Abstract

The importance of effective Arabic language learning methods is increasingly recognized in Indonesia, particularly within modern pesantren. This study aims to explore how the al-Amṡilah at-Taṣrȋfiyyah book facilitates Arabic language acquisition in these educational settings. Employing a qualitative approach, this research utilizes a case study methodology, collecting primary data through interviews with three teachers and three students from Pesantren al-Amien Prenduan and Pesantren Darussalam Gontor. The findings reveal that modern pesantren implement various learning methods, including game-based learning, lingual-based learning, and eclectic-based learning. Specifically, the eclectic method integrates game-based learning with grammar instruction, where teachers provide explanations of Sharaf grammar after students complete reading and memorizing activities. This study concludes that these innovative teaching strategies enhance the effectiveness of Arabic language learning in pesantren environments. The implications of this research suggest that incorporating the eclectic method through the al-Amṡilah at-Taṣrȋfiyyah book can lead to more engaging and effective Arabic language instruction, ultimately benefiting both educators and students. Recommendations for further improving Arabic language teaching methodologies are provided to encourage ongoing development in this critical area of study.

Abstract

The problem is want to be answered in this research is Can the Discussion method improve the learning outcomes of Class I students ? Moral creed subjects regarding the material of the Creed at MI Al – Islah Berbek Nganjuk Academic Year 2023/2024. In accordance with the type of research chosen, namely classroom action research, this research uses the research model from Arikunto et al. There are four activities carried out in an iterative cycle. These activities are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The steps in the next cycle are carrying out planning, action, observation And reflection Which Already revised. Before enter on cycle I done action introduction in the form of problem identification. The research instruments used in this research consisted of: Syllabus, RPP, observation sheet, instrument sheet, and formative tests. To analyze the success rate or percentage success student after process Study teach on every final The evaluation round is carried out in the form of a written test. This analysis is calculated using simple techniques, namely: (1) Assessing the results of formative exams/tests, (2) Assessing learning mastery. The research results show that student learning outcomes using Discussion have increased. This improvement can be seen through each cycle that has been carried out.

Abstract

This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees).

Abstract

This time educators of Arabic language seem to just consider Arabic language asa tool (wasilah) to understand Islamic texts, and not yet making it as a separatediscipline that needs to be developed through a variety of research. Challenges andissues in Arabic education cannot be solved personally, but through institutionalapproach and involve many parties. Arabic language is an opportunity thatprovides brighter and more propmising prospect in the future. Epistemologyof science and the curriculum needs to be addressed and oriented towards theestablishment of competitive ability in this global era. These all require manyparties to work together in a unifying vision, mission, policy and developmentthat is based on academic studies.

Abstract

The research discusses the book Majmu'atul Mahfudzot in Arabic Vocabulary Mastery in Class VIII-A Islamic Junior High School Hasan Muchyi Kediri. The aims of this study were to find out the role of the book Majmu'atul Mahfudzot in mastering Arabic Learning Vocabulary and also to find out the factors that support and inhibit the vocabulary of learning Arabic in class VIII-A Islamic Junior High School Hasan Muchyi Kediri. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using a type of field research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Furthermore, the results of the study show that (1) there is a role for the book majmu'atil mahfudzot on Arabic vocabulary mastery in class VIII-A Islamic Junior High School Hasan Muchyi Kediri. (2) the supporting factors are the existence of Mahfudzot lessons using the majmu'atil mahfudzot book, the methods used by the teacher vary, the supporting facilities and infrastructure of the madrasah. The inhibiting factors include the lack of student will, lack of support from parents or friends, dependence on mobile phones.

Abstract

Perkembangan metode pengajaran bahasa terus mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Akan tetapi, metode klasik pengajaran bahasa tidak dapat dipungkiri, sampai sekarang masih banyak dipakai dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas-kelas bahasa. Selanjutnya, salah satu metode pembelajaran yang perlu diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab agar mendapatkan hasil sesuai harapan adalah metode Audiolingual yang sejalan dengan teori pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara Tut Wuri (mengikuti dari belakang) Handayani (mendorong atau memotivasi) yang umumnya dijadikan dasar dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran di indonesia. Bagi yang telah menerapkan metode ini seperti, Kursusan bahasa Arab OCEAN Pare-Kediri merasakan beberapa kelebihan disamping juga beberapa kekurangannya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Arabic language teaching materials based on the SAVI approach (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual) to enhance university students’ reading (qirā’ah) and writing (kitābah) skills. The challenges faced in Arabic language learning at the higher education level include the lack of instructional materials that comprehensively accommodate students’ diverse learning styles and the continued dominance of conventional teaching methods. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the development show that the SAVI-based teaching materials are effective in increasing students’ motivation, active participation, and their reading and writing skills. Validation by content and media experts indicated that the materials are feasible for use in the learning process. By incorporating elements of movement, sound, visuals, and critical thinking, the SAVI approach has proven to provide a more meaningful and in-depth learning experience for students. This is evidenced by the media expert validation result of 85% (highly feasible), and the content expert validation result of 95% (highly feasible). Product testing showed a feasibility percentage of 97.8% (highly feasible). The next phase, operational testing involving 35 first-semester students of the English Education program, resulted in a score of 84%, indicating a high level of feasibility. Therefore, the SAVI-based Arabic language teaching material product meets the criteria for instructional feasibility.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Bahasa Arab berbasis pendekatan SAVI (Somatis, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual) guna meningkatkan keterampilan membaca (qirā’ah) dan menulis (kitābah) mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di tingkat perguruan tinggi antara lain kurangnya bahan ajar yang mampu mengakomodasi gaya belajar mahasiswa secara menyeluruh dan masih dominannya metode pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Developmen, Implementation, and Evaluation). Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis SAVI ini efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta keterampilan membaca dan menulis mahasiswa. Validasi ahli materi dan media menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar tersebut layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan melibatkan unsur gerak, suara, gambar, dan pemikiran kritis, pendekatan SAVI terbukti memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna dan mendalam bagi mahasiswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan diperoleh dari ahli media adalah 85% (sangat layak), dan hasil dari ahli materi adalah 95% (sangat layak). Hasil uji coba produk menunjukkan persentase persentase 97,8% (sangat layak). Tahap selanjutnya adalah uji coba operasional yang melibatkan 35 mahasiswa semester satu program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dengan hasil 84%, yang menunjukkan sangat layak. Dengan demikian, produk Bahan ajar bahasa Arab berbasis SAVI memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.
