Abstract

Pengaruh Kultur Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Anggota Kepolisian pada Polda Sumatera Selatan. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh kultur organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Anggota Kepolisian pada Polda Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kultur organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Anggota Kepolisian pada Polda Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, pertama, Kultur organisasi, motivasi, dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Kedua, Kultur organisasi, motivasi, dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota Kepolisian pada Polda Sumatera Selatan.Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi, pertama Pimpinan yang ada di tingkat Polda Sumsel di masing – masing Satuan Kerja harus lebih tegas dalam pemberian sanksi bagi Anggota. Kedua, Pimpinan Polda Sumsel seharusnya lebih meningkatkan lagi kultur organisasi pada lingkungan Polda Sumsel, seperti dengan lebih menekankan lagi bahwa kultur pada Polda Sumsel, sudah bukan lagi militeristik, namun sudah berubah menjadi Melindungi dan Mengayomi Masyarakat. Ketiga, Pimpinan disetiap levelnya diharapkan memiliki terobosan-terobosan yang menarik dalam memberikan motivasi kepada anggotanya sehingga tidak menimbulkan kebosanan dalam bekerja. Keempat, Pimpinan Polda Sumsel harus selalu melakukan pengawasan yang ketat terhadap anggota-anggotanya secara berjenjang pada satuan kerja dan terus selalu mengingatkan bahwa tugas mereka adalah melayani masyarakat. Jika pelayanan yang diberikan buruk, maka kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polda Sumsel pada khususnya dan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia pada umumnya akan menurun. Selain itu pimpinan juga harus memberikan peluang bagi seluruh anggotanya yang memiliki persyaratan yang cukup untuk mengikuti pendidikan di semua level jenjang pendidikan sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki anggota tersebut, untuk meningkatkan karier di Kepolisian.Kata kunci : Kultur Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompetensi serta Kinerja.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem was whether or not there is a significant the influence of lifestyle and student perceptions on purchasing decision by online in Palembang. The study aimed for finding out between lifestyle and student perceptions on purchasing decision by online in Palembang. The study was conducted by using associative for finding out whether or not lifestyle and student perceptions influence on purchasing decision by online Palembang. There were two variables; (1) lifestyle and student perceptions and (2) dependence variable was Purchasing decision that developed to be 14 indicators. The population was all of active students at private universities of Palembang. The sample was 346 by using purposive sampling. The data was primary data as source analysis. The data was collected by using questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using multiple linier regression. The result showed that there was a significant influence between lifestyle and student perceptions on purchasing decision by online in Palembang.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is, is there an effect of risk perception and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic in Seberang Ulu II, Palembang City. This study aims to determine the effect of risk perception and consumer confidence on online purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic in Seberang Ulu II, Palembang City. The research was conducted using associative research methods. The population in this study were residents in the Seberang Ulu II District of Palembang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 people. The data used are primary data. Data collection method through questionnaire. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2) with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of risk perception and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic in Seberang Ulu II, Palembang City. This is evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression Y = 1.457 + 0.294X1 + 0.289X2. The results of the F test show that there is a positive and significant influence on risk perceptions and consumer trust on purchasing decisions with the value of Fcount (33.127)> F table (3.09) with a significant 0.000 <sig α = 0.05. The t-test results revealed that the perception of risk had a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a tcount (3.221)> ttable (1.66) with a significance of 0.002 <sig α = 0.05. Consumer trust has an effect on purchasing decisions with tcount (3,415)> t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.001 <sig α = 0.05. The determination coefficient test of 0.394 (39.4%) variables of risk perception and consumer confidence is able to explain online purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic in Seberang Ulu II, Palembang City. Meanwhile, 60.6% is explained by other factors outside the research.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan lahan kosong yang dimanfaatkan untuk budidaya jahe diselenggarakan di Pondok Pesantren Aulia Cendekian Palembang. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi santri Pondok Pesantren Aulia Cendekian Palembang dalam budidaya jahe serta pembuatan produk minuman berupa jahe instan secara praktek langsung. Acara pelatihan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi dosen – dosen lintas disiplin ilmu yang bekerjasama dengan Pondok Pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang. Manfaat pelatihan pelatihan ini adalah berupa transfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada seluruh santri Pondok Pesantren Aulia Cendekian Palembang agar dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai cara budidaya jahe dan memanfaatkannya sebagai produk minuman berupa jahe instant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Accessibility on Loyalty through Tourist Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Water Tourism Objects in PALI Regency. This type of research is Associative. The sample in this study amounted to 97 selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on loyalty through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable in water tourism objects in PALI district. (2) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on loyalty through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable in water tourism objects in PALI district. (3) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on tourist satisfaction at water tourism objects in PALI district

