Abstract

This study describes several external policies of RA Al-Amin in order to improve the quality of education at RA Al-Amin. The type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by way of interviews and also various sources both from relevant books and journals. The results of this study indicate that the external policies set by RA Al-Amin consist of: (1) Prayer reading assistance, intending to educate the character of students to obey and obey Allah SWT through prayer, (2) Application of cooperation between parents and teachers in learning prayer readings for children, the application of this policy is expected to make it easier for children to memorize prayer readings, (3) Implementation of practice, getting children to pray correctly which is done together. (4) Repetition, parents have the duty to repeat the lessons that their children have learned at school. As for the inhibiting factors of this policy are external factors where both parents are busy working, as well as the community environment.

Abstract

Linguistic intelligence is the ability to use language both orally and in writing. In playing guess the name, children can look for objects that are nearby, and can mention the names of animals when their characteristics are mentioned. With linguistic intelligence, it is hoped that it can help in the stages of child development. The purpose of this research is to improve the linguistic intelligence of early childhood by playing guess the name at RA PAI Medan. The type of research used is classroom action research. The results showed that there was an increase in children's linguistic intelligence through guessing the name, namely cycle I reached 34%, cycle II reached 75%. The conclusion of this study is the application of name guessing games can improve children's linguistic intelligence.

Abstract

Artikel ini disusun bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Filsafat Ilmu di Era Globalisasi.Dalam hal ini masih banyak orang yang menganggap filsafat tidak begitu penting bagi perkembangan zaman. Padahal ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dapat berkembang disebabkan adanya evolusi dari filsafat. Melalui metode library research (Studi Pustaka) dengan mengumpulkan data-data konkrit berupa buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, atau makalah ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan masalah yag dianalisis. Maka artikel ini mengungkapkan bahwa filsafat ilmu di era globlisasi sangat penting dengan membahas: 1) pengertian filsafat, 2) sejarah filsafat, 3) pentingnya filsafat ilmu di era globalisasi.Hasil artikel ini diharapkan dapat membuka wawasan dalam menilai pentingnya filsafat di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah permainan edukatif yang dapat meningkatkan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Permainan edukatif tersebut diterapkan pada anak-anak Kelompok B TK IT Zia Salsabila, yang terletak di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mempelajari penerapan alat pembelajaran edukatif berupa kincir angka dalam mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak. Partisipan penelitian melibatkan 10 siswa berusia 4-5 tahun dan 1 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi data verbal, data non-verbal, dan pengamatan langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran edukatif kincir angka terbukti efektif dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak. Anak-anak menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam mencoba permainan tersebut. Pengamatan juga mengungkapkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan anak-anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam mengenal konsep bilangan ketika bermain Kincir Angka. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media Kincir Angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak.

Abstract

The family is the first and main place of learning for children. However, not all families can be a comfortable learning place forchildren, especially broken home families. Broken home students are vulnerable to mental health problems and need to get the rightsupport. This research aims to determine the mental health condition of students who experience broken homes due to their parents' divorce. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collectiontechniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that five MAN 2 Model Medanstudents accepted their parents' divorce, but it had an impact on the students' mental health conditions. This is indicated by changes in students' emotional, social and behavioral changes. Apart from that, there are also developments experienced bystudents which are supported by several external and internal factors.
