Abstract

Pembakuan dari sistem pelaporan rumah sakit merupakan landasan di dalam upaya memantapkan sistem informasi rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah input, process dan output dalam sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan di rumah sakit. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel beserta narasi. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen tidak bisa dipisahkan, hal ini terbukti dari semakin baik kualitas layanan dari ondikator variabel yang digunakan maka tingkat kepuasan konsumen akan semakin baik pula. Hal tersebut dilihat dari semua variabel yang digunakan bernilai positif. Dari ke-18 variabel yang disajikan, terdapat 14 variabel yang meme-nuhi syarat yang menjadi ukuran kualitas layanan dan diantara ke-14 variabel tersebut terdapat lima variabel yang sangat berpengaruh do-minan terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen yakni X1 (penampilan kar-yawan), X4 (kecepatan pelayanan karyawan), X13 (kemudahan lokasi pelayanan untuk dijangkau pelanggan), X17 (kenyamanan pelanggan dalam berbelanja), X18 (kebersihan area pelayanan)

Abstract

Smoking can cause various health problems such as disorders of the blood vessels, deaths caused by vascular system diseases in Indonesia totaling 468,700 people or it is the 6th largest of all WHO group countries. This is because cigarette smoke contained in tobacco is one of the substances that can interfere with the body's work and affect cholesterol metabolism in the body, damaging the walls of blood vessels so that it makes it easier for fats to stick to the walls of the blood vessels. The purpose of this study was to describe the total cholesterol levels in active smokers using the Cholesterol Oxidase Peroxsidase Aminoantypirin (CHOD-PAP) method. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using simple random sampling technique. The population in this study were 428 active smokers with a sample of 28. Sampling was carried out at the district health center, bone bolango district, and an examination was carried out at the Regional Health Laboratory Center of Gorontalo Province from 12 to 16 October using a 5010 photometer. Based on the research results found 18 respondents who who have high total cholesterol levels with a percentage of 64.3% and 10 respondents who have normal total cholesterol levels with a percentage of 35.7% and factors that can affect total cholesterol levels in smokers are genetics, age and habits of consuming high-fat foods. Active smokers are advised to stop consuming cigarettes or reduce the number of cigarettes consumed.

Abstract

Red Tuna Fish waste contains vitamin B6 which functions to increase hemoglobin production, maintain brain cell function, and help the body produce serotonin and norepineprine hormones. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the right composition for making tuna red meat crackers. How is the community's acceptance of the quality of the addition of tuna red meat crackers. The research objectives were to determine the exact composition of tuna red meat crackers and to determine the public acceptance of the quality of crackers with the addition of tuna red meat waste based on color, taste, aroma and texture. This research uses analytic observational research where the research is conducted by analyzing acceptance. The population used was 352 people in Bilato Village, Bilato District and a sample of 176 respondents. Data collection techniques using hedonic questionnaires with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the crackers preferred by the panelists were 100 gr and 200 gr with very like criteria but the most preferred by the panelists were 100 gr crackers with very like criteria, 50 gr crackers were less preferred by the panelists with moderate criteria. Suggestions from research for campus institutions as references and information for further research, for students to further modify the food material for tuna red meat waste so that it can be used as the latest research material and see the RDA contained in fish waste red meattuna

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of examination of endoparasite worms in beef at the Gorontalo City Slaughterhouse and to determine the factors that influence the presence of endoparasite worms in beef at the Gorontalo City Slaughterhouse.This research method uses a quantitative research approach with the type of research used in this research is descriptive observational research. The population in this study was all sirloin meat in the Gorontalo City Slaughterhouse, amounting to 20. The sample used was 12 with the sampling technique using Accidental Sampling.The results of this study showed that 12 samples were positively infected with endoparasite worms with a percentage (100%). Types of endoparasitic worms found included 2 species of Fasciola hepatica, 1 species of Strongyloides papillosus, 1 species of Paramphistomum, 1 species of Trichostrongylus, 1 species of Bunostomum, 1 species of Cooperia, 1 species of Strongyloides stercoralis, 1 species of Toxocara vitulorum, 1 species of Haemonchus contortus, Oesophagustomum 2 types.
