Abstract

Coffee is a kind of beverage that is widespread and much-loved in the world. Today coffee has become a lifestyle. Various kinds of coffee are offering in many shops. This is a great opportunity for entrepreneurs, especially SMEs providers of coffee products, in introducing and marketing variants of coffee products that are owned at the national and international level. One of the problems often arises in the marketing of SMEs products is the lack of information and marketing access to potential markets. An effective and appropriate marketing strategy is needed, especially for SMEs producing coffee products. The research method is done by observation and interview to get primary and secondary data. After the data obtained, analyzed the current condition using SWOT analysis and then followed by strategy mapping using SOSTAC method. From the analysis that has been done, needed a website for the directory to introduce SMEs engaged in the production and sale of coffee in Besuki Raya area.

Abstract

Food security is a condition of food proclamation based on the availability of sufficient food to be able to live a healthy, active and productive life in a sustainable manner. Based on data from the Global Food Security Index (GFSI), Indonesia is ranked 69th with a level of food availability with a value of 63.7% and a level of ability or food needs of 74.9%. Jember Regency as one of the regencies in East Java Province based on TP2AK food security data in 2020 is in good condition (very resistant). However, in the same year Jember Regency experienced natural disasters with a total of 92 incidents The World Food Program in 2009 explained that one of the indicators of food security is vulnerability to food insecurity which is influenced by natural disasters. Based on the disaster conditions experienced by Jember Regency, the research carried out is to group food security areas in the Jember Regency area based on transient indicators using the KMeans method. The results of the analysis of the optimal SSE cluster formed in K4 (4 clusters) with an SSE value of 24,809. Each of the 4 clusters formed has a food security category of very resistant, resistant, moderately resistant, and somewhat vulnerable.

Abstract

This research aims to classify disaster-prone areas in Jember Regency based on disaster-prone index indicators in 31 sub-districts in Jember Regency. The 6 indicators used in this study are the number of disaster events, the number of victims killed, the number of injured victims, the number of damaged houses, the amount of damage to infrastructure and population density. The clustering method used is the K-Means Clustering method. This method is considered quite effective and efficient for grouping large amounts of data. Researchers also used the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) method to determine the optimal number of clusters (k) used in the clustering process. The results of this study are the optimal number of clusters (k) is k = 3 with the cluster test k = 2 to k = 10, by classifying groups of low vulnerability, medium vulnerability and high vulnerability.

Abstract

PPM activities with the theme Caring for the Environment, located in Pekauman Village, aim to increase community awareness of the environment and entrepreneurial spirit. This activity was carried out with the aim of helping the community find solutions, one of which is managing waste and plastic waste. Observations began by looking at data via the Ministry of Village data website, surveys and interviews in Pekauman Village. The people of Pekauman Village still do not care and have minimal waste management, resulting in large piles of waste. This has negative consequences for health and also environmental sustainability, including residential areas, rivers and rice fields. The method used in this activity is providing counseling, assistance and training about the process of collecting plastic waste and managing plastic waste. Making eco paving blocks is an effort to utilize plastic waste in Pekauman Village. This effort received a very good response and enthusiasm from the community and village officials. The results of this activity can be seen from the awareness of the people of Pekauman Village who are starting to actively participate in the waste bank and sort plastic waste to be processed into eco paving blocks. The selling price of plastic waste is around Rp. 10,000/kg and the selling price of eco paving blocks is around Rp. 70,000 to Rp. 80,000 per m2. This activity will be followed up and continued by village youth and village officials.ABSTRAKKegiatan PPM dengan tematik Peduli Lingkungan yang berlokasi di Desa Pekauman bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepeduliaan masyarakat terhadap lingkungan dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan membantu masyarakat dalam menemukan solusi, salah satunya yaitu pengelolaan sampah dan limbah plastik. Observasi diawali dengan melihat data melalui web data kemendesa, survei, dan wawancara di Desa Pekauman. Masyarakat Desa Pekauman masih kurang peduli dan minim pengelolaan sampah sehingga banyak timbunan limbah sampah. Hal tersebut memiliki konsekuensi negatif terhadap kesehatan dan juga kelestarian lingkungan baik lingkungan permukiman, sungai dan persawahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan penyuluhan, pendampingan dan pelatihan tentang proses pengumpulan limbah plastik serta pengelolaan limbah plastik. Pembuatan eco paving blok merupakan upaya pemanfaatan limbah plastik di Desa Pekauman. Upaya tersebut mendapatkan respon dan antusias yang sangat baik dari masyarakat serta perangkat desa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari kesadaran masyarakat Desa Pekauman yang mulai aktif ikut serta pada bank sampah dan memilah sampah plastik untuk diolah menjadi eco paving block. Harga jual sampah plastik adalah sekitar Rp. 10.000/kg dan harga jual eco paving block aadalah sekitar Rp. 70.000 s/d Rp. 80.000 per m2. Kegiatan ini akan ditindaklanjuti dan diteruskan oleh pemuda desa dan juga perangkat desa.

