disclosure, either directly or indirectly. The method of this study is a quantitative correlation, with the sampling technique purposive sampling. The participants of the study numbered 287 parents, consisting of 98 fathers and 189 mothers. The instruments used are ICS (Interpersonal Communication Scale) by Campbell (2006), SCS (Self-Compassion Scale) by Neff (2003), and Self-Disclosure Scale by Whells & Grotz (1997). The analysis showed that the interpersonal communication model was proven to influence self-compassion and self-disclosure directly. However, self-disclosure does not prove to be a mediator variable between self-compassion and interpersonal communication. The score showed that self-compassion - interpersonal communication had an influence of β = 0.399 (39.9%) with p = 0.000, and self-disclosure - interpersonal communication had an influence of β = 0.282 (28.2%) with p = 0.007. The demographic analysis also found that fathers have higher self-compassion than mothers. At the educational level, it also shows differences in the level of interpersonal communication skills, self-compassion, and self-disclosure.

Abstract

Mothers’ care of young children determines their well-being physically, emotionally and cognitively. It is important to practice effective parenting with affection, unconditional acceptance and care, an approach known as mindful parenting. This study aims to develop a mindful parenting model based on perceived social support, self-compassion, confidence in parenting, and gratitude as mediator variables in mothers of young children. A quantitative approach is taken, with purposive sampling employed. The study respondents were 303 mothers with children in early childhood (3-6 years), aged 20-36, living at home with their children, and residing in cities/districts in East Java province, Indonesia. The instruments used to measure mindful parenting were the Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire (MIPQ), Self-compassion with Skala Welas Diri (SWD), Parental Self-efficacy with Self-Efficacy Parental Task Index (SEPTI); and Perceived Social Support with Interpersonal Survey Evaluation List (ISEL) Analysis was conducted using the path analysis technique. The study results indicate that a mindful parenting model can be built based on the perceived social support of mothers, self-compassion, and mothers’ perceptions of self-efficacy in parenting, which are fully mediated by the gratitude of mothers for their young children, with a value of Q² = .274 or 27.4%. This finding suggests that gratitude is a major factor that enables mothers to practice mindful parenting. The research findings can be used to help develop intervention programs for parents, specifically mothers of young children, and related stakeholders, and can also be developed in future research.

Abstract

Dewasa awal merupakan masa transisi dari remaja ke dewasa. Mahasiswa termasuk dalam transisi dari remaja ke dewasa. Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2015 termasuk ke dalam transisi. Pada masa ini para mahasiswa menghadapi masalah didewasa awal yakni Quarter Life Crisis dimana mereka mencari arti kehidupadan dari kedewasaan. Self Efficacy mengetahui tentang kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam menghadapi masalah didewasa awal.   Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Quarter Life Crisis pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan 2015. Maka metode penelitian dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, mean, uji kategori, uji linieritas dan uji korelasi product momen.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi angkatan 2015 memiliki Self Efficacy yang tinggi 84% sedangkan Quarter Life Crisis memiliki kategori sedang dengan presentase 94,7%. Koefiesiensi korelasi antara kedua variabel dengan nilai  -0,421 dan nilai signifikan yakni 0,001<0,01 maka dengan demikian bahwa terdapat hubungan yang    negatif antara variabel Self Efficacy dengan Quarter Life Crisis
