Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze, to know the advantages and disadvantages of cash collection system in private hospitals in Semarang based on accounting information systems are still running during this time, then reengineered to improve cash collection cycle. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation.Based on the research, known system of patient care Private Hospital in Semarang, which runs up to now too long because the patient is required to repeatedly (and back) to the Administration outpatients, after the patient completed through the process of health care, and this has resulted in process accounting become too long.Accounting information systems, especially in cash collection in the Private Hospital in Semarang, which is too long results in delays in the process of making financial reports to the Board of Directors. To improve cash collection cycle that has been running for this by making a cash collection system design is shorter in pemprosesannya, namely the patient's payment is made after completing all types of health care in the outpatient clinic at the outpatient administration of the Settlement and a statement made by the Administration patients outpatient care.Design of computerized cash collection system using the method of real time to all processes at the transaction of patients at the Polyclinic and the batch method used in the accounting for all patient care data from the Administration outpatients in the process the next day as a step supervision.The result is expected to be used as a guide in improving the cash collection system that runs so far in the Private Hospital in Semarang Keywords: System, Accounting Information, Cash Collections, Real time and Batch.

Abstract

Pencapaian penelitian adalah mengetahui perilaku auditor internal dalam menjalankan tugasnya yang mendukung kinerja manajerial dan agar mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat perilaku auditor internal. Studi perilaku auditor internal merupakan pendalaman pengetahuan tentang perilaku yang mendukung kinerja manajerial yang efektif. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara mendalam dan teknik analisis domain digunakan.Hasil penelitian adalah perilaku auditor internal mendukung kinerja manajerial meliputi team building, terdiri dari penugasan tim, kerjasama sesuai dengan keahlian. Manajemen auditor internal, yaitu komunikasi, bekerja sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, kepercayaan, ketua tim memberikan arahan dan penjelasan. Keberhasilan kinerja anggota tim auditor internal, yaitu manajemen staf, data dan informasi, menentukan perbaikan dan arahan, memperbaiki sistem yang kurang baik. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung perilaku meliputi kebijakan dan dukungan pihak manajemen, sistem dalam perusahaan yang mendukung, komunikasi dan kerjasama antar anggota tim. Faktor penghambat yaitu kurang dukungan pihak manajemen, personil yang bekerja tidak benar selama proses pemeriksaan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the end user's role in system strategy, conceptual design and system selection for the successful development of accounting information systems at PT. Radik Jaya, Indonesia and to know the supporting factors and constraints for the development of accounting information systems in PT. Radik Jaya Indonesia. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected with observation and in-depth interviews directly with key sources of information (CFO, Financial staff, HR and general staff), documentation, credibility, and source triangulation. Taxonomy was used as the data analysis method. The result showed that the roles of the user to determine the success of the development of accounting information system at PT. Radik Jaya Indonesia. These roles include the user's role in system strategy, conceptual design, and system selection. The role of users in the system strategy was to provide information and proposals related to the features carried out the development of accounting information systems in order to run effectively. The role of the user in conceptual design was to ensure the design of the accounting information system in accordance with the PSAK and in accordance with the description of the information provided in the process of designing the system strategy. The selection of the system was done in detail, the user plays a role in the selection of the system by paying attention to the features that have been applied in accordance with the operational needs of the company's work and business. The information presented displayed well. The client guarantees the costs caused by the organization during the time spent fostering the bookkeeping data framework as per the plan that has been made.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi UMKM Batik Kota Semarang dalam memulihkan produktivitas batik dan memberdayakan jiwa wirausahanya di Kota Semarang pasca Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi melalui wawancara untuk memperoleh informasi secara akurat dan respon yang dihasilkan terkait permasalahan yang ada dilanjutkan dengan program pelatihan Edupreneurship sebagai dukungan sarana dan prasarana, permodalan, dan motivasi, serta pemahaman akan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Dampak adanya Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh pada seluruh sektor bidang usaha tanpa kecuali UMKM Batik dalam pertumbuhan usaha dan motivasi usaha UMKM dalam memberdayakan usahanya agar dapat bertahan pada pasca Covid-19. Faktanya, yang dihadapi pasca Covid-19 yang terjadi di Kampung Batik Kota Semarang mengalami penurunan pendapatan yang sangat signifikan. Untuk mendukung peningkatan pertumbuhan pendapatan dalam merencanakan usaha UMKM Batik di Kota Batik pasca Covid-19 diperlukan pemahaman dan pengetahuan untuk bangkit dalam melakukan usahanya melalui penumbuhan jiwa wirausaha UMKM Batik di Kampung Batik Kota Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of lifestyle, location and service quality on the process of making a decision to buy an apartment at Amartha View Semarang. An empirical approach is used in this study, collecting data from customers who live in Amartha View Semarang. The questionnaire serves as a tool that contains structured questions about lifestyle, location, service quality and purchasing decision process. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a sample size of 90. Decisions show lifestyle, location and quality of service give a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Future studies should be able to add more variables such as price, advertising innovation, demographics, taste and comparison with other household contents and increase the sample size used.

Abstract

The present quantitative analysis delves into the complex dynamics that effect the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Specifically, the study examines the influence of resource adequacy and the business climate. Regression analysis is used in this robust research design study to investigate the links between SME performance and financial resources, human resources, regulatory frameworks, market competition, technical advancements, and economic conditions and technological resources. The results show complex correlations, highlighting the importance of regulatory assistance, economic stability, competitive market responses, and thorough resource management for the success of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research offers concrete insights that will assist policymakers, business practitioners, and the academic community, adding to the continuing conversation on SME development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of strategic decision making, business performance, and employee development on the adoption of Big Data technology in HR within a FinTech company based in Jakarta. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), data were collected through an online survey administered to employees involved in HR management. The results reveal significant positive relationships between strategic decision making, business performance, employee development, and the adoption of Big Data technology in HR. Specifically, strategic decision making and employee development are found to positively influence the adoption of Big Data technology in HR, while business performance is positively associated with both strategic decision making and employee development. These findings underscore the importance of strategic HR practices and investments in employee development for leveraging Big Data technology effectively in HR management. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors driving the adoption of Big Data technology in HR and provides practical implications for HR practitioners and organizational leaders.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Logistic Regression method on the classification of customer bank deposits, using a public UCI Bank Marketing dataset, which contains customer-specific information of bank deposit telemarketing activities. Data has a binomial label consisting of 'yes' for subscribers and 'no' for non-subscribers. The data preprocessing phase is done with downsampling to make the amount of data more symmetrical, then data selection and data transformation to ensure that the data used values are consistent, attribute selection to select the attributes most accurately used and give significant influence. Classification is done using the Logistic Regression algorithm. Data is shared using a split method with 90% training data and 10% testing data, with the aim of optimizing the training process. The performance result consists of an accuracy of 88.53%, a classification error value of 11.4%, can be categorized as low, showing only a few errors produced by the algorithm model, a kappa value of 0.68 close to 1, so it is categorized well, a low RMSE rating of 0.3 indicates a model accurate, and a high AUC percentage of 93.4% indicates the correct algority used in this dataset, because it produces a good performance value.