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of taste and price on consumer satisfaction at a western fast food restaurant. The research design used in this study used quantitative associative methods. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on the first hypothesis (H1) which states that taste has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the t-count value is 22,984 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.661, testing the second hypothesis (H2) which states that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the t-count value is 23,908, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.661, which means that taste and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while the R-square value obtained is 0.865 which states that the taste and price variables affect consumer satisfaction by 86.50% and the remaining 13.50% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is accompanied by the development of the world of information and communication technology. Technological advances promote digital business trends that require every goods or service company to be able to present their merchandise online, either on business websites or on existing e-commerce platforms, and support digital transactions. between seller and buyer. The ease of transaction for customers is a crucial aspect of the service and process of buying and selling. In an effort to thrive in the competitive business environment, it is a struggle for businesspeople to deliver services that suit the needs of their clients since customers are becoming more discerning and their comfort standards are rising. Improving service to customers is the primary focus of every business in order to consider ways and business processes to maintain customer loyalty; therefore, the objective of this research is to design and build a computerized system to make it easier for businesses to manage the transaction process and to determine the superior features of the system in relation to improving service to customers. By installing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you may acquire new clients and keep the loyalty of existing ones. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is established to aid administrators in the management of transactional operations, product management, flagship initiatives, and customer promotions. as envisioned and valid for all primary system menu functions, so that it can be developed throughout the implementation phase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, competence and motivation on employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra Province. A population of 150 employees was used in the research utilizing the associative approach, and 97 employees responded using a random sampling-based calculation on the Isaac and Michael formulas. The analysis technique uses the Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 program. Based on the research results, known that Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Competence and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, while at the same time independent variables can explain the dependent variable of 65.1% while the remaining 34.9% is explained by the variable outside the model not included in this study

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to develop an original model of halal tourism by considering the service quality variable and its effect on tourist loyalty with satisfaction as a mediator variable and experience quality consisting of halal food, halal facilities and services, and people at the destination as moderator variables.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study adopts an empirical approach. Data were collected using questionnaire distributed to respondents that were selected through purposive sampling based on their previous visits to halal destinations in Indonesia. A total of 440 questionnaire responses were subjected to quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling.Research findings: Our study findings indicated that services quality was one of the factors with positive, significant impacts (direct and indirect) on tourist loyalty. In addition, experience quality seemed to strengthen this impact.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research offered a novel insight that that the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists visiting halal tourism can be increased through improving experience quality.Practitioners/Policy Implications: This research is expected to be a reference and consideration for halal tourism business actors in their efforts to increase visitor satisfaction where major coniderations should be put on halal accommodation and halal services. Visitor experience is an important factor to increase the number of visitors to halal tourism.Research Limitations/Implications: The large sample size relatively complicated the timely data collection.

Abstract

This study has the aim of finding loopholes and digging up information about the problem of job satisfaction which is influenced by several factors including compensation and facilities, there are two problem formulations that limit the discussion so that it does not widen, namely analyzing teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is influenced by compensation (X1 ) and facilities (X2) partially, while the second question is to analyze teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is affected by compensation (X1) and facilities (X2) simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative using survey methods. The data used is primary data obtained directly from 32 respondents using a questionnaire. The questionnaire used has tested the validity and reliability tests. The research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression tests and carried out F tests and T tests. The results showed that compensation and facilities had a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mambaul Khoir Talang partially or simultaneously.Stakeholders need to pay attention to the provision of compensation both financially and non-financially so as to increase teacher job satisfaction.
