Abstract

Foucault is highly interested in examining how knowledge and power interact. There is no power exercise that does not result in knowledge, and there is no knowledge that does not take into account power interactions. Modern people are born as the objects and subjects of power nets that distribute and provide for them, according to Foucault. One of the most amazing philosophers is Michel Foucault. His capacity for thought is limitless. His ideas have influenced everything from history, philosophy, social and political sciences, to the medical industry, which his family works in. Because the conclusions of his thinking ran counter to the prevailing modernist theories of the period, Foucault is frequently referred to as a post-modernist, post-structuralist, or even a philosopher. However, he rejected all of these labels. Foucault's interest in themes of humanity, marginality, abnormality, and his conception of truth are key strengths of his ideas. Abstract

The aims of the study areto analyze 1) the factors causing multilevel assilariang marriageof five families in Balangloe Village un Jeneponto Regency, 2) the dynamics of sanctions for perpetrators of multilevel assilariang marriageof five families in Balangloe Village in Jeneponto Regency, 3) the efforts made by five families in Balangloe Village in Jeneponto Regency in breaking the chain of multilevel assilariang marriage. The results of the study revealthat 1) there are two factors of the background of multilevel assilariang marriage, namely internal factors including parents who are less adaptive to children, hereditary habits from the family, couples love each other, and do not get the blessing of parents; while the external factors are social patterns that are less conducive due to the influence of technological progress; 2) the dynamics of sanctions for perpetrators of multilevel assilaria marriage can be viewed from two types of sanctions in terms of the customary sanctions given to assilaiang marriage actors, namely light beatings in the form of slaps; whereas, the social sanctions, namely the family will be used as a negative topic of conversation at every opportunity for gatherings in the community; and 3) there have been various efforts made to break the chain of multilevel assilaria marriage, namely by controlling the association of children, improving the quality of education, instilling an open mindset, and forming a harmonious family.Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan assilariang bertingkat lima keluarga di Desa Balangloe Kabupaten Jeneponto, 2) untuk menganalisis dinamika sanksi pada pelaku pernikahan assilariang bertingkat lima keluarga di Desa Balangloe Kabupaten Jeneponto, 3) untuk menganalisis upaya yang di lakukan oleh lima keluarga di Desa Balangloe Kabupaten Jeneponto dalam memutus mata rantai pernikahan assilariang bertingkat. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Ada dua faktor yang melatar belakangi pernikahan assilariang bertingkat yaitu faktor internal seperti orang tua yang kurang adaptif terhadap anak, kebiasaan turun temurun dari keluarga, pasangan tidak ada restu dari salah satu pihak keluarga, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu pola pergaulan yang kurang kondusif karena pengaruh kemajuan teknologi. 2) Dinamika sanksi bagi pelaku pernikahan assilariang bertingkat dapat ditinjau dari dua jenis sanksi, yaitu dari segi sanksi adat yang diberikan kepada para pelaku pernikahan assilariang yaitu pemukulan ringan berupa tamparan dan sanksi sosial yaitu keluarga akan di jadikan sebagai topik pembicaraan negatif dalam setiap kesempatan perkumpulan di masyarakat. 3) Ada berbagai upaya yang dilakukan dalam memutus mata rantai pernikahan assilariang bertingkat, yaitu dengan mengontrol pergaulan anak, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, menanamkan pola pikir terbuka dan membentuk keluarga yang harmonis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the essence of making phinisi ships for retainers. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used the interactive method of Miles and Huberman with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the core of the process of making a phinisi ship for the retainer is a ship made with a retainer who has a strong inner bond, the retainer feels that making a phinisi ship is a matter of pride because being a retainer is a matter of pride. a long process and a very large mandate. Making phinisi boats for courtiers is a livelihood to support their families. In addition, the researcher also revealed that family relations and mutual respect are still very strong which are useful for providing maximum results, phinisi shipbuilding must apply teamwork, thoroughness, hard work and uphold the existing local culture. The relationship between followers and workers respects each other and upholds deliberation when obstacles arise.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study scientific morality in the use of technology in the digital era from the perspective of philosophy of science. In the philosophy of science, scientific morality seeks to ensure that technological and scientific developments are driven by ethical and logical considerations. Based on moral values, the use of scientific knowledge not only produces technical progress, but is also socially responsible, making better technology more beneficial to society. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main data source in this research is literature which includes books on the philosophy of science, scientific journals on digital ethics, articles related to scientific morality, as well as previous reports and research on technology in the digital era. Data collection was carried out through literature study, with data analysis using content analysis techniques. Artificial intelligence offers opportunities for progress, but also moral challenges, so developers, policymakers, and society need to collaborate to develop an ethical framework that ensures fair use of the technology and benefits society.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of educational philosophy in the context of the digital age to achieve a balance between the utilisation of technology and humanistic values, focusing on the influence of technology on educational practices and students' learning experiences. Through data collection that included interviews with educators, surveys of students' perceptions of technology in learning, and analyses of educational policies, it was found that while technology can improve access to information and interactivity, there is a risk of neglecting essential humanistic values in education. Results show that a balanced approach between technology and humanism not only increases student motivation and engagement, but also strengthens interpersonal relationships in the teaching and learning process. The findings have deep significance in the context of education, where the application of technology must be accompanied by the cultivation of strong moral and social values. The implications of this study point to the importance of developing holistic educational policies, which not only facilitate technology integration, but also support students' character growth and empathy in acquiring knowledge. As such, this research contributes to the endeavour of creating a more humanised educational environment in the growing digital age, and serves as a reference for educators and policy makers to formulate effective strategies in facing today's educational challenges.

