Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see whether there is a positive and sibnificant relationship between the guided inquiry approach through an experimental method for conceptof chemical, and the creativity of students Department of Geological Engineering University of Ottow Geissler Papua with a samle of 15 people. Data were collected by questionnaire and essay. Data analysis methods used in the research is to use a simple correlation test. From the research that has been done is know that there is a positive and significant relationship between the guided inquiry approach through an experimental method for concept mastery o chemical to the value of 0,9111 count r > rtable 0,514 ; tvalue 7,9713 > ttable 2,160 ; grades rb 0,9532 > rtable 0,532 which means reabel ; X2value 13,4524 < X2table 23,685 which means the data are normally distributed and there is a positive and significant relationship between the gided inquiry approach through experimental methods or student creativity Geological Engineering Prograng at the Unniversity o Papua Geissler Ottow count r value 0,1240 < < rtable 0,514 ; tvalue 0,4533 < 2,160 ; rb value 0,2206 < rtable which means no reabel 0,532 ; X2value 3,6856 < x2table 23,685 which means the data are not normally distributed. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman petani di Desa Pasi Ara Kuala Batee mengenai pemanfaatan bahan alami sebagai pestisida ramah lingkungan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah serangan hama pada tanaman padi serta dampak penggunaan pestisida kimia terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan berbasis workshop yang melibatkan petani secara langsung, meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi pembuatan pestisida dari daun sirsak dan bawang putih, serta pendampingan praktik penerapan di lahan pertanian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam membuat pestisida nabati, serta adanya komitmen untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida kimia. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah program pelatihan berhasil memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat, mendorong kesadaran lingkungan, serta mendukung upaya pertanian berkelanjutan di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality and potential of students. Learning outcomes are systematic efforts made to improve the abilities, knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students in order to achieve learning objectives optimally. Therefore, the discovery learning model is used as an alternative to improve understanding and learning outcomes in mathematics. Based on the background, the formulation of the problem in this study is: Can the application of the discovery learning model improve student learning outcomes in multiplication material in grade III of Lamteungoh State Elementary School? This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in multiplication material in grade III of Lamteungoh State Elementary School. The method used is a quantitative method involving 16 students as research samples. Data were collected through observation, tests (pretest and posttest) and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the n-gain test, and the paired sample t-test. With the help of the SPSS version 27 and excel applications. If the sig α value <0.05, then reject H₀ → meaning there is an increase in understanding of the concept of multiplication. If the sig α value > 0.05, then accept H₀ → meaning there is no significant increase. The results of the study showed an increase in the average value from the pretest of 25.56 to the posttest of 33.81, with an N-Gain value of 0.52 in the moderate category. Hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test showed a significant difference (sig α < 0.05), so the discovery learning model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