Abstract

Countries around the world were shocked by the outbreak of a new virus in 2020, which quickly transmitted and attacks humans of all ages. The virus is COVID-19. The government has advised through social media to stay at home and got vaccinated. YouTube has become a platform for the government, especially the Ministry of Health, to share public information in the COVID-19’s pandemic. Public can put their comments on video uploaded by the Ministry of Health. An analysis of comments is needed so that the information in comments can be useful for those who read and evaluated by the government so that they can provide information that the public can understand. In analyzing toxic comments, it can used text mining. And one of that is the Naïve Bayes Classifier. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to determine the results of the analysis. Measuring the value of accuracy, this study using the Confusion Matrix evaluation. From the final result, the highest accuracy value is in the comparison of 90%:10% with an accuracy value of 80%. And from the results of the analysis, the most toxic words used are the words ‘dead’, 'business', ‘public' and 'fool'. From the results show that there are still many people who do not believe in the existence of COVID-19 and think that vaccines can cause death in people who are vaccinated.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara, bertugas menyediakan tenaga listrik bagi kepentingan umum dengan tetap memperhatikan tujuan perusahaan yaitu menghasilkan keuntungan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 19/2000. Statistik keluhan konsumen pada tahun 2015 mencapai 1030 keluhan, dan keluhan listrik yaitu mencapai 5.63% dengan jumlah 58 kasus. Keluhan listrik tersebut termasuk pada sepuluh besar kategori keluhan tertinggi pada tahun 2015. Oleh karena itu, PT. PLN perlu meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik agar dapat meningkatkan indeks kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan pelanggan yaitu dengan cara menggunakan pendekatan metode servqual yaitu pendekatan metode yang hanya menggunakan penggunaan dimensi servqual yang kemudian dilakukan pengelompokan berupa cluster dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy K-Means karena pelayanan yang diberikan bank menyebabkan persepsi yang berbeda-beda pada tiap nasabah. Pada penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 4 cluster dengan pengujian aplikasi menggunakan 100 responden dengan 80 responden merupakan training set dan 20 responden merupakan test set. Hasil penelitian menunjukan cluster yang memiliki jumlah anggota terbanyak adalah cluster 3 yang artinya banyak pelanggan merasa puas dengan indeks kepuasan pelanggan mencapai 75,18%. Hasil dari pengujian training set terhadap test set, menunjukan akurasinya 100% (persen) pada cluster 1, 100% (persen) pada cluster 2, 97,5% (persen) pada cluster 3, dan 97,5% (persen) pada cluster 4.

Abstract

Lots of information that is spread in the community about Covid1-19 needs to be confirmed so as not to disturb the public. Many people have not been able to distinguish between true and false information. There are still many people in Jember who have not received accurate and reliable information about the current Covid vaccine. It's not just about how to get vaccinated, but the requirements that must be met in order to get vaccinated in Jember, also have not been conveyed properly to the public. In view of this, we need a means that can facilitate the dissemination of such information properly. This service activity resulted in a website with the name CovidCare. CovidCare provides information to assist the University of Jember's covid task force in collecting data on UNEJ residents who have been vaccinated and also exposed to Covid. The CovidCare website can also make it easier for the Covid task force to accept students who want to register as Covid volunteers who are part of the Thematic KKN at UNEJ. In addition to these internal parties, the CovidCare website can also be used by outside parties (health workers) in registering the Covid vaccine.

Abstract

Validation of the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) needs to be carried out because the government uses this data as a basis for providing various forms of social assistance. Valid data is one of the efforts so that the social assistance provided is right on target. Jember Regency is one of the districts instructed to validate the data. The University of Jember through the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) is working with the Regional Government of Jember Regency to carry out DTKS validation efforts. This activity then developed an Android-based application that enumerators used to validate in the field. The data used in the application is based on data already owned by the Jember District Social Service

Abstract

The SILAKAN application stands for the Banyuwangi Regency Personnel Service System developed by BKPP Banyuwangi Regency. Obstacles when using this SILAKAN service such as, services are still limited to using mobile applications, the speed when loading services is still slow, slow responses when there are problems so that users have to come to the office, and downloading documents is quite slow. This research was conducted to evaluate the quality of SILAKAN Banyuwangi services using the e-GovQual and IPA methods. Evaluation of service quality based on users, namely all ASNs in Banyuwangi Regency. The results of the study showed that the total performance score on all e-GovQual variables above Likert score 3 was 3.36 and the total interest assessment score was 3.42, resulting in a gap between performance and interests of -0.06. A negative value gap indicates that service performance still does not meet user interests. Based on the analysis of conformity between performance and interests has a conformity value of 98.23%. There are 4 attributes that fall into quadrant 1 which means getting the top priority for improvement, namely, this e-Government site successfully performs services based on the first request (RB3), this e- Government site is available and can be accessed whenever you need it (RB2), the data provided by users on this e-Government site is archived safely (TR3), employees give prompt replies to user questions (CS2).

Abstract

This article presents descriptive information about the results of the performance analysis and the maturity of the business-IT alignment process at PT.XYZ through the implementation of data-based visualization techniques within the SAMM perspective. This research is divided into four stages: preliminary research, data collection, data analysis, and organizational development analysis. Based on the results of the analysis using SAMM from the perspective of top-level management of an organization, PT. XYZ has achieved maturity in the attribute of good cooperation. This indicates that the company and organization understand the need for business-IT alignment for their development. However, the attainment level of maturity in the skills and communication attributes is less than optimal. This impacts the communication process and the distribution of information in the company’s development through IT implementation. This research only provides data visualization of the maturity achievements of PT. XYZ’s business alignment and information technology are based on the SAMM method. The process of analyzing the company's strategic alignment data and providing recommendations for implementing Information Technology to optimize the company's business was not included in this research.
