Abstract

Pelayanan adalah aspek yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Di bidang Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT), SPKT menjadi unit pelayanan yang pertama kali berinteraksi dengan masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan kepolisian. Fungsi utamanya meliputi penerimaan laporan atau pengaduan dari masyarakat, pengelolaan informasi awal dari peristiwa yang dilaporkan, serta penanganan dan penyelesaian awal sebelum kasus diserahkan ke unit lain yang berwenang. salah satu fungsinya adalah menerima pengaduan dari masyarakat yang menjadi korban tindak kriminal. Di kantor polisi sektor Rambang Kapak Tengah, pengaduan yang diajukan ke unit SPKT masih diproses secara manual atau Sistemnya belum menggunakan komputer, sehingga Kesalahan dalam pencatatan laporan pengaduan di unit SPKT (Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu) dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi dan efektivitas penanganan kasus laporan yang dihasilkan kurang akurat, pencarian data laporan memakan waktu lama, dan informasi mengenai persyaratan pengajuan STTLP (Surat Tanda Terima Laporan Polisi) kurang diketahui oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penulis Merancang sistem informasi untuk Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) yang memudahkan petugas dalam pembuatan dan pengarsipan Surat Tanda Terima Laporan Polisi (STTLP) memerlukan pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of library management and digitalization at SMAN 13 Surabaya in response to the advancement of information technology in education. The library’s digitalization is realized through the application of online cataloging (OPAC), online book borrowing and returning services, and the development of an e-book collection accessible exclusively to students. Additionally, the library organizes literacy programs such as "Read Books for Prizes" and the School Literacy Movement (GLS) to enhance students’ reading interest and digital literacy skills. The research adopts a qualitative method involving observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain valid data from library staff. The findings indicate that a clear organizational structure and collaboration with IT-savvy alumni support efficient and innovative library management. Systematic classification and cataloging facilitate collection searches, while digital services expand information access beyond physical and temporal boundaries. The digitalization of the library at SMAN 13 Surabaya has proven to improve management efficiency, strengthen the culture of digital literacy, and create a modern and inclusive learning environment. However, the limitation of online catalog access, which is restricted to the school environment, poses a challenge for broader digital literacy development, the digitalization of the library at SMAN 13 Surabaya serves as a strategic step in supporting educational transformation towards the digital era.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran terhadap kualitas pelayanan hotel memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam mendatangkan pengunjung mengingat persaingan yang ada saat ini. Salah satu strategi yang yang kuat untuk menghadapi pesaing dengan melakukan cara pemasaran yang baik pelayanan yang bagus, sigap, dan cekatan sehingga para pengunjung akan menciptakan daya tarik dan akan menimbulkan kesan kesetiaan pada hotel tersebut.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of tajwid learning in improving students' ability to read the Qur'an according to the rules, but in the field, various obstacles are still found such as differences in students' initial abilities, limited time, and low learning motivation. The study aims to describe the implementation of tajwid learning, identify the obstacles faced, and explain the teacher's efforts in overcoming these obstacles in class VIII.3 MTs Soleh Al-Mubarok, Tungkal Ulu District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include the principal, tajwid teachers, and class VIII.3 students. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of tajwid learning is carried out through the planning stage, implementation with lecture methods, demonstrations, and reading practice, and evaluation. The obstacles faced include differences in student abilities, limited time, lack of independent practice, and low learning motivation. Teachers' efforts to overcome these obstacles are to provide individual guidance, increase reading practice, create a comfortable learning atmosphere, and establish cooperation with parents. This research has implications for the need to strengthen varied learning strategies and support from the school and family environment to increase the effectiveness of tajwid learning.
