Perkembangan metode pengajaran bahasa terus mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Akan tetapi, metode klasik pengajaran bahasa tidak dapat dipungkiri, sampai sekarang masih banyak dipakai dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas-kelas bahasa. Selanjutnya, salah satu metode pembelajaran yang perlu diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab agar mendapatkan hasil sesuai harapan adalah metode Audiolingual yang sejalan dengan teori pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara “Tut Wuri (mengikuti dari belakang) Handayani (mendorong atau memotivasi)” yang umumnya dijadikan dasar dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran di indonesia. Bagi yang telah menerapkan metode ini seperti, Kursusan bahasa Arab OCEAN Pare-Kediri merasakan beberapa kelebihan disamping juga beberapa kekurangannya. The case 808/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Kdr is a petition for divorce. The judge will order the Petitioner to pay mut'ah, maternity costs, and child support once the divorce has been finalized. The issue that will be addressed in this study is the absence of a specific regulation governing the calculation of mut'ah, maternity costs, and child support in this instance. In determining the amount of mut'ah, maternity expenditures, and child support, the Panel of Judges therefore applies ijtihad based on its opinion. The purpose of this study is to determine how the judge perceives the amount of mut'ah, maternity costs, and child support in this specific case. This is a qualitative research and socio-legal study. The quantity of mut'ah is determined by the length of the marriage and the husband's abilities, or by mutual agreement between the parties. In addition, the Panel of Judges will examine the issue of childbirth expenses so long as the prosecution can provide proof in the form of receipts or witnesses, as childbirth expenses are an obligation of the husband. Regarding child maintenance, the quantity of support that must be provided is adjusted based on the child's needs and the husband's suitability to meet them, or the parties can reach an agreement.

This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees).

This time educators of Arabic language seem to just consider Arabic language asa tool (wasilah) to understand Islamic texts, and not yet making it as a separatediscipline that needs to be developed through a variety of research. Challenges andissues in Arabic education cannot be solved personally, but through institutionalapproach and involve many parties. Arabic language is an opportunity thatprovides brighter and more propmising prospect in the future. Epistemologyof science and the curriculum needs to be addressed and oriented towards theestablishment of competitive ability in this global era. These all require manyparties to work together in a unifying vision, mission, policy and developmentthat is based on academic studies.

This research elaborates on the learning strategy at Tauheedul Islam Girls’ High School and Sixth Form College (TIGHS) in Blackburn, England in adapting to government policies and minority conditions. The British government policy that gives autonomous space to formulate the curriculum to Islamic schools to develop a home educated-based curriculum, where learning schedules, materials and outcomes are directed at integrated Islamic teachings. The phenomenon of stereotypes and binaries against minority Islamic schools can be converted into a contributive solution. This research wants to reveal the strategy and leadership of al-Hijrah Islamic school using a qualitative approach. Data is taken documentatively supported by secondary sources in the form of report sources. The findings show that in order to adapt to distortive government policies, TIGHS conducts value adaptation, namely uniting academic principles with Islamic teachings by implementing home educated in the curriculum. The home educated curriculum is based on student needs, where material that is not taught in formal classes, can be continued at home with tutors, such as skills, academics and Islam. The implication of home educated is that students can gain life experience which is manifested in mindset and social behavior.

The research discusses the book Majmu'atul Mahfudzot in Arabic Vocabulary Mastery in Class VIII-A Islamic Junior High School Hasan Muchyi Kediri. The aims of this study were to find out the role of the book Majmu'atul Mahfudzot in mastering Arabic Learning Vocabulary and also to find out the factors that support and inhibit the vocabulary of learning Arabic in class VIII-A Islamic Junior High School Hasan Muchyi Kediri. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using a type of field research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Furthermore, the results of the study show that (1) there is a role for the book majmu'atil mahfudzot on Arabic vocabulary mastery in class VIII-A Islamic Junior High School Hasan Muchyi Kediri. (2) the supporting factors are the existence of Mahfudzot lessons using the majmu'atil mahfudzot book, the methods used by the teacher vary, the supporting facilities and infrastructure of the madrasah. The inhibiting factors include the lack of student will, lack of support from parents or friends, dependence on mobile phones.

This research project examines the learning strategy employed by Tauheedul Islam Girls' High School and Sixth Form College (TIGHS) in Blackburn, England, in adapting to government policies and minority conditions. The British government policy provides Islamic schools with the autonomy to develop integrated home learning curricula. A qualitative approach was employed, with the data taken from documentary sources, supported by secondary sources in the form of reports. The findings demonstrate that TIGHS has developed a strategy for adapting to the distortive government policies by integrating Islamic teachings into the national curriculum in a home learning environment. In consideration of the individual needs of the students, the learning material is not taught in formal class units and can be used selectively, with the assistance of home tutors. The implications of home education are that students can gain valuable life experience, which is reflected in their mindset and social behaviour.

This study attempts to provide a conceptual map of Arabic language teaching using a methodological mapping approach. Arabic language has long been negatively perceived as difficult, boring, and complex, ultimately leading to severe rigidity and a loss of motivation. The aim of this research is to combine educational concepts using quantity and hypermedia, meaning methods and educational approaches aimed at dispelling the negative perceptions and reviving the motivation to learn Arabic. This research is conducted through a qualitative approach with the assumption of developmental research. Non-probabilistic sampling using purposive sampling (non-random) with observational data sampling techniques was employed in Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin Perinduan Sumenep and Nurul Jadid Probolingo, East Java. The results of this study indicate that the application of the quantum and hypermedia methods can reduce students' stiffness in learning the Arabic language. This research contributes to the analysis and appropriate steps in other subjects as well.
