Abstract

Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) can effectively contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in all economic, social, and environmental dimensions, along with peace and security. Studying ICH in Indonesia cannot be separated from the spatial aspect of how an area's attributes are related to other areas located close to each other. Spatial regression modeling needs to be done by considering the selection of spatial weight matrix. Using the wrong spatial weight matrix will increase the standard error in parameter estimation. Therefore, this study aims to determine: the best spatial weight matrix to accommodate the spatial autocorrelation in analyzing the description of the spread of ICH in Indonesia; and the variables that are thought to influence the number of ICH determination in Indonesia. The spatial regression modeling used in this study is the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model and the spatial weight matrices compared in this study are queen contiguity and inverse distance. The best model is the SAR model used the queen contiguity spatial weight matrix because it has minimum values of AIC, BIC, RMSE and MAPE which are 310.397, 319.555, 18.857 and 57.169 respectively. Simultaneously, involved in performing arts, wearing traditional dress, knowing Indonesian folklore and the spatial lag contribute significantly to number of ICH determination in Indonesia. Partially, only knowing Indonesian folklore have a significant effect on number of ICH determination in Indonesia at significance level α=5%. Each additional 1% of population that knowing Indonesian folklore in an area increases number of ICH determination in that area by 0.6719 units .

Abstract

Family resilience is the family's ability to manage resources and problems to achieve prosperity as well as to survive and adapt to various conditions that are constantly changing, and have a variety of positive attitudes towards life's challenges. Family social and psychological resilience is one of the dimensions in family resilience, which is an important dimension in realizing a harmonious, safe and psychologically prosperous family. Kuta Alam District is an area of ??Banda Aceh City with the highest number of cases of the spread of Covid 19, for this reason, researchers want to examine the condition of family resilience in Kuta Alam District. The family resilience being studied is seen from the socio-psychological dimension. The approach of this research is descriptive quantitative by taking a sample of the location of several villages in the district of Kuta Alam, with a sample of 110 people. The method of data collection is in the form of a questionnaire. Overall, the condition of the family's psychological social resilience is in the moderate category. From the results of this study, it is suggested that families can cope with emotions positively by doing activities that they enjoy, increasing positive self-concept, establishing communication with family members and various covid-19 prevention programs from the central and regional governments aimed at families and must be implemented immediately. and right on target in order to restore the socio-psychological conditions of the community. Keywords: family resilience, social psychology, covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance students’ self-awareness and personal development through self-love and self-growth approaches at Witthayapanya Matthayom School, Thailand. The program encourages students to recognize the importance of self-acceptance by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and developing a positive self-concept as a foundation for personal and career development. Students are also guided to foster self-growth through goal setting, self-improvement motivation, and the ability to realistically accept the process of personal change. The program is implemented through the delivery of educational materials and the application of Cognitive Restructuring (CR) techniques within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework. Program effectiveness is evaluated using a 10-item questionnaire measuring self-concept, self-love, and self-growth, administered on a 4-point Likert scale and developed through an Item Response Theory (IRT)–based adaptation of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Descriptive statistical analyses, including frequencies, percentages, and means, are used to summarize students’ responses and are complemented by qualitative observations from discussions and reflective activities. The results indicate high levels of student engagement, as evidenced by enthusiasm, active participation, and experience sharing throughout the sessions. These positive responses reflect increased awareness of self-love, contributing to enhanced self-confidence, motivation, and engagement in positive daily activities. Furthermore, the program strengthens students’ self-growth, as demonstrated by increased motivation for self-improvement, clearer future-oriented goals, and a stronger commitment to becoming the best version of themselves. Overall, this education- and CBT-based program is empirically relevant to students’ developmental needs, strengthens self-concept, and supports sustainable personal development for future readiness.

Abstract

Abstract Based on laboratory results, the values of iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), and pH in the borehole well TPS 3R Terpadu Samarinda exceed quality standards of 3.06 mg/L, 0.9 mg/L, and 4, respectively. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of iron and manganese reduction and variations in the thickness and mesh size of activated carbon derived from kepok banana peel and coconut shell, using a quasi-experimental quantitative method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group design. There was a decrease in Fe and Mn values and changes in pH for filtration with coconut shell activated carbon at a thickness of 30 cm and 35 cm, and when using activated carbon from kepok banana peel with a thickness of 20 cm and 30 cm. The decrease in Fe and Mn values also occurred in variations in mesh size 4 and mesh size 8. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between thickness and mesh size and the decrease in iron and manganese levels, with a Fisher's Exact Test value of 0.029 < 0.05. The thicker the activated carbon, the greater the percentage of Fe and Mn reduction, because the longer the water remains in contact with it.
