Abstract

Human immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome),adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus HIV. Kasus HIV-AIDS di dunia terus mengalamipeningkatan setiap tahunnya. Penyakit ini menjadi masalah kesehatan bagi masyarakat, karena belumtersedianya obat dan vaksin untuk pencegahan. Angka penderita HIV bertambah denganmeningkatnya angka penderita TB (Tuberkulosis) dengan BTA (Basil Tahan Asam) positif.Komorbiditas TB dengan infeksi HIV dapat memengaruhi pengobatannya. Data menunjukkanprevalensi HIV pada insiden kasus TB 6,2%, kematian penderita TB dengan HIV mencapai8,5/100.000 penduduk. Hal ini terjadi karena banyak penderita TB yang tidak mau melakukanpemeriksaan terhadap HIV karena pengetahuan mereka yang kurang tentangnya. Kegiatanpengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang HIV-AIDS. Kesadaran yang tinggi pada masyarakat tentang bahaya infeksi HIV-AIDS memengaruhi masyarakatberobat sehingga dapat melakukan hidup normal dan produktif. Metode yang digunakan adalahmemberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Johar Baru, Cempaka Putih danKemayoran di Wilayah Jakarta Pusat melalui diskusi interaktif. Terdapat 75 peserta yang mengikutikegiatan dengan kenaikan nilai mencapai 81% di Kecamatan Kemayoran. Hal ini disebabkan olehtingkat pengetahuan awal yang lebih rendah dibandingkan peserta di Cempaka Putih dan Johar BaruEdukasi ini bermanfaat untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai TB-HIV dan HIV-TB, baik kepadapasien, kader, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan warga.

Abstract

Background: Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine at any given condition. Medical exams experienced by medical students could induce anxiety, which could lead to urinary incontinence. Through an Islamic viewpoint, individuals suffering from urinary incontinence are constantly unclean and require certain ways to practice worship. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and age; anxiety levels and gender; the correlation between anxiety levels and urinary incontinence; identifying anxiety levels; and the severity of urinary incontinence symptoms within YARSI University Medical Students Class of 2019 and 2020, as well as how to pray and ablute for individuals with urinary incontinence.Method: This study is qualitative research done as an analytical observational study with cross-sectional study design. The research instrument used the Urogenital Distress Inventory questionnaire (UDI-6) and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The research was conducted on YARSI University Medical Students Class of 2019 and 2020 with a sample size of 209 participants. Data analysis utilized Kruskal Wallis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, and Spearman Correlation statistical tests.Results: The level of anxiety experienced by most students is a mild level of anxiety. The highest severity of urinary incontinence symptoms was experienced by students with moderate to severe anxiety levels. No significant relationship was found between age and gender with anxiety levels. There is a positive correlation with moderate strength between the level of anxiety and urinary incontinence.Conclusion: No relationship was found between anxiety levels facing medical exams with age nor gender and a positive correlation with moderate strength was found between anxiety levels medical exams and urinary incontinence within YARSI University Medical Students Class of 2019 and 2020.

Abstract

Gangguan perasaan adalah gejala yang dapat mempengaruhi emosi, energi, dan motivasi seseorang seperti gangguan kecemasan dan depresi. Gangguan kecemasan ialah gangguan kesehatan mental yang biasanya ditandai dengan ketakutan dan kekhawatiran yang berlebihan dengan perkiraan prevalensi global mulai dari 3,8 hingga 25% di seluruh negara. Depresi, merupakan gangguan mood yang paling tersering terjadi pada usia lanjut dengan prevalensi 12-45%. Salah satu penyebab adalah tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesehatan jiwa yang masih rendah tidak terkecuali pada masa remaja. Masa remaja ialah status interim yang berhubungan dengan masa peralihan digunakan untuk mempelajari cara memikul tanggung jawab kelak saat memasuki masa dewasa. Maka dari itu, akan bermunculan banyak stressor yang dapat memicu gangguan perasaan pada masa ini. Sehingga, diperlukan bagi tiap-tiap individu mengerti cara-cara untuk mencegah gangguan perasaan. Di era digital ini, kalangan remaja hingga dewasa banyak menggunakan sosial media dikemas dengan design yang menarik, mudah untuk dicari dan mudah untuk dimengerti dengan penyajian E-Booklet. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan metode cross sectional dan pengambilan data secara quasi-experimental. Sampel data diambil dari hasil pretest dan post-test siswa-siswi SMAIT Asy-Syukriyyah kelas XII yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi pada periode Juli hingga Agustus 2022.Analisis data menggunakan analisis bivariat. Data diolah menggunakan program komputer Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 26 for IOS. Hasil: Total sampel diperoleh sebanyak 89 orang siswa-siswi SMAIT Asy-Syukriyyah. Hasil analisis dengan uji bivariat didapatkan. Hasil uji Wilcoxon sikap pada kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa hitung Z score sebesar -426 dan sig sebesar 0,670. Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan hasil sikap dari kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan.

Abstract

Background: Online learning is implemented as an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19. In the medical education, coass, online learning affects the learning motivation of students. Motivation is the drive to perform an action with a specific goal. The goal of this research is to understand the learning motivation of Muslim doctors during the transition from online to offline learning methods during clinical clerkship. Method: This research is quantitative, using the Wilcoxon test by distributing the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) online. The research sample consists of Muslim doctors from the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University in 2022, learning with the transition from online to offline methods during clinical, selected through simple random sampling. Result: The results obtained in this study show that the learning motivation during online learning is mostly categorized as very good compared to offline learning Conclusion : The score of learning motivation from online to offline does not show significant changes, with a significance value of 0.812 > 0.05, indicating no increase in learning motivation during the transition from online to offline learning methods.