Abstract

Pemikiran Immanuel Kant tentang otonomi dan kebebasan merupakan pilar utama dalam filsafat moral, yang menekankan kemampuan manusia untuk bertindak berdasarkan prinsip moral universal melalui akal budi. Otonomi, menurut Kant, mengacu pada kapasitas individu untuk menentukan hukum moral secara mandiri, sedangkan kebebasan adalah landasan bagi tindakan moral yang bertanggung jawab. Konsep ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pendidikan moral, terutama dalam membentuk karakter individu yang mampu berpikir kritis, bertanggung jawab, dan menghormati nilai-nilai universal.Studi ini mengeksplorasi implikasi filosofis pemikiran Kant terhadap pendidikan moral, termasuk bagaimana kebebasan dan otonomi dapat diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mendorong pengembangan kesadaran moral siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan multikultural seperti di Indonesia, konsep Kant ini menjadi relevan dalam membangun toleransi, penghormatan terhadap perbedaan, dan keadilan sosial. Artikel ini juga menyoroti relevansi kebebasan dan otonomi dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan era digital, di mana individu diharapkan mampu membuat keputusan moral yang kompleks. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan moral berbasis pemikiran Kant dapat mendorong siswa untuk menjadi individu yang tidak hanya memahami hukum moral, tetapi juga mampu menerapkannya secara mandiri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, pendidikan yang terinspirasi oleh filsafat Kant memiliki potensi besar dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih beretika dan berkeadaban.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Parental support plays an important role in determining the success of a child’s education. Both the attention and encouragement provided by parents are crucial factors in the student learning process. This study aims to analyze the influence of parental support on the learning motivation of elementary school students. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving parents and fourth-grade students as subjects. Data were collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that all parents provide support for their children's learning motivation, which includes emotional support, appreciation, practical assistance, and information. However, instrumental support—such as accompanying children during study time and providing learning needs—has not been carried out optimally. Many parents still rely on learning facilities provided by the school, and economic limitations cause some learning needs to remain unmet. Informational support, such as guidance when children experience learning difficulties, is also not optimal because some parents do not fully understand the learning materials and are occupied with work. In fact, parents are the first and foremost educators in developing a child’s potential. Therefore, more optimal efforts are required so that children's learning motivation can develop well. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Entrepreneurship Teachers’ Teaching Style on Students’ Learning Motivation among Grade XI students of the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program at SMKN 1 Jeneponto. Entrepreneurship is a core subject in the vocational curriculum and plays an important role in developing students’ innovative, creative, and independent abilities. Student learning outcomes are strongly influenced by external factors, including teachers’ teaching styles and students’ motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population of this study consists of all Grade XI MPLB students at SMKN 1 Jeneponto, totaling 75 students, with a sample of 45 students selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the students. The data analysis techniques include simple linear regression, F-test, and t-test. Further discussion concludes that there is a strong correlation and a positive influence of teachers’ teaching style on students’ learning motivation at SMKN 1 Jeneponto, in line with previous research findings. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the character education program in shaping students’ positive values at SMA Negeri 16 Konawe Selatan, in accordance with the research problem, which focuses on assessing the level of program achievement and identifying key factors that support its success. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 students from grade XI selected through proportional random sampling. The research instrument consisted of a Likert-scale questionnaire covering four main indicators: discipline, responsibility, honesty, and social concern. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the effectiveness of the program and simple regression analysis to examine the influence of program implementation on the development of students’ positive values. The results indicate that the character education program is categorized as effective, with an average achievement score of 82.3%. Regression analysis revealed a significant influence between program implementation and the formation of positive student values (R² = 0.67; p < 0.05). These findings show that teacher role modeling, consistent implementation of activities, and a supportive school environment play crucial roles in strengthening the internalization of character values. The discussion further highlights that the success of the program is driven by the involvement of the entire school community, along with continuous habituation activities. Therefore, this study concludes that the character education program at SMA Negeri 16 Konawe Selatan has been effectively implemented and has contributed positively to students’ behavior. However, improvements are still needed in the areas of personalized guidance and collaboration with parents to optimize its outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teaching style and digital literacy on teachers’ creativity in learning, with pedagogical competence serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bone, totaling 75 participants, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The study employed a systematic literature review approach by gathering relevant articles from databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, ERIC, and SINTA. The collected literature was examined through thematic analysis and narrative synthesis to identify patterns of relationships among teaching style, digital literacy, pedagogical competence, and teacher creativity. The findings indicate that teaching style has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ creativity, particularly interactive, technological, and personalized teaching styles that encourage educators to develop innovative learning strategies. Digital literacy also contributes significantly to teacher creativity through the ability to utilize technology, evaluate digital media, and design multimedia-based learning content. Furthermore, pedagogical competence plays an essential mediating role by strengthening the influence of teaching style and digital literacy on creativity. Teachers with high pedagogical competence are more capable of integrating varied teaching approaches and utilizing digital tools to create meaningful and creative learning activities. Overall, this study highlights the importance of enhancing teaching style, digital literacy, and pedagogical competence to improve teacher creativity in instructional practices. The findings provide important implications for the development of more comprehensive and sustainable teacher training programs.
