Abstract

The study aimed to know the effect of different salinity on shrimp of protein content and protein profiles. The animal in this study was Macrobranchium sintangense shrimp with average length ± 50 mm which has acclimation for three days. The shrimp was treated at different salinity, the salinity 0 0/00, 5 0/00, 100/00,15 0/00 and 20 0/00 for seven days. Protein content and protein profiles by taking shrimp gill. Shrimp gill test showed that has a different protein content, protein profiles due to treatment of different salinity. The result was conclude that salinity 0 0/00, 5 0/00, 100/00,15 0/00 and 20 0/00 affect protein content and protein profiles of M. sintangense.

Abstract

Air pollution is changes of air arrangement from its normal state that is caused by the ingress of foreign materials or substances in the air. The resulting pollutants include SO2, NO2, CO2, O3, hydrocarbons, and heavy metals such as lead (Pb), zinc (Zn) and cadmium (Cd). The impact of plant’s vehicle exhaust gas is seen from the leaf mesophyll damage especially in the palisade tissue and the reduced number of stomata. Responding to the problem, conducted research with the aim to know the influence of pollution on the amount of stomata on the plant bamboo rejeki (Dracaena reflexa) as ornamental plants absorb pollution in the area of Malang city using the method of polishing the acne (aceton). The results showed that the number of stomata in polluted areas of vehicle pollution decreased at each point compared to areas not polluted by vehicles. In the contaminated area the average number of stomata is at point one 49, the second point 42.5, and the third point 37, whereas in the area that is not contaminated with the average number of stomata at point one 60.5, the second point is 68, and the point three is 70,5. Damage or Decrease in the number of stomata occurs due to the entry of gas that is toxic through stomata with diffusion process, so that the liquid composition of the cell becomes disturbed and the cell becomes damaged and dead.

Abstract

Bestee BTPN Syariah is a program that aims to provide training and skills development to the community, especially for women in rural areas. This program is designed to empower customers engaged in UMKM sector by providing knowledge and skills that can improve their economic welfare. The marketing system for UMKM products owned by BTPN Syariah customers in Tembelang District is still not optimal, so routine assistance is needed to increase the income of UMKM owned by BTPN Syariah customers in Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. Customer assistance is carried out 4 times a month. In the first week, the facilitator introduces and also assesses customers and assesses material recommendations. In the second week, the facilitator teaches the material to customers. In the third week, the facilitator reviews the material and practices. In the fourth week, the facilitator practices and closes. In the mentoring activity carried out on a customer named Mrs. Ida, she was recommended material in the form of a business-brand identity. Students made a banner design that was installed on her cart because the cart did not have Mrs. Ida's business name written on it but the name of a beverage product. The results of the material recommendations are very appropriate for the condition of her business because Mrs. Ida does not have a banner yet. It is hoped that by providing a business identity in the form of this brand, Mrs. Ida's business can be better known to the public.

Abstract

This research comprehensively investigates the pedagogical effectiveness of integrating Augmented Reality (AR)-based digital visualization, facilitated by Assemblr EDU platform using Anchored Instruction (AI) learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills. The research method employed was a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent control group design, involving 60 seventh grade students (average age of 13-15 years old) from Global Islamic School Al Amin Junior High School Gondanglegi. The primary instrument for data collection was a valid and reliable critical thinking skills test (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.82), which was specifically designed to measure six crucial aspects of critical thinking. The experimental group adopted learning process that integrated an environmental pollution case study as an anchor by utilizing interactive AR model and visualization creation task using Assemblr EDU. In contrast, the control group was given a lesson using the same AI model but without the AR digital visualization component. The research findings portrayed a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) in the improvement of critical thinking skills scores between the experimental group (mean gain score 19.7, SD = 3.1) and the control group (mean gain score 9.7, SD = 2.8). The Cohen's d effect size of 2.56 indicated a powerful impact of the intervention. This research provides important implications for science education practice, highlighting the transformative potential of visualization technology, particularly AR through easily accessible platforms such as Assemblr EDU, in enhancing student engagement, facilitating the understanding of complex concepts and empowering the development of their critical thinking skills in facing the increasingly complex environmental challenges

Abstract

Analisis vegetasi terhadap hutan perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman hayati yang terdapat di hutan tersebut sehingga mempermudah didalam melakukan pemeliharaan dan pemberdayaan hutan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman hayati dan struktur vegetasi (frekuensi, kerapatan, dominansi, dan Indeks Nilai Penting) di hutan mbeji, Wonossalam, Jombang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode point centered quarter. Pennelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2015. Hasil penelitian menujukkan padaHutan Mbeji terdapat 11 jenis pohon yang teridentifikasi dan 15 spesies tumbuhan, dimana ada 10 spesies yang telah teridentifikasiNilai penting tumbuh-tumbuhan di Hutan Mbeji di daerah Wonosalam Jombang pada tingkat pohon paling tinggi adalah pohon randu (Ceiba petandra) sebesar 57,42 % sedangkan nilai INP paling rendah dari jenis pohon andong (Rhadamnia cinerea) yaitu sebesar 6,06 %. Pada sapling nilai penting yang paling tinggi adalah talas (Colocasia esculenta) yaitu sebesar 49,23 %. Sedangkan, nilai INP paling rendah dari jenis nanas (Ananas comosus), nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus), tapak liman (Elephantopus scaber), semak A, semak B, semak C, semak E, dan semak F yaitu sebesar 6,35 %. Tingginya nilai INP menunjukkan bahwa jenis-jenis tersebut dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan sekitarnya yang lebih baik dibanding jenis lainnya.
