Abstract

Pria memiliki kemampuan untuk dijadikan sandaran sebagai orang yang bisa diberi tanggung jawab sebagai kepala keluarga dan kemampuan untuk berani dan mau melangkahkan kaki memenuhi kebutuhan/kewajiban keluarga. Seorang suami wajib memiliki kemampuan tersebut karena jika wanitanya (istri) lebih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga, dikhawatirkan berkurangnya manjanya wanita (istri) dan hilangnya taat istri kepada suaminya.  Surat An-Nisa ayat 34 telah menekankan bahwa laki-laki harus bisa menjadi pemimpin kaum wanita, karena baik dalam suatu organisasi, wilayah, negara maupun rumah tangga, kepemimpinan merupakan otoritas seorang laki-laki

Abstract

Abstrak: Diakui bahwa perkembangan studi hadis tidak berbanding lurus dengan percepatan bidang ilmu keislaman lainnya. Artikel ini mengkaji perkembangan mutakhir studi hadis di Indonesia. Penulis mengemukakan bahwa keterlambatan kajian Hadis di Indonesia berlangsung dalam kurun waktu yang panjang, mulai dari awal masuknya Islam sampai sekitar akhir abad ke-20. Fenomena kajian Hadis belakangan menunjukkan adanya perkembangan di Indonesia dan bahkan keadaan terkini, Hadis mengalami kemajuan yang pesat, baik dari aspek kuantitas, maupun kualitas. Penulis berargumen bahwa kemajuan tersebut dibuktikan dengan munculnya program studi Ilmu Hadis di PTKIN dan penelitian dan buku yang diterbitkan, tidak lagi bersifat konvensional, tetapi sudah menemukan terobosan-terobosan baru. Karena itu fenomena baru tentang pengkajian Hadis di Indonesia diproyeksikan memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan di masa mendatang.Abstract: The Latest Development of Hadith Studies in Indonesia. It has been widely accepted that within the Islamic historians that the development of hadis studies had not run parallel with acceleration of other Islamic disciplines. This article examines the latest developments in the study of hadith in Indonesia. The author maintains that the stagnant stage of development in the study of Hadith in Indonesia has undergone through a long history, starting from the beginning of the emergence of Islam until the end of the 20th century. The phenomenon of Hadith studies witnessed the developments in Indonesia and even at the initial situation, it progressed rapidly both in terms of quantity as well as quality. The author argues that this development as evidenced by the Hadith studies program at PTKIN and the published research and books which are no longer conventional, but have found new breakthroughs. As such, the new phenomenon about Hadith studies in Indonesia is projected to have promising prospects in the future.Kata Kunci: hadis, ulama, Indonesia, Nusantara, PTAIN

Abstract

Deliberation is a way of dealing with many problems that cannot only be resolved personally. As humans or as a society, we need to get involved with other people in solving the problems at hand, especially if the issue concerns the interests of the general public. For this reason, the involvement of other people is important so that the interests of others are also accommodated or accommodated in the decisions that are taken. Western nations call it a democracy that makes humans as the owner of the highest authority, while deliberation in Islam is the way that Allah SWT has given as the sole decision maker. Deliberation is the key word in various issues to avoid conflict. For Muslims, accepting the principle of deliberation to build consensus is a matter of aqidah.

Abstract

This study describes several external policies of RA Al-Amin in order to improve the quality of education at RA Al-Amin. The type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by way of interviews and also various sources both from relevant books and journals. The results of this study indicate that the external policies set by RA Al-Amin consist of: (1) Prayer reading assistance, intending to educate the character of students to obey and obey Allah SWT through prayer, (2) Application of cooperation between parents and teachers in learning prayer readings for children, the application of this policy is expected to make it easier for children to memorize prayer readings, (3) Implementation of practice, getting children to pray correctly which is done together. (4) Repetition, parents have the duty to repeat the lessons that their children have learned at school. As for the inhibiting factors of this policy are external factors where both parents are busy working, as well as the community environment.

