Abstract

One of the problem of Eurycoma longifolia Jack propagation was low germination percentage due to recalcitrant seeds and slow growth of seedling from cutting propagation. To overcome this problem is required propagation of Eurycoma longifolia via in vitro culture. The objective of this research was to know the effect of Auxin (2,4-D and NAA) and Cytokines (BAP and Kinetin)  on Eurycoma longifolia callus induction via leaf and petiole explants. In this study, we used plant growth regulator of 2,4 D, NAA, BAP and Kinetin in several levels.  The observed variables were appearing callus time, callus color and callus texture. The results of this study showed that MS medium supplemented with 1 ppm NAA+ 1 ppm BAP was able to induce callus formation in leaf explant for 6 months after culture. While MS medium supplemented with 1 ppm 2,4-D, 1 ppm BAP, combination of 2,4-D and Kinetin and combination of 2,4-D and BAP can induce callus formation from petiole. All the callus formation has yellow color and yellow brown color. The petiole explant that is grown in MS medium supplemented with 1 ppm BAP induced of callus in short time (18 days after culture).

Abstract

Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga atau KDRT dan Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak ternyata belum mampu menjadi benteng pemerintah untuk menyelamatkan perempuan dan anak-anak dari prilaku kekerasan. Berdasarkan data Tahunan Perkara dari Mahkamah Syariyah Pidie Jaya, perkara masuk dalam tahun 2016 mencapai 278 perkara. Dari jumlah itu, salah satu perkara yang ditangani lembaga itu adalah perkara kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) yang mana perkara jumlahnya mencapai 108 perkara. Beranjak dari uraian ini, penulis merasa perlu adanya penelitian tentang konsep Hukum Islam mengenai penyelesaian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan bagaimana penyelesaian yang ditangani Mahkamah Syari’ah Meureudu Pidie Jaya

Abstract

Soybean powder is processed soy products are created through several stages of processing, such as sorting, soaking, cooking, refrigeration, drying, grinding, sieving and, packaging.This study aimed to determine the effect of dipping time and pressing time on the quality of soybean powdering. This research was arranged in a randomized block design (RAK) consists of 2 factors. The first factor is a long soaking soybeans (L1 = 0 hours; L2 = 3 hours; L3 = 6 hours, and L4 = 9 hours). The second factor is long pressing time (P1 = 0 minutes; P2 = 5 minutes; P3 = 10 minutes, and P4 = 15 minutes). This study consisted of 8 treatment combinations with three replications.The results of this study, namely the process of soaking soybeans for 3 hours produces yield 72.80% degree of whiteness 53.37%. Protein content 32.86 %, fat 25.22 % ALB 7.77%, and 4.2 % water. While soybeans pressing process for 5 minutes produces rendemen 75.29 %, 44.03 % degree of whiteness. Protein contentof 32.78%, 26.45% fat, ALB 4.67 %, and water 5:12 %. Key words: soybean flouring, dipping, pressing condition

Abstract

Duck meat has a fishy smell weakness, tough and a higher fat content, but it has the advantage of a high content of protein and low in calories. Factors that cause the meat is that it contains a lot of connective tissue protein, collagen has a structure that is very complex and overlap. Factors that cause the meat is that it contains a lot of connective tissue protein, collagen has a structure that is very complex and overlap. One of the efforts that can be used to degrade the connective tissue protein structures is to use agricultural waste products of fermentation results. One agricultural materials such as waste that is possible can be used as a source of carbohydrate is cassava (casapro)which is agro waste. This research result of industrial waste utilizing cassava starch by fermentation. Animals used were male duck and the treatment used is P0 without the addition of fermented cassava (casapro) in the ration and the addition of cassava fermentation treatment P1 (casapro) 5% in the ration. The results obtained during 1.5 months of maintenance are produced using fermentation of cassava in the ration effect on meat tenderness level based on the test panel and the use of meat tenderness. Abstract

