Abstract

Saat ini banyak dikembangkan sistem otomasi untuk mengontrol  dan memonitor peralatan listrik dan rumah tangga terkendali jarak jauh baik menggunakan handphone atau internet. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem kontrol kelistrikan pada rumah dengan perangkat-lunak LabVIEW dan mikrokontroller Arduino serta Android. Sistem kontrol kelistrikan terdiri dari kontrol lampu, AC, posisi buka pintu dan suhu rumah. Kondisi system kelistrikan tersebut dapat dikendalikan dan dipantau secara real time dengan menggunakan perangkat Android serta komputer dengan program LabVIEW. Sensor yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan orang menggunakan sensor PIR, sensor suhu menggunakan LM 35 serta sensor pintu mengguakan limit switch. Dari hasil percoban didapatkan bahwa alat telah dapat bekerja sebagaimana yang direncanakan. Pada percobaan ini masih digunakan miniature rumah tetapi peralatan ini dapat dikembangkan lagi menjadi sistem kontrol skala sesungguhnya..

Abstract

Parking spaces located in malls or in tall buildings if the ground conditions are not wide enough, usually placed in basement spaces. There are many drawbacks that can be found from this condition, especially in terms of air exchange in the basement area. The air exchange must be designed in such a way that the air condition remains fresh. In this study, CO gas levels were detected by Gas sergeant MQ7. From this sensor with various stages initiating the Air Fan to enter fresh air, initiating the Exhaust Fan, initiating the communication system. The communication system, both buzzer and related party communication, is carried out after the MQ7 gas sensor approaches a predetermined threshold. Because if humans resemble high levels of CO gas, the risk is death. CO gas is a type of hazardous / poisonous gas. The effect of carbon monoxide gas for levels of 50 ppm is still relatively safe, while more than that it can cause harmful effects to the body. If in small amounts, inhaling CO can cause headaches, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness and nausea. The air exchange system is designed in such a way that the energy consumed is more efficient. Abstract

The attendance system is an important aspect because it records attendance and recaps data which can later be used as reports or aspects of student assessment. However, the attendance system used today is still paper-based where students sign it according to the column/row of their name. Therefore, the presence system that will be designed in this study uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. The system is made using an ESP-32 microcontroller, FRC522 RFID reader, RFID tag, 16x2 LCD, buzzer, TP4056 lithium ion battery charger, and 18650 battery. The LCD will display a presence message, if there is a UID number in the database it will be stored and displayed on the website page, but if it is not there a message will appear that the UID number is not on the LCD screen. The results of the study show the system works well, this is indicated by a system that can facilitate and speed up the attendance recapitulation process because the attendance data results are already stored in the database and can be retrieved in pdf and excel form on the website page Keyword : RFID, website, database, attendance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat prototipe sistem keamanan pintu dengan metode pengenalan wajah untuk mengendalikan kunci solenoid pada sebuah pintu. Sistem ini dibuat berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) berfungsi mengendalikan kunci solenoid dan bertukar informasi secara real time. Kunci solenoid akan terbuka secara otomatis saat sensor kamera menangkap citra wajah dan dicocokkan dengan citra yang sebelumnya sudah direkam dan disimpan di database sistem. Sistem dapat dikendalikan menggunakan smartphone/komputer yang terhubung melalui aplikasi Telegram Messenger. Hasil berupa sistem deteksi pengenalan wajah untuk membuka kunci solenoid dengan akurasi 92%. Sistem mampu membuka kunci solenoid secara otomatis berdasarkan kesesuaian citra. Rata-rata waktu pengiriman notifikasi berupa citra dan teks adalah 4 detik dan 0,5 detik. Dengan kata lain sistem telah bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