Abstract

Religious moderation refers to a moderate approach, an inclusive approach to Islam, or an open-minded approach to religion. Because it is simpler for religious sects and teachings to spread in society through social media and other religious studies that are not always authentic, Tabayyun's attitude toward religious moderation is extremely important. For this reason, people must exercise caution and double-check their assumptions before learning anything. This study aims to analyze how the Tabayyun concept is used in Islamic education to promote religious moderation. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Interviews and observational techniques were used by researchers to gather data. The study results demonstrate that there are various Tabayyun concepts, such as a) Tabayyun based on Rationality, b) Tabayyun with an Objective Attitude, and c) Tabayyun through Empirical Attitudes, that can be incorporated into Islamic Religious Education learning. Additionally, the concept of Tabayyun in Islamic religious education enhances the attitude of religious moderation by fostering harmony between educators, students, the community, and the environment to produce a tranquil and secure atmosphere free from numerous dangers. Therefore, it may be inferred that the Tabbayun concept can be included in Islamic instruction to enhance students' attitudes toward religious moderation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dengan Surah An-Nisa Ayat 6 yang berkaitan dengan pembagian harta anak yatim. Ayat-ayat ini menyoroti pentingnya keadilan dalam membagi harta anak yatim dan memberikan pedoman bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian yang adil. Dalam masyarakat Muslim, perhatian terhadap anak yatim adalah salah satu prinsip utama dalam ajaran agama. Islam menggarisbawahi perlunya perlindungan dan keadilan terhadap anak yatim, termasuk dalam hal pembagian harta mereka. Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 dalam Al-Qur'an memberikan arahan kepada umat Islam mengenai bagaimana harus memperlakukan harta anak yatim dan mewariskannya secara adil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir al-Qur'an. Data yang digunakan adalah ayat-ayat mutasyabihat yang terdapat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6. Untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang makna ayat-ayat tersebut, berbagai tafsir dari para ulama terkemuka dikaji dan dibandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 adalah bahwa pembagian harta anak yatim harus dilakukan dengan adil, menjaga hak-hak anak yatim, dan menghindari penyalahgunaan kekuasaan. Ayat-ayat tersebut memberikan pedoman yang jelas bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian harta anak yatim, dengan memastikan bahwa mereka mendapatkan bagian yang adil dan tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan harta oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan harta tersebut. Keadilan dalam pembagian harta anak yatim merupakan aspek penting dalam agama Islam. Hal ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang mendorong umat Muslim untuk bersikap adil dan berbuat baik terhadap anak yatim. Pembagian harta yang adil akan memberikan kepastian dan keamanan bagi anak yatim, serta memperkuat rasa keadilan dan persaudaraan dalam masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman terhadap takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6, khususnya dalam konteks pembagian harta anak yatim. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dalam praktik pembagian harta anak yatim, serta memberikan perlindungan dan perhatian yang layak terhadap mereka.

Abstract

This study describes the analysis of the controversy over the meaning of nasikh and mansukh in the verses of the Qur'an according to the scholars and the analysis of the meaning of Surah Al-Imran verse: 93 according to two interpretations, Tafsir Jalalain and Tafsir Ibnu Katsir as a comparison. The type of research method used in this research is literature research or literature review to collect relevant information about the meaning of nasikh wal mansukh. The results of the research show that (1) In essence there is no disagreement among the scholars about the possibility of making changes to the law, they intend and agree that changes to the law are produced by their own ijtihad or changes made by Allah for those who argues that there are texts in the Koran, (2) From the two Tafsirs used as references in this study that Surah Al-Imran: 93, that some types of food that were forbidden to the Children of Israel were not forbidden to followers of the Shari'a of the Prophet Abraham and other prophets before the Torah lowered. This is also stated in the Torah, their own book.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan kendala guru dalam mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadis di MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian dalam tulisan ini deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara dan juga dengan berbagai sumber baik itu dari buku yang relevan maupun jurnal-jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang di alami guru dalam mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadis yaitu: (1) kurangnya minat dan semangat para peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis, (2) Peserta didik memiliki kompetensi yang rendah dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an Hadis, (3) media dan alat yang kurang memadai di MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu, mengubah strategi pembelajaran agar lebih menarik dan juga mengadakan ekstrakulikuler khusus untuk membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the stages of forming the religious character of students with the Tahfiz al-Quran extracurricular activities at Mas Al-Furqon Kualuh are to identify the Islamic character of students at MAS Al-Furqon Kualuh through Tahfiz. This research method belongs to the qualitative type. The researcher conducted interviews with teachers who teach at MAS Al-Furqon Kualuh, observation, and documentation through one of the teachers and students at MAS Al-Furqon. The researcher also descriptively presented the data by determining interview guidelines and then extracting data from related books and journals using basic studies and analyses supporting the data. The research problem formulation includes the character-building process in students at MAS Al-Furqon Kualuh? What is the relationship between religious character and Tahfiz al-Qur’an? How is the implementation of character education for students through Tahfiz al-Qur’an at MAS Al-Furqon Kualuh?

Abstract

This study explains the educational evaluation contained in surah Al-Baqarah 31-34 based on the interpretation of Ath-Tabari. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were taken from various sources, both books, journals and relevant articles. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of education contained in surah Al-Baqarah 31-34 is based on the analysis of the interpretation of Ath-Tabari, namely there are 3 processes carried out in providing evaluation including listening, explaining, and producing evaluations. Evaluation is very important for today's education, to find out the development or changes that students have both from the affective aspect, cognitive aspect, and psychomorphic aspect.
