Abstract

Research has been carried out using a magnetic method that aims to interpret the subsurface structure of the area hot springs Derekan - Diwak based on the total magnetic field anomaly data. It also aims to investigate the geothermal system in the area.Some 99 points measurement areas were measured using PPM (Proton Precession Magnetometer) geometrics type GSM19T models to get the value of the total magnetic field and two points as a base station simultaneously measured using the PPM G856X models. Measurement data is processed by the daily variation correction and IGRF (International Geomagnetic Reference Field) correction. The data has been used to create a contour corrected total magnetic field anomalies and subsurface cross sections involving the upward continuation and reduction to the poles.The results of study showed the total magnetic field anomaly closure pair of positive and negative closure indicate a fault zone below the surface. Interpretation is strengthened by the results of the modeling showed two faults of Derekan - Diwak areas trending southwest- northeast. This fault zone is a media outlet fluid to the surface in the area of geothermal systems.Keywords: geothermal, fault, and total magnetic field

Abstract

The climatic chamber is a calibration medium for the thermohygrometer. This simple climatic chamber was built using the Arduino uno, DHT22 sensor, heater, and peltier. The climatic chamber was designed and manufactured well and cheaply. Climatic chamber testing of the design results is carried out to determine the success rate of the tool. Tests are carried out using the Madgetech data logger tool through monitoring or monitoring of temperature within a certain period of time. The results of temperature monitoring at two observed values, namely temperatures of 250C to 300C and temperatures of 300C to 350C, showed good results with the corresponding rhythm of temperature increase and temperature decrease. It's just that the decrease in temperature still takes longer than the increase in temperature. This shows that the heater can be said to be working optimally and the peltier is not fully working. So it is necessary to do further studies related to the peltier for the climatic chamber both in terms of number and characteristics.

Abstract

Tambak Lorok merupakan kawasan pesisir pantai utara yang terletak di Kelurahan Tanjung Mas, Kecamatan Semarang Utara. Kawasan ini sering terkena rob yang secara tidak langsung memengaruhi psikologi warga. Pandemi Covid-19 termasuk kategori bencana non alam yang juga melanda Tambak Lorok. Hal ini mendorong kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan cara psikoedukasi agar orang tua dapat menciptakan keluarga yang tangguh di masa bencana. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan secara langsung oleh pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini agar orang tua dapat memberikan dukungan psikologis awal kepada anak saat menghadapi situasi sulit baik oleh insiden, situasi darurat maupun bencana.

Abstract

White Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (WMTA) was produced using silica as the initial material extracted from rice husk ash and calcium carbonate limestone. This research was initiated by calcinating rice husk ash at 700°C for 3 hours. Silica extraction was performed using 2 M NaOH and added HCl. The extract precipitate was washed using deionized water. Calcium carbonate was made from limestone using 1 M HNO3 and NH3 and continued with carbonation. WMTA was produced by mixing SiO2, CaCO3, and Al2O3. The mixture was homogenized with deionized water and heated, then pellets calcined made at a temperature of 1000°C, and calcination products were added Bi2O3. Synthesized WMTA characterized using TGA/DSC, FTIR, and XRD showed the presence of Ca3SiO5, Ca2SiO4, and Ca3Al2O6 phases, which were like ProRoot’s WMTA.

Abstract

Gelombang listrik mempunyai sebuah peran penting dalam berbagai unsur dalam kehidupan manusia, salah satunya dibidang kesehatan dimanfaatkan untuk diagnosa, sumber alat kesehatan, dan terapi penyakit. Pada proses terapi, arus listrik yang mempunyai frekuensi rendah dapat menstimulus bagian otot – otot saraf pada motorik maupun sensorik yang sakit dengan menggunakan aliran tenaga listrik yang sering disebut elektrostimulator. Elektrostimulator adalah sebuah perangkat elektronik yang menghasilkan gelombang listrik serta memiliki bentuk gelombang, amplitudo, frekuensi, dan lebar pulsa tertentu yang digunakan untuk menstimulasikan otot pada manusia. Dari parameter bentuk gelombang, peneliti bertujuan melakukan penelitian dengan jenis gelombang yang berbeda pada setiap terapi sehingga dilakukan penelitian tentang jenis gelombang yang diterapkan pada terapi. Pada metode penelitian ini dilakukan uji coba elektrostimulator dengan output tiga gelombang yaitu gelombang sinus, square, dan triangle yang dilengkapi dengan parameter setting level satu sampai tiga dengan nilai frekuensi dan duty cycle yang telah ditentukan. Uji fungsi alat  dilakukan dengan memasang elektroda pada bagian lengan atas kemudian di uji cobakan pada semua jenis parameter dan setting level untuk membandingkan hasil yang didapat agar dapat mengetahui perbedaan hasil setiap parameter. Setiap jenis gelombang menimbulkan efek terapi yang berbeda, dan setting level memberikan tingkat rasa efek terapi yang berbeda pula. Semakin tinggi level maka semakin terasa efek terapi yang diberikan. Tingkat rasa stimulan dipengaruhi oleh tegangan, frequensi, dan duty cycle. Hasil rancang bangun alat memiliki persentase nilai kesalahan yang dilakukan dari uji fungsi alat ini yaitu 1,5%, 1,0%, dan 3,3%.