The large-scale restriction policy in the Covid-19 Pandemic has caused society activity paralyzed, it caused a serious problem in the economy. The problem occurred such as low peoples’ income resulted in low purchasing power. This study utilized a qualitative descriptive method. The pre-employment card is a bridge that was able to connect people with a variety of new skills training, in addition, the government also hoped to create a society to be more capable and empowered to simultaneously reduce excessive dependence on others. Access facilities to various kinds of tutorial training videos, as well as cash assistance provided by the pre-employment card program. The Pre-employment card program was expected to be able to create jobs, so that, the income increased because of the higher a person’s income, the higher his/her purchasing power and the more diverse needs to be filled, and vice versa. The result in this research affected the low purchasing power during the Covid-19 pandemic cannot be overcome through pre employment allowance due to careless society on trainings in developing skills. The people only accentuated the allowance to directly used effortlessly to add the nominal allowance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The dangers of cigarette smoke are not only harmful to smokers themselves but also to others. Cigarette smoke released from the mouth of smokers has a bad effect on the health of the person who inhales it, in this case, passive smokers. The research tool is a prototype monitoring and neutralizing cigarette smoke based on IoT using the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller as a control center, using the MQ-2 sensor, DHT-11 sensor, DC fan, dot matrix P10, speakers and other materials used in the prototype for neutralizing cigarette smoke. This prototype is designed with the layout and components used to function as much as possible with a suitable place in the room. This research begins by reading the state of the room sending data from the ESP sender to the ESP receiver with the Blynk application communication to be processed from reading to neutralization. The integration of all components in this prototype will result in comfortable room conditions and avoid excessive cigarette smoke.. Keywords: NodeMCU ESP8266, MQ-2, DHT-11, dot matrix P10, Blynk.

Abstract

Modernization in the industrial sector is to replace work that is usually using a human power, to using robots as workers. This provides time and cost efficiencies for the related industry. Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) is a robot concept that works to deliver goods from one point to another through the path that has been created. This research was conducted to make an AGV robot prototype based on the Dobot AI Starter robot which can detect the type of goods carried by color through a color sensor, then it will move with the Line Follower principle using an infrared sensor, then can deliver and lower the goods to a predetermined place based on color. The results of research experiments carried out by the robot can work properly, the robot can detect the type of color of the goods being carried and deliver to the specified unloading point of goods and then return to the pickup point of the goods.

Abstract

Kota Batam merupakan kota terbesar di Kepulauan Riau. Mengikuti Data Statistik Pendidikan Tinggi Kemendikbud Republik Indonesia, bahwa tahun 2020 terdapat 45.354 orang menuntut ilmu perguruan tinggi di Kota Batam. Berdasarkan Perwako RKPD Kota Batam hanya terdapat satu perpustakaan umum dan jumlah pengunjung mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya. Dikarenakan hal ini, diperlukan adanya infrastruktur perpustakaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan pengetahuan masyarakat di Kota Batam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan cara penerapan pendekatan konsep arsitektur biofilik pada bangunan perpustakaan yang tepat dan efektif di Kota Batam. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode campuran yakni kualitatif yang mengumpulkan data yang bersumber dari observasi langsung serta penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan metode kuantitatif berupa hasil dari data penyebaran kuesioner yang telah dikumpulkan akan dibentuk menjadi sebuah gambar berupa data grafik. Hasil penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah desain bangunan perpustakaan umum yang mampu menerapkan pendekatan arsitektur biofilik.

Abstract

Penggunaan PLC dan SCADA memungkinkan sistem pemantauan dan kontrol secara real-time yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan utilitas gedung bertingkat seperti genset, deteksi kebakaran, lampu penerangan, AC dan persediaan air berbasis PLC-SCADA. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada inovasi dalam teknologi bagunan dan gedung serta memberikan manfaat praktis dalam penggunaan utilitas gedung bertingkat yang lebih efisien dan aman. Metode penelitian mencakup desain perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang terhubung secara bersamaan dengan infrastruktur bagunan. Beberapa sensor digunakan untuk mendeteksi kinerja dan kerusakan utilitas gedung bertingkat tersebut selanjutnya sistem SCADA akan memantau dan mengendalikan utilitas gedung bertingkat tersebut juka mengalami masalah secara jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe alat dapat memonitor penggunaan energi, pencahayaan lampu, suhu dan kelembapan ruang, alarm jika ada kebakaran serta reaksi sistem terhadap perubahan kondisi yang terjadi secara real-time.
