Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada kepala SDN Dermo 2 Kediri bahwa guru belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan dan membuat media pembelajaran digital sebagai bahan ajar alternatif. Dalam proses pembelajaran kondisi siswa banyak yang tidak menyimak penjelasan guru, hal ini bisa dilihat dari kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan guru. Jika hal ini terus dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang tidak maksimal. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberi workshop, mediasi serta bantuan berupa penyediaan forum bagi guru untuk mengenal lebih jauh tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran (berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK) dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Metode yang digunakan pertama melakukan analisis situasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa respon pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK pada kategori keterbaruan rata-rata 88,75 dengan kategori respon sangat baik. Respon pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK pada kategori kebermanfaatan mencapai 91,25 dengan kategori respom sangat baik juga. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini secara garis besar menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan melalui tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan dan lebih percaya diri untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

This research goal to compare the flow properties in the rectangular and trapezoidal open channels by examining the influence of the channel side slope is depicted by simplified Saint Venant Equations. The solution of these equations has been completed numerically by using Preissmann four-point scheme. The model is simulated using the Matlab application to point out the flow properties. The proposed model is validated by the model without simplification which was selected from the literature. The validation outcomes indicate that in common, the simulation outcomes of the two models have a good agreement. The simulation results show that the greater the slope of the channel side, the greater the peak discharge and the greater the time shift. The analysis emphasizes how channel geometry influences flow behavior, indicating that trapezoidal channels, with inclined side slopes z, yield slightly higher peak discharges compared to rectangular ones. For z = 0, discharge of peak Q = 7.38 m3/s and t = 18 s. For z = 2, discharge of peak Q = 7.39 m3/s and t = 21 s. For z = 4, discharge of peak Q = 7.45 m3/s and t = 23 s. For z = 6, discharge of peak Q = 7.51 m3/s and t = 24 s.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran matematika realistik berbantuan E-LKPD dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan kelas VII-D SMPN 2 Kepung berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, angket respon siswa, dan tes. Penerapan model pembelajaran baik untuk diterapkan, hal ini ditunjukan hasil presentase rata-rata lembar observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 88,04% dengan kategori sangat baik dan hasil respon siswa sebesar 83,97% dengan kategori positif. Nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 90,27 lebih tinggi dari rata-rata pretest adalah 51,37. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran matematika realistik berbantuan E-LKPD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Open Ended learning model assisted by Quizizz media on the motivation and learning outcomes of mathematics of grade VII junior high school students. The background of this study is the low motivation and learning outcomes of students due to conventional learning that does not involve students actively. The Open Ended model encourages students to think critically and creatively through questions with various possible answers, while Quizizz as an interactive quiz-based learning media creates a fun and competitive learning atmosphere. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest design and involves 13 grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Prambon. The instruments used are learning motivation questionnaires and pretest-posttest essay tests to measure learning outcomes. Data analysis is carried out descriptively and inferentially. The results of the study showed an increase in student motivation and learning outcomes after the implementation of the Open Ended model assisted by Quizizz. Thus, the combination of this model and media is effective in increasing enthusiasm, active participation, and understanding of students' mathematical concepts. This study recommends the use of this approach as an innovative strategy in junior high school mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the scaffolding-based Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning model on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method through a pretest - posttest control group design. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling, namely class XI DKV 2 as the experimental class with the scaffolding-based RME learning model and class XI DKV 1 as the control class with the conventional learning model. Research data were collected through a mathematical problem-solving ability test in the form of essay questions. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and N-gain analysis. Based on the descriptive statistics results, the average post-test score for the experimental class was 76.03 and the control class had an average of 65.53. The results of the independent sample t-test showed a significant value of 0.000, indicating that sig. (2-tailed) < α=0.05. Thus, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted, meaning that the scaffolding-based RME learning model was effective in improving students' mathematical problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, it was found that students still have difficulty in solving problems, especially in story problems that require contextual reasoning, the methods used by teachers have not been able to fully encourage students to think critically. The purpose of this study is to apply the RME model to improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method. This study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Semen, with a sample taken of class X AKL 1 totaling 32 students in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the analysis show an increase in students' mathematical problem-solving abilities by applying the RME learning model, especially in story problems on exponential function material. In this case, students are actively involved in group discussions to identify the problems given. Teachers also play an optimal role in each stage of learning the RME model. Thus, the application of the RME model is quite effective and provides positive results for mathematics learning.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the discovery learning model is implemented, improving learning outcomes, and increasing learning motivation for grade 5 students at SDN Pule 2 for the academic year 2023-2024. The research subjects were 15 students of fifth grade at SDN Pule 2, and a mathematics teacher as observer. The data collected includes student observation results, student learning outcomes, student learning motivation questionnaire results. This research is Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four (4) stages, namely, planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. In this research, it can be said to be successful if at least 80% of students have high motivation (≥50) and at least 80% of students get scores above the KKM (70). The research results showed: (1) Student learning motivation was high in cycle I at 73.33% with an average of 68.9 and in cycle II at 93.33% with an average of 83.83. (2) Student learning completeness in cycle I was 66.7% with an average of 72.67 and in cycle II it was 86.7% with an average of 88.67. From the data above, it clearly shows that in cycle I the level of student motivation and student learning outcomes were not in accordance with the indicators of success so it was continued to cycle II, whereas in cycle II the level of student motivation and student learning outcomes were in accordance with the indicators of success so the research was stopped in the cycle II.
