Abstract

The use of digital money (e-money) is very common around us. It can be seen that many individual top-up services can make it easier for us to exchange cash for digital money, in this case, the author uses the DANA digital wallet as the object of research. This study aims to determine whether the mechanism for the top-up of individual services on the application of funds is by the sharf contract and the views of Syafi`iyyah and Malikiyyah on sharf transactions that are late or not cash. In this research, the writer uses the juridical-empirical research method. Based on interview data obtained from individual service top-up transactions, there are obstacles in terms of the network that can make top-up transactions require a waiting time of 2x24 working hours, from the analysis according to Syafi`iyyah and Malikiyyah, sharf transaction contracts must occur in cash, but Syafi` iyyah allows sharf transactions to occur slowly as long as the buyer and seller do not separate, on the contrary Malikiyyah requires sharf transactions to occur quickly even though the two are not separated, the transaction must be completed as quickly as possible.

Abstract

This research explores the intersection of participatory and social financing within the framework of Islamic Moral Economy (IME). The study delves into the nature of participatory and collaborative Islamic finance instruments and their alignment with the principles of IME. It also investigates the concept of Islamic social finance and its relationship with the idea of welfare in the context of IME. The paper further examines contemporary approaches to institutional adaptation in Islamic finance, focusing on how these approaches integrate participatory and social financing principles. Qualitative methodology By employing a rigorous literature review and in-depth analysis is utilized to gain insights into the practices and implementations of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The findings shed light on the significance of the framework of Islamic Moral Economy in Islamic financial practices and its potential for promoting financial inclusion and socio-economic welfare to develop moral and community-centered financial models

Abstract

Abstract Family problems or what is called munakahat are never ending discussion, including stunting, both in terms of unregistered marriages, divorce outside of court, domestic violence, and also programs that have been held by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) to prevent stunting. The aim of this research is to see the decrease and increase in family problems and stunting in lower latitude urban village communities. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a juridical-empirical approach. The research results show that there is an increase and decrease in unregistered marriages, marriages outside the court, and domestic violence, as well as stunting problems in lower latitude urban villages. Abstract

Citizenship status is important in mixed-country marriages. This research explores the important issue of citizenship in mixed marriages between Rohingya refugees and local Acehnese. The research aims to examine whether the citizenship status of the children of such marriages is based on the doctrine of revival or habitual residence. Using a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, this research investigates the concepts and legal implications surrounding citizenship status in such marriages. The findings of this study reveal that the citizenship status of children born from Acehnese-Rohingya marriages follows habitual residence, even though their Rohingya parents adhere to the doctrine of revival The legal status of these children is subject to the Indonesian marriage law system. This is in line with Jasser Auda’s concept of maqāṣid sharī’ah because it prioritizes aspects of the benefit of these children. This research provides important insights into the issue of citizenship In Acehnese-Rohingya marriages and offers valuable meaning for understanding the dynamics of citizenship in these marriages.

Abstract

Abstract: This article reviews the perspectives of ulama in shaping the locality of tolerance in the public sphere of education in Langsa, Aceh by highlighting the fact that there is local tolerance as a critical argument against the hegemony of the universal meaning of tolerance. Using a qualitative methodology, this article explores the perspective of scholars regarding the limits of tolerance such as clothing, social interaction, religious and organizational activities, and the right to receive religious education among non-Muslim students and students. This study produced several findings, first, the way to treat diversity in the Langsa-Aceh public education space is distinctive because the ulama's perspective on tolerance presents local practice both in terms of dress styles, religious and organizational activism, and religious education. Second, the perspective of these scholars reconstructs the meaning of tolerance which was originally universal in a direction that is local and contextual.Keywords: Ulama, Locality, Tolerance, Education, Aceh
