Abstract

The more villager have motorcycle, the more routine maintanance is needed. If the activity villager is high, so there is no chance to go to maintenance workshop because the place is far from village . the result of observation, during trip from village to city there is no a maintenance workshop, and if damage was found on the trip there is no solution except pushed the motorbike to find a maintanance workshop. the best solution for this problem is training ability self to maintain motorcycle by villager.the result of research are : 1) 4 indicators of the motorcycle maintenance karang taruna independence is positif2) Based of this research, The dominan indicator is having a strong desire to develop themselvesthe research method's used is questionnaire, Interview and observation. questionnaire data processing using likert scale.

Abstract

Kankung is a type of plant that is classified as a vegetable and is grown as food. The Mandiri Jaya Flowering Farmers Group in Cikupa Village, Karangnunggal has 9 blocks of farmland that are planted with kankung plants as one of the incomes of the farmers. The distribution of water to water spinach plants should be even and regular. For watering water spinach, 20 liters of water is needed, which is done manually by carrying water on the back and then watering the water spinach repeatedly. It is important to water kangkung plants regularly, once in the morning and once in the evening. Watering kangkung (a type of water spinach) is an important part of maintaining the plant, as it needs a sufficient supply of water to carry out photosynthesis and obtain the nutrients it needs to grow and develop. To support the automation process so that production factors can be achieved, a control system is required. One type of controller that is well-suited for use is a microcontroller. The researcher designed a Kangkung Plant Irrigation System Based on the Internet of Things to address the issues mentioned above. Farmers control the irrigation of watercress using smartphones, which makes their work easier and more efficient.

Abstract

The water distribution system on agricultural land is one factor that determines agricultural yields. The land in the Mekar Jaya Farmer Group, Cikupa Village, Karangnunggal District, Tasikmalaya Regency is rainfed land constrained in watering the land planted with kale. The sprinkling system that has been made uses a booster pump to drain the sprinkling water in the piping system, which has been arranged in such a way and is still constrained by an uneven distribution at some points so that the watering is not optimal so in this study improvements will be made with experimental methods and simulations on the device software by changing the T joint (T knee) which has an angle of 90° to a 45° angle. The simulation results show a significant change in pressure from 3.08 Pa at a 90° T joint to 9.63 Pa at a T joint at 45°.

Abstract

Elevator memiliki peranan yang sangant penting dalam aktivitas bangunan yang memiliki beberapa tingkat lantai oleh karena itu dari segi keamanan merupakan hal yang mutlak harus dimiliki oleh sebuah elevator salah satu segi keamanan dari elevator adalah muaatan beban yang ada didalam elevator. Dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih sensor beban yang terdapat pada elevator juga memiliki tingkat keakurasian yang tinggi sensor yang digunakan adalah Dinacell Elektronica s.1. Faktor keseimbangan beban merupakan hal yang vital untuk Elevator dimna factor ini selain berpengaruh pada keamanan elevator juga sangat berpengaruh pada motor elevator. Puli yang terdapat pada motor berkaitan langsung pada factor kesimbangan elevator. Dimna puli pada motor memiliki kapasitas penahan beban untuk menyangga elevator dan bobot pengimbang tegangan yang dikeluarkan motor elevator juga berpengaruh pada factor kesimbangan elevator. Semakin besar torsi yang dikeluarkan maka semakin besar tenaga yang dikeluarkan oleh motor elevator. Hal ini dapat berakibat panas pada motor elevator dan membuat motor akan cepat rusak. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah standarisasi yang dilakukan dari Perusahaan pabrikasi department tenaga kerja oleh pemerintah. Dengan pengujian muatan beban 0%, Over balance (standarisasi dari pabrik) beban 100% dan pengujian beban diatas beban maksimal atau beban diatas 100% dengan cara yang tepat pada pengujian over balance akan didapatkan keseimbangan pada elevator dengan melakukan pengujian ini akan didapatkan hasil yang berupa keseimbangan pada motor elevator dan keakurasian pembacaan sensor beban guna menjaga terjadinya suatu keadaan bahaya pada elevator