Abstract

Laboratorium merupakan tempat yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai instrumen, peralatan dan bahan kimia (reagen), kegiatan yang dilakukan pada laboratorium meliputi karya eksperimental, kegiatan penelitian dan prosedur pemeriksaan. Water bath merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan pada laboratorium kesehatan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan serologi, aglutinasi, inaktivasi, biomedis, terfarmasi dan prosedur inkubasi industri. Fungsi utama Water bath adalah membuat suhu yang konstan dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Maka, penelitian ini akan merancang alat water bath dilengkapi dengan sensor ketinggian air dengan menggunakan komponen pendukung berupa Arduino Mega 2560, sensor DS18B20, keypad 4x4, driver relay, heater, driver water level dan LCD 20x4. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini dengan menguji suhu pada wadah dengan mengukur suhu pada wadah alat. Jika kinerja alat sudah sesuai atau suhu yang diuji dengan menggunakan sensor DS18B20 tidak berbeda jauh dengan alat pembanding, maka alat sudah bekerja dengan baik dan jika hasil yang ditampilkan kurang baik, artinya suhu pada wadah tidak tersebar dengan merata sehingga suhu pada wadah tidak sesuai dengan pengaturan suhu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Wadah memiliki pemansan yang maksimal disuhu 37°C - 50°C. Nilai Error terendah pada pengujian pembacaan sensor suhu adalah 0,20% pada suhu 50°C dan terbesar 1,11% pada pengujian suhu 45°C. Nilai Error terendah pada pengujian alat adalah 1,77% pada suhu 44°C dan terbesar yaitu 3,66% pada pengujian suhu 47°C.

Abstract

Penggunaan alkohol (Etanol) sebagai komposisi dalam suatu makanan dan minuman sudah cukup dikenal. Pemicu munculnya produk-produk industri rumah tangga yang belum terdaftar pada BPOM berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman yang banyak beredar memiliki kandungan kadar alkohol. Guna membantu kondisi tersebut, maka peneliti membuat alat deteksi alkohol berbasis Android. Dengan beberapa komponen pendukung yaitu sensor TGS 2620, mikrokontroler ESP32 dan LCD I2C. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan experimen menguji sensor TGS 2620, mikrokontroler ESP32, dan sampel yang berupa asinan, tape ketan, soda (Zoda), dan air mineral. Hasil dari pengujian alat dilakukan menggunakan beberapa sampel berupa asinan dengan kadar akohol 0%, tape ketan 29,6%, air mineral 0%, soda dengan merek Zoda 0%. Alat dapat memeriksa sampel dengan baik dan dapat digunakan.

Abstract

The use of medical equipment in the world of health is very much needed, one of which is an electrostimulator which can be used to help recovery in post-stroke patients. Electrostimulators can be made with several conditions, namely: controller, stimulator, and electrodes. Apart from that, there are 4 parameters needed for the electrostimulator, namely 1) Pulse Amplitude, 2) Pulse Width, 3) Pulse Shape, 4) Pulse Frequency. In this electrostimulator, it is highly recommended to use a surface electrode, apart from being a non-invasive electrode, this electrode also provides comfort and is easy to use. Judging from this, an innovation was carried out, namely making an electrostimulator with the choice of 2 modes, namely continuous and intermittent. The research procedure was carried out in several stages starting from preparing tools and materials, measurements and functional tests. The results of the research are a design for an electrostimulator therapy device with a power supply connected to a microcontroller and displayed on an LCD. The test results showed that the error percentage at the power supply input was 5.9%, the power supply output was 3%, and the buzzer output was 0%. The results of testing and analysis of the tool on the oscilloscope showed that the error percentage at frequency values of 2 Hz, 4 Hz, 5 Hz, 7 Hz and 8 Hz was 0.05%, 0%, 2%, 4% and 8% respectively. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the tool is as desired and good to use.

Abstract

Telemonitoring is a method of long-distance health services using information technology to provide data to health services. Telemonitoring can save time, costs and effectiveness of health services. The biggest challenge in using Telemonitoring is that the adoption rate is still low and there has not been much development in medical equipment. Pulse Oximeter Using Nellcor SpO2 Based on the Internet of Things, functions to measure oxygen saturation (SpO2) and measure heart rate remotely. Then the results can be monitored via an Android smartphone application by utilizing an internet connection. To make this happen, hardware and software planning was made. This module uses a Nellcor SpO2 sensor which will regulate SpO2 and Heart Rate values ​​in the range of 60-100%. This microcontroller module uses ESP32 which will act as the brain of the device controller and connect the device to an Android smartphone. The measurement results of this tool are tampilaned on a 3.5 inch Nextion LCD and the Inventor application on an Android smartphone. The difference between oxygen saturation and heart rate readings on the Prosim 8 device has the largest error percentage of 5.4% for heart rate and the smallest at 0% for SpO2. This application can record SPO2 data and falling heart rate on patients periodically, so that their condition and condition can be monitored. for diagnostic data on patients remotely.

Abstract

IoT systems allow users to monitor and control devices remotely using a smartphone or other device connected to the internet. IoT systems can help improve efficiency, effectiveness, and security in a variety of applications. One of the uses of IoT systems in the field of Health is to combine IoT devices with medical sensors. This research integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology with oom202 sensor to detect and regulate oxygen (O2) concentration in Puritan Bennett 840 ventilator, especially for baby head box in Perinatology room. The Sensor reads O2 levels, sends data to the ESP32 microcontroller, and displays the results in real-time on the LCD as well as the Android device. The system provides notification if O2 levels are beyond safe limits, with an average tool accuracy of less than 1% and a measurement error of only 0.18%, ensuring effective and precise O2 monitoring.
