Abstract

Abstract— The criminal document management application is designed to assist in the delivery of court decision excerpts, the scheduling of court sessions, the detention of the court chairperson, and the detention of judges from the Tondano District Court to the Prosecutor's Office (Minahasa, Tomohon, South Minahasa), Correctional Institutions (Minahasa, Tomohon, South Minahasa), and the delivery of search warrant decisions, extension of detention permits, and seizure permits to the Police (Minahasa, Tomohon, Southeast Minahasa). The purpose of this research is to design, build, and develop a web-based criminal document management application at the Tondano District Court, aiming to facilitate employees in managing and delivering each case decision efficiently. This system aims to provide fair legal services to seekers of justice. The criminal document management application utilizes extreme programming methodology and the CodeIgniter framework. The programming language used is PHP, and MySQL serves as the database. Access to this application is restricted to administrators appointed by the criminal junior clerk of the Tondano District Court, the Prosecutor's Office administrator, the Police administrator, and the Correctional Institution administrator.

Abstract

Information systems have a considerable impact on business development which is managed by each individual. As a means of information, the website has a very important role in marketing and business management In Tomohon City, especially Matani Satu Village, which is located in North Sulawesi Province, which is currently starting to develop. Boarding houses have a lot of potential as they increase the demand for temporary housing. The purpose of this research is to create an application that can help and make it easier for all people and boarding house owners to be able to connect with each other only through a website-based cellphone. The method used in this website is the Agile Development method which has six stages, namely, planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, implementation, maintenance using the programming languages PHP, xampp, javascript and visual studio. Testing this system using the Black box testing method to prove that the application is in accordance with the objectives of the researcher.

Abstract

Presence system and management of resort employee performance allowances using the web-based extreme programming method is system that is simplify the presence system and management of Resort employee performance benefits in Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park so that it can be accessed at anytime and at anywhere by Resort employees. This research was conducted on resort employees where the distance between each resort is quite far apart so a presence system is needed that can control each resort employee and can facilitate the calculation of performance allowances for each resort employee. The creation of this system uses the CodeIgniter framework for coding and a Database Management System (MySQL) for data management, resulting in a attendance system and management of resort employee performance allowances. Tthe conclusion is that based on the results of testing this system using black box testing and usability testing which was carried out on the Head of the National Park Management Section and Resort employees by distributing questionnaires, the average percentage score for system functionality elements was 91% and system satisfaction elements were 94%, while the final score for both this element is 92.5%, it can be concluded that it functions according to the expected goals.
