Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had the impact of disrupting education with a new normal. The implementation of learning activities is optimized online with synchronous (virtual face-to-face) and asynchronous (self-directed learning and collaborative learning) learning. However, a number of teachers experience problems when carrying out learning, especially in the use of an integrated Learning Management System (LMS). The implementation of the service is carried out with a webinar model through the zoom application. The result of the service activity is that Economics teachers who are members of the Economics MGMP of SMA Kebumen Regency are able to create an account at SiAjar and are able to design learning with the SIAJAR LMS. The method used for the implementation of the service is online mode because the conditions for the spread of covid have not subsided. The activity begins with account creation, material creation, assignments, discussions and assessments at LMS.

Abstract

Guru merupakan pekerjaan profesional yang berkaitan erat dengan penguasaan kompetensi dan keahlian. Salah satu kompetensi guru adalah kompetensi profesional. Guru dalam melaksanakan tugas mengajar secara profesional harus menguasai materi yang diajarkan, memiliki keahlian mengaitkan materi pada aspek yang relevan, menguasai isu terkini berkaitan dengan materi yang diajarkan dan menguasai kompetensi secara menyeluruh sebagai guru baik secara teori maupun praktik. Guru sekolah dasar, memiliki peran penting terhadap pendidikan dasar peserta didik. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru sekolah dasar adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan. Adapun pelatihan yang dapat diikuti yaitu pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran inovatif. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran komik berbasis aplikasi Canva kepada guru-guru di SD Negeri 1 Panunggalan sebagai sekolah penggerak. Komik merupakan salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam membuat variasi pembelajaran. Aplikasi Canva saat ini sudah menjadi aplikasi desain grafis dasar yang umum dipakai oleh semua orang dari berbagai profesi atau pekerjaan. Canva dapat digunakan guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran komik yang menarik dengan desain yang variatif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of block learning and learning context on vocational high school students’ academic achievement, with learning interest as a moderating variable. The learning context in this study includes learning facilities and the learning environment. The research is motivated by the persistently low learning outcomes among vocational students nationally, and the need for a teaching strategy that is responsive to the characteristics of vocational learners. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. Data analysis techniques included multiple regression and moderation analysis, using data from 49 students at SMK PGRI 1 Kudus as the sample. The results showed that block learning had a significant positive effect on student achievement. The learning environment also had a significant influence, whereas learning facilities did not show a significant effect. Learning interest was found to moderate the relationship between block learning and learning outcomes, but did not moderate the influence of learning facilities or the learning environment. Simultaneously, block learning, facilities, and environment contributed 56.2% to learning outcomes, increasing to 65.6% when learning interest was included in the model.This study highlights the importance of teaching approaches that go beyond instructional strategies to also incorporate contextual and psychological aspects of students. Practically, schools are encouraged to design instructional systems that integrate block learning models with efforts to foster student interest and create supportive learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors affect the performance of employees at the Finance Department of Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Finance Section of Unnes, amounting to 75 people. The sampling technique carried out in this study uses probability sampling with a proportional random sampling technique. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with 63 people. The method of collecting data is the questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The analysis results show that the factors that influence employee performance are employee competence, work discipline, organizational communication, and work facilities. These variables have a significant value of less than 0.05, which is 0.000. For this reason, the four variables proved to affect employee performance significantly. Of the four variables, the organizational communication variable occupies the lowest position, so for employee performance to increase in the Finance section of Unnes, employees are expected to communicate well with superiors or other employees.