Secang drink is an Indonesia tradisional drink (from Yogyakarta dan Central Java) there tare made from secang wood (Caesalpia sappan L). In secang drink, we can found another spices, like ginger, clove, sereh, cinnamon bark, kapulaga, and pala. Empirically, the function of secang drink is to take care health, because their bioctive component. The main bioactive component of spices are fenol compound. The fenol compoud can measured with Follin Ciocalteau method. The advantage of Follin Ciocalteau method is give same response to different fenol compound. While the disadvantage is give response to sulfur dioxide and sugar. Except spices, in secang drink contain sugar and salt too, that function to give a delicious taste. The purpose of research is to know the effect of sugar to amount of fenol compoud in secang drink. The amount of fenol compound in secang drink with sugar are 117,972 ? 186,055 mg/L. While without sugar are 16,778 ? 91,528 mg/L. The incresing of amount of fenol compound in secang drink with sugar because Follin Ciocalteau method to consider sugar is a interference that can give unreal amount of fenol compount. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an increase in the cognitive abilities of student learning by applying discussion learning to teaching and learning strategies and student responses to the application of discussion learning. The research was carried out in the physics education department that followed the teaching and learning strategies. The population in this study were all students who took the teaching semester strategy V semester 2019 as many as 60 people. While the research sample was 27 students class 01. Sample selection by purposive sampling. The research method used is the Pre Experiment with the design of Pre test and Post test One Group. The results showed that: tcount> ttable means 20.21 > 1.71. This shows an increase in cognitive learning of students who are taught by learning discussion. While the response of students to the learning process of discussion strongly agreed and agreed at 94.06%. In accordance with the criteria of the percentage of student responses, the response to learning discussion is in the range of 76-100% including the very interested category. Students are motivated to learn by learning discussions that practice his thinking skills and critical thinking in conveying the ideas discussed in class and arises self-confidence in expressing ideas and opinions to others.

Abstract

Karya komposisi yang berjudul Pararaan Dalam Gauangan terinpsirasi dari repertoar pada kesenian Gandang Tigo Baso yaitu repertoar Pararaan, yang mana repertoar pararaan memiliki pola ritem yang padat, tempo permainan cepat dibandingkan dengan repertoar lagu lain, gauangan tidak terputus sampai satu frase melodis hal inilah yang menarik pengkarya untuk menggarap repertoar Pararaan dengan teknik hocketing dan call and respontsial. Karya Pararaan dalam Gauangan ini dibagi dua bagian, bagian pertama menggarap pola repertoar dengan memberi kesan aksentuasi pada ritme dan nada. Kemudian bagian kedua mengembangkan nada repertoar pararaan dengan memakai canang dalam teknik permainan hocketing sebagai langkah ekplorasi terhadap nada-nada dan motif-motif pararaan Gandang Tigo Baso dengan menggunakan pendekatan garap tradisi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnak di bawah lima tahun (balita) dan pra sekolah merupakan kelompok yang menunjukkan pertumbuhan badan yang pesat, sehingga memerlukan zat-zat gizi  yang  tinggi  disetiap  kilogram  berat  badannya.  Anak  balita  ini  justru merupakan kelompok umur yang paling sering menderita akibat kekurangan gizi (Paath, 2005). Survei awal diperoleh di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar jumlah balita yang berat badan di Bawah Garis Merah (BGM) 76 orang. Dari hasil wawancara dengan 6 orang ibu yang mempunyai balita BGM terdapat 4 dari 6 balita yang BGM berasal dari keluarga  yang berpendidikan rendah, pendapatan keluarganya kurang dan laju kelahiran (paritas) Ibu tinggi. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  Karakteristik  Ibu  yang  berat badan balitanya berada di Bawah Garis Merah (BGM) ditinjau dari pendidikan ibu,  pendapatan  keluarga  dan  paritas.  Desain  penelitian  ini  bersifat  deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang mempunyai balita BGM di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar, dengan  jumlah  sampel  43  orang  Ibu.  Tehnik  pengambilan  sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah Porposive Sampling. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa balita  yang  berat badan BGM sebagian besar berasal dari keluarga yang berpendidikan rendah yaitu sebanyak 51,2 %, Presentase pendapatan keluarga yang mempunyai balita berat badan BGM juga tidak sesuai dengan UMP (kurang) yaitu sebesar 74,4%. Sedangkan  paritas  ibu  yang  mempunyai  balita  berat  badan  BGM  lebih  besar berasal dari kategori multipara yaitu mencapai 62,8 % . Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk dapat  meningkatkan keadaan gizi anak balita ke arah  yang lebih baik  melalui penyuluhan dan pengolahan makanan sederhana menjadi menu yang seimbang sehingga dapat meminimalisasi kasus BGM yang sedang terjadi sekarang ini, yang pada akhirnya dapat mewujudkan balita sehat di masa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci   :    Karakteristik  Ibu,  Balita  BGM,  Pendidikan,  Pendapatan, Paritas
