Abstract

Abstrak Kita sering mengalami masalah dalam mencari obat pada apotek, karena tidak semua apotek mempunyai obat yang kita butuhkan. Sehingga kita harus berkeliling mencari apotek dengan obat yang dibutuhkan. Maka dari itu, penulis bertujuan membuat sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web agar dapat digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan segala device dalam mencari obat pada apotek yang tersedia dengan memanfaatkan Google maps. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), dimana metode ini dilihat dari tingkah laku semut dalam mencari makanan. Dalam algoritma ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi jalur terpendek dengan optimal. Diharapkan sistem ini lebih dikembangkan agar dimanfaatkan oleh banyak pengguna.

Abstract

Each agency has its own regulations for each employee to improve discipline and provide comfort to employees in order to improve the quality of the relevant agency. Every employee has the right to leave at their respective places of work. Leave can be used for employees not working for certain reasons such as personal needs, illness or other needs. Therefore, a web-based information system will be designed for employees to apply for leave. The system design uses a waterfall system development method which consists of several stages starting from analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. So, the implementation of this method produces an information system that meets the system requirements of the agency. By designing this web-based information system, it produces a system that is useful for employees in agencies to apply for leave, so that leave applications can be more efficient and have more integrity.

Abstract

The implementation of Digital Marketing in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Mekar Sejahtera aims to improve marketing performance and business competitiveness through the implementation of Critical Success Factors (CSF) and Value Chain. The study identifies and analyzes the key elements that influence the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies, as well as integrating them in a structured framework. In this study, data collection was carried out using two types of data: primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews and surveys with managers of Mekar Sejahtera BUMDes, while secondary data was obtained through analysis of relevant literature and similar case studies from other BUMDes that have implemented digital marketing. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, which is a research approach used to understand social phenomena in a deep and descriptive way, focusing on the meaning contained in it. The results of the study show that there are several important factors that greatly affect the success of digital marketing in BUMDes Mekar Sejahtera, including: adequate technological infrastructure, competent human resources, effective content management, and appropriate promotion strategies. In addition, the integration of the value chain, starting from raw material procurement, production, distribution, to customer service, also plays an important role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing. The implementation of good digital marketing can increase the visibility of BUMDes Mekar Sejahtera products, expand market reach, and increase sales. However, the challenges faced include budget constraints, resistance to change, and the need for ongoing training for managers. Therefore, strategic recommendations include the development of adequate digital infrastructure, increasing the capacity of human resources through training and mentoring, and strengthening collaboration with external parties such as the government and the private sector. This study concludes that the application of CSF and Value Chain in the development of digital marketing in BUMDes Mekar Sejahtera can have a significant positive impact, as long as it is carried out with careful planning and consistent execution. This research is expected to be a reference for other BUMDes in adopting effective and sustainable digital marketing strategies. Keywords: Critical Succes Factor, Value Chain, Digital Marketing.

Abstract

Abstract— Information technology that is currently developing is utilized in various fields such as education, health and others. One of them is hypothermia in infants. Hypothermia is a condition when the baby's temperature is below normal. It is also not uncommon for someone who sees their child to have some symptoms to seek information about the disease their child is suffering from from people around them or the internet media. When a person is suspicious of a child suffering from hypothermia, then that person needs to confirm the illness his child is suffering from. So that someone who wants to make sure the disease suffered by his child tends to go to the doctor. The problems that occur are costs and places far from home. The purpose of this research was to apply the Certainty Factor method to diagnose hypothermia and to make an expert system application for diagnosing hypothermia using the Certainty Factor approach. The results of the level of confidence based on the symptoms found from hypothermia were obtained using the Certainty Factor method, which was 96.08%. With this system, it is hoped that it will help parents determine the disease their child is suffering from, namely Hypothermia without having to see a doctor for initial treatment.

Abstract

The selection of prospective librarians is necessary to make the right decisions and determine the most suitable individual to meet the library's needs. However, in facing the complexity of changes in the information environment and technological developments, the FST library often needs help selecting prospective librarians using manual calculations, which can affect the effectiveness of the library head and staff in selecting. This research was conducted at the FST Library of the North Sumatra State Islamic University. This time, the researchers used the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to select prospective librarians. The criteria used are communication skills (C1), mastery of technology (C2), customer service (C3), limited skills (C4), and lack of adaptability (C5). Then, the alternatives used were five samples of prospective librarians who registered at the FST library. The calculations using the WASPAS method showed that the alternative Nazla Maulida (A04) was a suitable candidate to become a librarian at the FST library with a total score of 0.854.

