Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in class VIII of SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek, namely textbooks are the only source of learning for students. and the limited number of book packages means that not all students have a book package as a guide and guide in understanding lessons and learning only goes in one direction and is the size of the teacher. Thus, making the learning outcomes of students low. to overcome this problem, teachers must have companion learning resources that can be used in the learning process, one of which is the Student Worksheet (LKPD). The designed LKPD is Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) model-based LKPD. This study aims to obtain a valid, practical and effective Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) model-based LKPD product in class VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek. This research is a developmental research or Research and Development (R&D) with the Sugiyono development model. The steps that researchers use are as follows. (1) potential and problems, (2) information gathering, (3) product design, (4) design validity, (5) improvement design, and (6) trials Based on the development research that has been carried out, it is obtained that LKPD has a very valid criterion of 83.4% for practicality, 86.26% for practicality, and 86.26% for effectiveness the very effective criterion is 83%. So it can be concluded that the Mathematics LKPD Based on the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) Learning model) In Class VIII Mathematics Learning at SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek that is developed is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in interest in learning mathematics for class VIII students of SMPN 03 2x11 Kayutanam through active knowledge sharing learning strategies. This type of research is pre-experimental with a one group pretest posttest research design. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 03 2x11 Kayutanam. The sampling technique was carried out by means of random sampling, and assigned class VIII A as the sample class. The instruments used in this study were pretest and posttest questionnaires for students' learning interest with an active knowledge sharing strategy. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the paired sample t test. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained from the average student pretest questionnaire results was 49.125 while the average student posttest questionnaire results were 70.667. Based on the calculation results of the paired sample t test at the significance level ???? = 0.05, the tcount = 8.749 and ttable = 1.714. Based on the results of the calculation th > tt, it means rejecting H0 and accepting H1, meaning that there are differences in students' interest in learning mathematics after using the active knowledge sharing strategy in class VIII students of SMPN 03 2x11 Kayutanam. So that in this study it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' interest in learning mathematics with active knowledge sharing learning strategies in class VIII SMPN 03 2x11 Kayutanam.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of interviews conducted at the school, which revealed that students' mathematics learning outcomes are relatively low, possibly due to the influence of mathematical-logical intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence. This study is a correlational study using the ex post facto method. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of mathematical-logical intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence on students' mathematics learning outcomes in Grade IX of SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek for the academic year 2022/2023, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consists of 183 Grade IX students at SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek. The research sample consists of 32 students selected using simple random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) Mathematical-logical intelligence has a positive influence on mathematics learning outcomes with a contribution of 19.45%, (2) Intrapersonal intelligence has a positive influence on mathematics learning outcomes with a contribution of 13.32%, and (3) Mathematical-logical intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence have a positive influence on mathematics learning outcomes with a contribution of 34.57%. Thus, it can be concluded that mathematical-logical intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence have a positive influence on students' mathematics learning outcomes in Grade IX of SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek for the academic year 2022/2023, both partially and simultaneously.
