Abstract

The world of health is growing rapidly as well as many types of diseases that appear over time. Several levels of mutated disease are based on new symptoms found by researchers in their respective fields of expertise, one of which is salmonella bacterial infection. Most patients often do not recognize the symptoms of disease that often arise due to the bacterial infection so that it can aggravate the disease when bacteria have multiplied in the body. Therefore, with the implementation of the certainty factor algorithm method as a solution to diagnose the symptoms of salmonella bacterial infection and to make it easier for doctors to diagnose patients with the use of the system and time efficiency at work. The results of the application of the certainty factor algorithm method based on this study get a percentage of 80% and are included in the feasible category.

Abstract

The purpose of the device developed in this study is to control the lights by implementing the Android system. This data is obtained through field observations and literature reviews related to android-based light control and literature review on design and application of the android system. The results of the design and analysis of this study show that the system being developed can work as expected in accordance with the research objectives. The control light application program that has been made has met and is running on the system or android application, besides that it can make the lights turn on and off the lamp hardware, which uses 8 lights. The communication known as data communication between the light path and the Android smartphone can run as desired because it runs well and the range of the system developed for control applications that can control the light device according to the specifications of the wireless device used both from the receiving and sending sides.

Abstract

One of the factors that influence in improving the quality of education is the quality of school principals who have good achievements. An award for selecting outstanding principals at the SMK level is an important thing to do in an effort to support the progress of educational institutions because with the selection of outstanding principals, the quality of education and school management will be further improved. This study uses the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to help determine the ranking of outstanding principals. The input variables used were performance, portfolio, written test, publication assessment, and interviews. The result of the calculation of the Spearman correlation coefficient is 0.92, so it is a very strong correlation category.

Abstract

Sugarcane pests and diseases are still diagnosed manually, which can lead to errors such as data loss or inaccurate data. The goal of this research is to develop an expert system for identifying plant pests and diseases that affect sugarcane yield and quality. This data was obtained through literature study, observation, and interviews. The Case Based Reasoning method is used to find cases by comparing previous cases with recent cases using similarity calculations with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm to find the best solution from the identified cases. The results of this study indicate that the expert system for diagnosing sugarcane pests and diseases is easy to use, the appearance is easy to reach, and the diagnostic process does not take a long time. Based on testing the accuracy of the system to diagnose according to the expert's mind, it got an accuracy of 96% from 50 cases tested with the system and got a percentage result of 87.33% from 10 respondents including very feasible criteria.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi telah berperan penting dalam membantu menyelesaikan aktivitas keseharian, sehingga sangat memudahkan dalam bekerja contohnya seperti dalam mengolah data, proses perhitungan yang cepat, dan membuat materi mengajar serta membuat suatu aplikasi (sistem informasi) dengan beberapa aplikasi sesuai fungsi sebagai alat bantu guna efisiensi waktu kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode tutorial sebaya pada sistem informasi dibuat dengan aplikasi Word Press sebagai alat bantu untuk memudahkan dalam membuat aplikasi yaitu web site profil kampus salah satunya yang berfungsi untuk memperkenalkan kampus dengan beberapa informasi yang sehubungan dengan profil kampus. Memudahkan admin kampus/pengguna dalam memberikan informasi secara online. Aplikasi WordPress memiliki ke unggulan utama yaitu terdapat tema atau template web site yang dapat pilih sesuai selera dan WordPress mudah disesuaikan tanpa coding sehingga dapat diterapkan dengan mudah dan dipelajari oleh orang awam atau pengguna bukan di bidang teknologi secara autodidak. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan penerapan aplikasi WordPress mampu membantu admin kampus/pengguna dalam membuat web site informasi online. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan pengguna yaitu admin kampus aktif dalam memberikan informasi seputar profil kampus dan beberapa informasi lain mencakup isi kampus seperti informasi kegiatan, libur kampus, pengisian KRS sesuai waktu yang telah ditetapkan secara online dan tepat waktu.