Abstract

The development of information technology can make it easier to do various things, including the provision of services that use technology in providing information to customers who need and receive information. The service at PT Sumatera Sistem Integrasi is that the process of complaining about network disturbances from customers is still manual, so that customers still come directly to the company or by telephone to make complaints and prepare reports still in the form of ledgers and customers. queues are not yet systematic and integrated. Based on these problems, the authors built a website-based customer complaint application using the Dynamic Priority Scheduling algorithm as a queue priority. The Dynamic Priority Scheduling Algorithm is a dynamic approach to the priority scheduling algorithm. In the dynamic approach, this algorithm focuses on the process of determining the queue based on predetermined priority rules. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify and improve the quality of service to customers optimally at PT Sumatra Sistem Integrasi.

Abstract

Many entrepreneurs provide electronic services, especially on cellphones and PCs, but their marketing is very limited due to the location of the store and banners that are not strategic so it is difficult to know where the service is located, on the other hand customers are also difficult to know the estimated cost of repairing electronic devices and often potential customers I was disappointed when I arrived at the location but the service was closed. With these problems, the author built an Android-based Go Service Electronic application by utilizing React Native Framework technology to build Android-based applications and using the Firebase Realtime Database as data storage. The application is also equipped with consulting features, a booking system, calculating the estimated cost of equipment repair services, as well as providing information on the best service services through an assessment system that has been provided by customers who have booked previous services. With the Go Service Electronic application, it is easier for the public to find out where the location of service providers is, find out the estimated repair costs, and can consult directly through the application, as well as being able to increase business opportunities for electronic service providers.

Abstract

In the dynamic information age, society has transitioned into an informational society where information technology plays an important role in this transformation. Information systems, as a support for the managerial functions of organizations, are developing with the integration of technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency. The growth and increase of the population in an area increases the need for basic services, including the provision of clean water. Efficient management, especially in the aspect of the payment system, is crucial to ensure the availability of clean water as a human right. In this context, the development of a clean water payment management information system using the Extreme Programming method is very helpful for researchers in developing the system quickly and responsively. This system is expected to simplify the payment process by focusing on efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and accessibility for users. This study aims to design and implement a clean water payment management information system adopting the Extreme Programming method, with the aim of improving clean water payment services as a whole. An evaluation of the system will be carried out to ensure suitability with the needs of users and their ability to overcome the problems faced in the management of clean water payments. Thus, the results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding and development of an effective and sustainable management information system for clean water payment services.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi masa kini mendorong penggunaan algoritma pencarian beruntun, seperti sequential search, dalam sistem informasi harga pangan di pasar kota Medan, memfasilitasi perusahaan umum daerah dalam pemantauan harga komoditas. Walaupun telah ada komputer, pengawasan harga komoditas pangan masih belum maksimal karena masih bergantung pada proses manual. Dengan mempertimbangkan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh staf pasar, penelitian ini mengarah pada pembangunan sistem informasi harga pangan berbasis web yang menggunakan algoritma pencarian berurutan untuk memperoleh data harga komoditas. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah RAD (Rapid Application Development), dengan MySQL digunakan sebagai basis data dan bahasa pemrograman. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk masyarakat Kota Medan yang ingin berbelanja di pasar dan dapat dijadikan sumber informasi mengenai harga pangan, sehingga tidak perlu setiap hari ke pasar hanya untuk mengetahui harga pangan terkini.

Abstract

Selection of Bhayangkara Saka Enforcer candidates at SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar is done manually in the absence of weighted criteria that have an impact on prospective enforcers who will be selected based on the best abilities and criteria so that the system runs accordingly and efficiently. Prospective enforcers who qualify each year will be sent to participate in Saka Bhayangkara activities so that the selection is carried out annually and the system can be used continuously. So that Decision Support System technology can be applied as a solution. One of the methods that can be used is the SAW and TOPSIS method, this method was chosen because it is simple and easy to apply. The combination of SAW and TOPSIS methods in the decision support system is able to determine the best value from the assessment of 5 criteria with weights determined from the Bhayangkara Saka selection committee. This system can rank the highest to lowest score of each candidate. The accuracy of this system reaches 100% because the final result of the manual calculation matches the system calculation.
