Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, competence and motivation on employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra Province. A population of 150 employees was used in the research utilizing the associative approach, and 97 employees responded using a random sampling-based calculation on the Isaac and Michael formulas. The analysis technique uses the Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 program. Based on the research results, known that Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Competence and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, while at the same time independent variables can explain the dependent variable of 65.1% while the remaining 34.9% is explained by the variable outside the model not included in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepak bola SMP Negeri 5 Gunung Megang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel berasal dari siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepakbola pada SMP Negeri 5 Gunung Megang pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 30 orang, sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang kemudian di olah kembali oleh peneliti, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes praktek atau perbuatan dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola berada dalam kategori Baik Sekali yaitu 6,7%, kategori Baik yaitu 53,3%, kategori Sedang yaitu 26,7%, kategori kurang yaitu 13,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 5 Gunung Megang dominan berada pada tingkat sangat baik dan baik.

Abstract

Road users must give trains precedence at level crossings between railway lines and highways, according to Law Number 23 of 2007 concerning Railways, Article 124. This implies that at certain level crossings, train drivers must prioritize trains. However, in practice, many level crossings lack safety barriers, increasing the likelihood of train accidents. The high number of accidents near railway crossings is also caused by various other reasons. The research methodology of this journal is normative. To understand, clarify, and assess legal concepts or principles, normative scholars examine legal documents, regulations and provisions, court decisions, legal theories, and legal literature. Train drivers who make mistakes, whether intentional or not, are subject to criminal sanctions as outlined in Article 361 of the Criminal Code, Article 358 of the Criminal Code, and Article 360 of the Criminal Code.
