Abstract

Hasil penelitian sebelumnya telah diperoleh sebanyak 40 isolat rhizobakteri yang toleran dan mampu merombak pestisida (DDT). Namun demikian dalam penelitian tersebut belum dikaji kemampuan isolat tersebut sebagai pupuk hayati (biofertilizer). Hal tersebut sangat penting untuk pengembangan inokulum yang mempunyai kemampuan ganda yaitu sebagai perombak residu pestisida (DDT) yang mencemari lahan pertanian dan lingkungan tetapi juga sekaligus sebagai biofertilzer yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi isolat bekteri tersebut sebagai pupuk hayati (biofertilizer) dengan jalan menguji potensinya dalam (1) memfiksasi nitrogen, (2) menghasilkan hormon pertumbuhan IAA (Indole Acetic Acid)dan (3) sebagai dekomposer dalam merombak selulosa dan lignin.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil protein yang dibuat oleh Klebsiella sp. yang tumbuh dalam kondisi cekaman osmotik dan keasaman. Cekaman osmotik dilakukan menggunakan NaCl, sedangkan cekaman keasaman menggunakan aluminium sulfat. Klebsiella sp. ditumbuhkan dalam medium minimal yang ditambah dengan NaCl, atau aluminium sulfat, untuk menimbulkan efek cekaman tunggal, atau menggunakan kedua senyawa tersebut untuk menghasilkan efek cekaman ganda. Protein total yang diekstrak dari sel kemudian dielektroforesis pada SDS-PAGE 12%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan beberapa protein intraselular, protein membran, atau protein ekstraselular yang dibuat dalam kondisi cekaman spesifik. Dalam kondisi cekaman osmotik, dibuat protein intraselular berukuran 42,7 kDa, dan protein membran berukuran 53,3 kDa. Pada cekaman asam dihasilkan protein intraselular berukuran 54,7 kDa, 25,3 kDa, 14,2 kDa, dan satu protein membran berukuran 43,9 kDa, serta protein ekstraselular berukuran 17–29 kDa. Dalam kondisi cekaman ganda, terdeteksi satu protein intraselular spesifik berukuran 26,7 kDa dan satu protein membran berukuran 61,1 kDa. Dalam cekaman osmotik, diketahui terdapat korelasi positif, sedangkan dalam cekaman ganda terdapat korelasi negatif terhadap macam protein. Dalam cekaman keasaman, tidak diperoleh pola korelasi yang spesifik.

Abstract

Saat kami melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di desa Sigama Ujung Gading selama sebulan lamanya sangat didukung penuh oleh masyarakatnya dan masyarakat sangat antusias akan kedatangannya kami didesa Sigama Ujung Gading. Selama melaksanakan KKN didesa Sigama Ujung Gading banyak sekali kegiatan yang kami lakukan diantaranya bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat setempat, bertukar pikiran dengan masyarakat, bergotong royong, mengadakan festival Muharram. Dan hasil dari bertukar pikiran dengan masyarakat ini kami mendapatkan hasil dari permasalahan yang ada didesa Sigama Ujung Gading yaitu kurangnya ajaran agama islam pada anak generasi bangsa salah satunya tidak mengenali huruf Al-Qur’an. Maka dengan itu tujuan kami didesa Sigama Ujung Gading ini berfokus pada pendidikan anak-anak yang ada didesa Sigama Ujung Gading, terutama dalam hal pendidikan agama Islam. Kami mengajarkan mereka mengenal huruf Al-qur’an dengan mengajarkan mereka mengaji, praktek shalat, berwudhu, dan menghafan surah-surah pendek. Kami juga turut ikut membantu masyarakat membersihkan lingkungan sekitar seperti membersihkan parit dan membersihkan masjid. Kami berharap seterusnya anak-anak dan masyarakat didesa Sigama Ujung Gading berpola pikir kritis dan bisa menerapkan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

PT. X is one of the 29 (twenty nine) oil palm plantations managed by PT. XY which is engaged in the agro-industry business. Assets are an important part of a company, so their management must also be appropriate. In managing the fixed assets contained in PT. X has been computerized using Microsoft Excel in the process of managing fixed asset data, but as a data processing tool Microsoft Excel has problems in presenting fixed asset reports which are quite time-consuming and inefficient, annual depreciation calculations must be inputted periodically, lots of fixed asset data in the form of transactions, monitoring, depreciation and procurement which are likely to be scattered and not well organized. The design of a web-based fixed asset management information system uses the waterfall method which has several stages, namely: system analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. Testing this website is in the form of a black box test. The result of this design is a fixed asset management information system for PT. X web-based by using the straight line method (Straight Line method) on depreciation of fixed assets. Then the results of testing the menu on the website go well as it should so it is expected that the website can be useful for PT. X and employees who work at PT. X.