Abstract

Masalah sampah plastik dari rumah tangga yang sangat tinggi. Semakin meningkatnya sampah plastik dan mencemari lingkungan harus ada cara untuk mengurangi sampah plastik,tujuannya membuat perancangan alat/mesin hot press untuk pengolahan sampah plastik, Perancangan alat/mesin (hot press) ini cocok untuk daerah yang tingkat sampah plastiknya sangat tinggi, seperti sampah dari rumah tangga. alat/mesin hot press ini bisa di memanfaatkan untuk mengolah limbah plastik menjadi papan untuk di jadikan meja dan memiliki nilai jual, Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental yang di dalamnya meliputi rancang bangun. Dalam alur penelitiannya menggunakan observasi lapangan, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, pemilihan bahan dan proses, rancang bangun, uji kinerja.rata-rata hasil jadi adalah 2540 gram. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 97,6% dari beban 2600 gram berhasil diubah menjadi hasil jadi. Rata-rata residu adalah 60 gram. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 2,4% dari beban 2600 gram menjadi residu. Rata-rata persentase residu adalah 2,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 2,4% dari hasil jadi merupakan residu. Secara keseluruhan, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa mesin hot press dapat menghasilkan hasil jadi yang konsisten dengan rata-rata 97,6% dari beban. Persentase residu yang rendah (2,4%) menunjukkan bahwa mesin hot press dapat meminimalkan pemborosan bahan. perancangan awal mesin Hot Press menggunakan perangkat lunak CAD dan membangun proyek di bengkel. Spesifikasi produk mencakup kapasitas mesin, dimensi, suhu operasi, dan fitur pengaturan suhu. Hasil uji kinerja menunjukkan rata-rata 97,6% dari beban 2600 gram berhasil diubah menjadi hasil jadi, dengan rata-rata residu 60 gram. Mesin dapat menghasilkan hasil jadi yang konsisten dengan persentase residu rendah.Kata kunci: sampah plastik, hot press

Abstract

Air merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dan merupakan kebutuhan pokok yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Di bebagai daerah di Indonesia terdapat banyak sumber mata air atau sungai yang mengalir, sehingga sebagian besar wilayahnya yang digunakan untuk pertanian. Pompa hydraulic ram pump atau pompa hidram merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk memompa air. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental dengan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang di dalamnya meliputi rancang bangun. Pompa hidram yang di buat pada penelitian ini memiliki ukuran 3 inch, dengan diameter pipa masuk 3 inch, volume tabung udara 0,0081m3, pipa keluar dengan diameter ½ inch. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menghitung berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh pompa hidram untuk memompa air 1 liter, di dapatkan waktu tercepat adalah 8,2 detik, sedangkan waktu terlama adalah 9,8 detik. Dengan rata-rata 8,67 detik untuk memompa 1 liter air, atau 6,92 liter per menit.

Abstract

Material failure is a common occurrence in components subjected to continuous loads, often due to fatigue. In the MIG 1300-watt welding machine, the wire feeder gear transmission process continuously distributes energy, leading to eventual material failure. This failure disrupts the transmission of rotation to the feeder shaft, causing the wire exiting the torch to slip. To address this issue, reverse engineering technology is applied using computer-aided design (CAD), finite element analysis (FEA) assisted by computer-aided engineering (CAE), and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), culminating in the production of prototypes with 3D printing technology. This research aims to repair the wire feeder gears by leveraging reverse engineering technology, which includes redrawing the gears and implementing developmental modifications using CAD/CAM tools. These modifications are then analyzed through FEA with CAE assistance, and the final prototype is produced using an Anet A8 V2 3D printer with Poly Lactic Acid (PLA) material.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the production of water spinach increased by 9,24% from the last year, which was reasonable because water spinach was one of the most sought-after and popular types of vegetables. The farmers have exposure risk factors of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) owing to poor watering of plant workstations using manual methods. This journal aims to explore the application of computer-aided ergonomic analysis and digital human modeling techniques in optimizing the workstations of farmers in water spinach plantations. This paper compares ergonomic scores for body posture farmers before and after improvement. Improvement was done by replacing the manual ball valve with motor operated valve (MOV), controlled (opens and closes) by farmers’ phones. Before and after improvement, body posture farmers are converted to digital human modeling and analyzed by CATIA and RULA analysis tools. The result of this paper comparing before and after improvement results in a percentage reduction in RULA Scores of 75% from a 4 to 1 value.

Abstract

The high market demand for water spinach can be a great opportunity to improve the local community's economy. The distribution of water to the kale plants must be done regularly and evenly, while the watering activities of the kale plants by the farmers are still done manually by carrying 20 liters of water. The problem so far is that the farmers water the kale plants by repeatedly carrying water on their backs. so it is necessary to have a control and monitoring system to make it easier for farmers to water the water spinach plants using an internet of thngs system to open and close with sensors that are sent to the database and then displayed in the form of tables and graphs. The results show that the control and monitoring of water sprinkling was successful according to the programmed water discharge.
