Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip di CV. Arjuna Flora Kota Batu berupa prosedur penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip guna menunjang efektivitas pengawasan arsip dinamis aktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bagian administrasi dengan subyek arsip dokumen ekspor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan prosedur penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip dinamis aktif di CV Arjuna Flora Kota Batu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip yang baik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan arsip. Agar pengelolaan arsip lebih efektif, alangkah baiknya apabila mengikuti sistem penyimpanan arsip sesuai dengan teori yang ada, semisal dengan memberi kode di setiap dokumen sehingga penataan arsip bisa lebih tertata.

Managing family archive independently is one of the ways that can be used to activate the family function and give universal values of the family. By knowing the important of family archive management, it is urgently needed to provide guidance and training for the students’ mothers of TK Dharma Wanita Sengkaling, Dau, Malang, so they can do the archive management for their own family. This service is done by applying participatory method, a method that involved the service offers to directly involved in the activity. The activity was started with first, sharing about how to archive classification, practice in implementing technology in archive storing and the last one was the discussion. From the result of this service, it can be concluded that the participants of the activity are satisfied for by the result of the activity: they have online drive that can be used to save their family archive so they can avoid any damaging risk in the future.

Store display is an important component in the retail business segment. Business actors must be able to create attractive spatial planning and product arrangement through store displays so that consumers feel at home and comfortable when shopping. Effective arrangement in addition to increasing sales can also minimize the risk of loss. Such as avoiding loss of goods, theft, inaccurate records, and others. This activity was delivered to the Delfa Store which is located at Jl. Kenanga Kav.2, Mulyoagung Village, Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the display conditions in stores that sell various household goods are still not good. So that it becomes difficult to develop and there is uncertainty about business continuity in the future. This is the background for carrying out this activity, by analyzing the condition of store displays as an effort to identify business risks.

The management of borrowing and returning land document files (warkah) at the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency was initially conducted through manual recording, resulting in difficulties in document traceability, unclear status, and potential administrative errors. This study aims to develop and implement a Microsoft Access–based borrowing application to support orderly archival administration. The research employed an action research approach with data collected through observation, interviews, document analysis, and system testing during implementation. The results indicate that the application improves structured recording, accelerates document retrieval, clarifies file status, and reduces recording errors. These changes strengthen administrative control and enhance accountability in archival management. The study concludes that a simple, user-oriented information system can effectively support orderly archival administration and provide a practical model for improving document management practices in similar governmental institutions.

The management of archives is gaining growing importance, particularly within museums. Well-structured and easily retrievable archives not only streamline day-to-day activities but also enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Nevertheless, many museums continue to struggle with effective archives management. Therefore, it becomes crucial for curators to adopt and implement proper archive classification systems to safeguard collections and ensure ease of retrieval. Specifically, the classification of audio archives requires the systematic and logical arrangement of archives to facilitate fast and straightforward access. This system proves especially valuable for accessing information related to the history of world music, including Indonesia. However, several museum curators have yet to apply proper classification methods. For instance, the Museum Musik Indonesia organizes its collections according to general practices but still encounters challenges in retrieval due to the lack of a structured classification framework. To address this issue, a community service program was carried out using a participatory approach that included four stages: counseling, discussion, mentoring, and evaluation. The establishment of an audio archive classification system will make it easier to locate and access archives whenever needed.
