Abstract

Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah merupakan Dinas yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat Bidang Kepegawaian dan Umum, mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan pegawai. Keberhasilan Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dalam melaksanakan seluruh kegiatannya dalam membangun usaha kecil dan menengah yang baru bagi para calon wirausaha, tidak lepas dari kinerja para pegawai. Pengerjaan yang dapat menghimun, mencatat, mengolah, menggandakan, mengirim, meyimpan dokumen yang berada dan bersangkutan dengan adanya cuti tahunan tersebut sangat berpengaruh dengan pengajuan cuti tahunan tersebut maka dari itu cuti tahunan pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan cara sesuai dengan aturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh prosedur yang sudah dibuat dengan baik dan benar. Dari bahasan teori dan fakta pada perusahaan tersebut di atas, maka Administrasi Cuti Tahunan Pegawai saat dibandingkan hasilnya terdapat adanya persamaan dan perbedaan yang berdampak positif dan negatif bagi perusahaan, walaupun demikian kegiatan administrasi tetep berjalan dengan baik.. Sesuai dengan kesimpulan yang disampaikan dalam bahasan ini memiliki saran sebagai berikut bagi Bagian Kepegawaian Prosedur administrasi cuti tahunan pegawai di Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah perlu adanya pemberitahuan dari Bagian Kepegawaian dengan cara “Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah memberitahukan kepada setiap pegawai jika mengajukan cuti tahunan harus sesuai dengan pengajukan cuti tahunan di awal karena jika melebihi akan sangat berpengaruh kepada kehadiran yang dianggap tidak hadir jika menginginkan cuti kembali maka ajukan kembali cuti jika cuti tahunan masih mempunyai sisa dan tidak bisa secara mendadak.”

Abstract

PT. Mutiara Hikmah is an outsourcing company engaged in the field of security services and the provision of manpower, especially security personnel in the Bandung Regency area. In a business process, the use of social media as a means of Public Relations (PR) is one way to convey information both internally and externally to the company, for example employees and company relations. The social media application that is used as a company PR tool is WhatsApp by optimizing the use of existing application features. The research process was carried out by means of descriptive analysis. By using data collection techniques, namely field observations, documentary studies, literature studies and interview studies. The research results obtained are the use of WhatsApp social media can help the company's business processes improve. And based on the analysis, it is proposed to increase the use of social media as a PR tool, namely the use of the Instagram application which can make the delivery of information more effective and efficient, so that the scope of recipients of information will be even wider.

Abstract

Preliminary study results obtained findings that employee performance has not been optimal. Many factors encountered, allegedly the most dominant influence in terms of motivation, competence and discipline are still low. Therefore the problems formulated include: How motivation, competence and discipline. How much influence direct and indirect motivation, competence, and discipline on the performance of employees at the Department of HRD at PT.SanSan Saudaratex Jaya. The research method used is descriptive method of analysis and operation of the calculation using SPSS 22, done to the amount of 39 people made as respondents (survey). Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques that is to determine the degree of closeness relationship between research variables and Path Analysis Techniques (Path Analyst). The results as follows: 1). Motivation picture that is reaching average score 3,49 including good category; 2). The description of competence is reaching average score 3,64 including good category; 3). The description of the discipline of achieving an average score of 3.57 is in either category; 4). Performance description of employees that reached an average score of 3.61 is in either category; 5). The total effect of motivation on employee performance is 15.50%; 6). The influence of total competence on employee performance is 26.30%; 7). The total effect of discipline on employee performance is 42.50%; 8). The total influence of the three variables is 84.30%. The conclusion of this research is proved to have a significant influence motivation, competence and discipline on the performance of employees.

Abstract

Kegiatan memberikan informasi kepada warga dilakukan dari Bagian Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi yang diterima langsung dari kantor kabupaten, kemudian informasi dari kantor kabupaten tersebut diberikan kepada Bagian Pelayanan Umum. Bagian Pelayanan Umum menyebarkan informasi tersebut kepada warga melalui media sosial yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berbentuk deskriptif analisis, dimana data yang dikumpulkan dibahas dalam bentuk uraian mengenai kegiatan Pemanfaatan Media Sosial sebagai Media Informasi Warga di Kantor Kecamatan Ibun. Pemanfaatan media sosial Whatsapp Group, Facebook dan Instagram sebagai media informasi bagi warga Kecamatan Ibun, belum digunakan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial Whatsapp Group, Facebook dan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi warga. Bagian Admin dan Bagian Pelayanan Umum mengalami kesulitan, karena tenaga kerja di Bagian Pelayan Umum hanya ada satu tenaga kerja yang bekerja untuk melayani masyakarat secara langsung sehingga penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat secara digital masih kurang maksimal. Hal baru dari analisis yang diusulkan bahwa untuk pemanfaatan media sosial agar dipergunakan dengan maksimal, maka perlu pengawasan penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat Kecamatan Ibun. Dalam pengawasan penyampaian informasi yang menggunakan media sosial, maka pihak Kantor Kecamatan Ibun perlu melakukan sosialisasi secara terus-menerus dan memfasilitasi pada saat transisi dari manual menjadi digital.

Abstract

This research delved into Strategic Human Capital Planning (SHCP) in the Asian Digital Economy, examining the alignment of workforce development with business objectives. A comprehensive analysis encompassed the dynamic landscape of the Asian digital sector. Skill mapping was conducted to understand workforce capabilities and identify gaps and future skill requirements. Continuous learning initiatives were embraced, promoting a culture of adaptability and innovation. Leadership development programs were instituted, emphasizing both technical and soft skills. Tailored talent acquisition strategies sought candidates with diverse skill sets, aligning with the region's cultural nuances. Technology, including data analytics, facilitated data-driven insights for informed decision-making. Inclusivity and diversity were promoted, recognizing their value in fostering innovation. Challenges were addressed through proactive change management, targeted skill development, cultural sensitivity training, and clear communication channels. Incentives for adaptability and collaborative decision-making further facilitated successful implementation. The study concluded with practical recommendations for businesses navigating the complexities of the Asian Digital Economy, urging a strategic focus on human capital planning.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of strategic decision making, business performance, and employee development on the adoption of Big Data technology in HR within a FinTech company based in Jakarta. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), data were collected through an online survey administered to employees involved in HR management. The results reveal significant positive relationships between strategic decision making, business performance, employee development, and the adoption of Big Data technology in HR. Specifically, strategic decision making and employee development are found to positively influence the adoption of Big Data technology in HR, while business performance is positively associated with both strategic decision making and employee development. These findings underscore the importance of strategic HR practices and investments in employee development for leveraging Big Data technology effectively in HR management. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors driving the adoption of Big Data technology in HR and provides practical implications for HR practitioners and organizational leaders.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Green Product Innovation and Cleaner Production Technology on Business Sustainability and Competitive Advantage in the beauty industry in West Java. As environmental concerns and consumer demand for sustainable products grow, companies are increasingly adopting eco-friendly practices to enhance both their operational sustainability and market position. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 160 beauty firms and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that Green Product Innovation and Cleaner Production Technology positively influence Business Sustainability, which in turn significantly enhances Competitive Advantage. These results underscore the strategic importance of integrating sustainability practices, highlighting their dual role in promoting environmental responsibility and providing a competitive edge. This study contributes to the literature on sustainability in the beauty industry and offers practical insights for industry practitioners aiming to achieve long-term success in a competitive and eco-conscious market.