Abstract

Selection of Bhayangkara Saka Enforcer candidates at SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar is done manually in the absence of weighted criteria that have an impact on prospective enforcers who will be selected based on the best abilities and criteria so that the system runs accordingly and efficiently. Prospective enforcers who qualify each year will be sent to participate in Saka Bhayangkara activities so that the selection is carried out annually and the system can be used continuously. So that Decision Support System technology can be applied as a solution. One of the methods that can be used is the SAW and TOPSIS method, this method was chosen because it is simple and easy to apply. The combination of SAW and TOPSIS methods in the decision support system is able to determine the best value from the assessment of 5 criteria with weights determined from the Bhayangkara Saka selection committee. This system can rank the highest to lowest score of each candidate. The accuracy of this system reaches 100% because the final result of the manual calculation matches the system calculation.

Abstract

The presence of employees is an important aspect of a company. Therefore, the employee recruitment process must be carried out professionally and carefully to ensure that the selected employees can make a meaningful contribution to the company. If the recruitment process is carried out subjectively and conventionally, the company may face difficulties in making the right decisions regarding employee recruitment. If this continues over a long period of time, it can have a negative impact on company performance and hinder the achievement of goals. To obtain prospective employees who are competent and in accordance with the required classification, employee recruitment requires appropriate selection. The aim of this research is to build a decision support system in employee recruitment so that it can help companies in determining the right employee candidates. To ensure objectivity in the employee recruitment process, it is necessary to use appropriate and appropriate methods in employee recruitment. The methods used in this research are Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC). In the employee recruitment process, four criteria are used, namely honesty, presence, attitude and skills. The results of the decision support system using the ROC and MABAC methods are getting a ranking of prospective employees so that they become the best recommendations in the employee recruitment process

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) for mapping and analyzing agricultural land in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The system was designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to speed up the development process and ensure the system meets user needs. The research results show that GIS is able to provide effective solutions to agricultural data management problems, such as mapping harvest area, potential empty land, and distribution of production results. in real time. With an easy-to-use interface, this system supports efficient crop distribution, data-based policy development, and sustainability of the agricultural sector. This research suggests developing additional features such as predictive analysis, user training, and regular evaluation to optimize the benefits of GIS in supporting sustainable agricultural development.

PT Harrasima Inventory Logistic's human resource management is subpar, according to the findings of observers. According to the author, bureaucracy can use management information systems to enhance decision-making, organizational performance, rapid information dissemination, and other operational tasks.

Abstract

The implementation of the Agile method in designing the UI/UX for the student attendance information system at MTS Muhammadiyah 01 Medan resulted in a responsive, efficient, and user-friendly interface design. The Agile approach allowed for iterative and adaptive design development, utilizing user feedback for refinement at each stage. The design process included requirements gathering, design, testing, and evaluation with a focus on user experience. The resulting UI/UX design makes it easier for teachers to manage attendance, replacing the inefficient and error-prone manual methods. This implementation also supports the digitalization of administrative processes in the educational environment, improving accessibility, efficiency, and user comfort. With an intuitive design that meets user needs, this system is expected to be widely adopted, having a positive impact on data management in schools, and serving as a model for similar development in the future.

Abstract

Health centers have an important role in providing effective and efficient health services to the community. However, the problem of long and unorganized queues often hinders the quality of service. This study aims to design and implement a web-based queue management system at the Stabat Lama Health Center. The methods used include system requirements analysis, database design, and software development. This system allows patient registration, queue number retrieval, and automatic patient calling, thereby reducing waiting time and increasing operational efficiency. The implementation results show that this system is able to create a more orderly service flow, minimize errors in the queuing process, and increase patient satisfaction. With the integration of information technology, this system is expected to support the transformation of more modern and responsive health services.
