Abstract

Reading Qur'an properly and correctly is obligatory for Muslims. Reading Qoran must follow what was taught by the Prophet Muhammad. People who learn Qiro'ah or reading the Qoran should not study alone without a teacher who guide them. Special knowledge is needed to improve the reading of Qoran which is called the f tajwid. The activities to improve reading or learning the Qur'an are called Tahsin. This community service research method uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The service here is trying to provide assistance to the students of the Islamic Boarding School of tahfidz Qur'an Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Sawahan Ngemplak Boyolali. This research is field research. He hopes that in this assistance students can read the Qoran properly and correctly, in accordance with what was taught by the prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of Islamic guidance and counseling teachers in improving students' emotional intelligence in MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta. Emotional intelligence has a significant impact on student development, and this study focused on implementing Islamic guidance and counseling practices to strengthen students' emotional aspects. This research design is a case study with a qualitative approach used in this research method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic guidance and counseling teachers, observation, and analysis of related documents. The main respondents were MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta students who participated in the Islamic guidance and counseling program. The results showed that Islamic guidance and counseling teachers play a significant role in improving students' emotional intelligence. They involve students in group guidance activities, provide personalized counseling, and integrate Islamic values in the learning process. These efforts help students develop a better understanding of emotions, improve their ability to manage stress, and strengthen their social relationships. In addition, the study also highlights some of the challenges faced by Islamic guidance and counseling teachers, including limited time and resources. Therefore, better support from schools and governments is recommended to strengthen this role in improving students' emotional intelligence. In conclusion, MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta Counseling Guidance Teachers play a very important role in constructing students' emotional intelligence at MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta. This research contributes to further understanding how the practice of Islamic guidance and counseling can have a positive impact on students' emotional development, as well as providing suggestions for further improvement in its implementation.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Implementasi metode pembelajaran Index Card Match untuk meningkatkan keakfitan Siswa mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta. Artikel ini menggambarkan langkah-langkah dan dampak dari implementasi metode pembelajaran index card match. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumen dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Implementasi ini menghasilkan sejumlah hasil positif yang berdampak pada pemahaman konsep, partisipasi aktif siswa, dan motivasi dalam pembelajaran. Proses implementasi dimulai dengan persiapan materi yang cermat, dengan menyesuaikan konten kurikulum dengan konsep-konsep utama yang akan diajarkan. Kartu-kartu indeks yang disiapkan harus mengandung pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang menantang, merangsang pemikiran kritis, dan sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitan siswa. Hasil implementasi mencakup peningkatan pemahaman materi, partisipasi aktif siswa, peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan motivasi untuk pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Metode Index Card Match juga mendukung beragam gaya pembelajaran siswa dan memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa yang lebih pemalu untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi metode Index Card Match telah membawa dampak positif dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran SKI di MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta, menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang interaktif, menantang, dan berorientasi pada pemahaman konsep yang mendalam.

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah untuk menciptakan generasi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah dengan memperkenalkan Al-Qur''an kepada anak-anak melalui program Tahfidz Qur’an. Rumah Tahfidz merupakan tempat dimana anak-anak usia dini hingga sekolah dasar melaksanakan program tahfidz di desa Beji kecamatan Tulung kabupaten Klaten. Penerapan metode talaqqi dalam program tahfidz ini diharap dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan dan faktor penghambat serta faktor pendukung dalam menggunakan metode talaqqi pada program tahfidz di rumah tahfidz desa Beji. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi langsung bagaimana program tahfidz dijalankan di rumah tahfidz Bejii menggunakan metode talaqqi. Berbagai proses pengumpulan data termasuk wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Teknik triangulasi digunakan untuk memeriksa keabsahan data dengan membandingkannya dengan sumber eksternal. Setelah uji coba, data kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah analisis yang sesuai: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode talaqqi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an anak usia dini hingga sekolah dasar.Efektivitas pengajaran, metode talaqqi terbukti efektif dalam mengajarkan anak-anak usia dini untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an. Bimbingan langsung dari guru atau pembimbing membantu mereka memahami dan menginternalisasi ayat-ayat dengan baik. Pengembangan keterampilan lisan, melalui pengajaran lisan yang intensif, metode talaqqi membantu anak-anak usia dini untuk mengembangkan keterampilan lisan mereka, termasuk pengucapan dan tajwid yang benar. Pemberian pendidikan yang holistik, metode talaqqi tidak hanya fokus pada aspek menghafal saja, tetapi juga mencakup pemahaman terhadap makna ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and understand what efforts are made by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta to realize the school's vision and mission in developing students' morals and morals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, using a descriptive qualitative approach to understand phenomena related to the research subject. Data collection in this research was carried out by observation and interviews. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results and discussion in this research, the Islamic Religious Education Teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta made various efforts to develop morals in accordance with the school's vision and mission. The efforts made include five points, namely 1) Teachers provide role models, 2) Carry out habituation activities, 3) teach morals, 4) teachers provide motivation, and 5) provide rewards and punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of digital learning media in Islamic Education to increase students' interest in learning at SMAN 3 Boyolali. Along with the development of technology, digital media has become an increasingly relevant strategy to create more interactive and engaging learning. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that using digital media such as Canva, Video, Google Classroom, Google Drive, Quizizz, and ClassPoint increases students' interest in learning based on four primary indicators: feelings of pleasure, interest, attention, and engagement. Canva and Video have proven more effective in increasing students' interest and understanding through attractive visual displays, while Quizizz and ClassPoint encourage active student engagement through gamification elements. Google Classroom and Google Drive function as a means of distributing materials and managing assignments, although they have limitations in terms of interactivity. Optimizing digital media in Islamic Education learning contributes to increasing interest in learning and encourages creating more dynamic learning to meet students' needs in the digital era. Therefore, teachers need to improve their skills in utilizing digital media through ongoing training. Schools are expected to strengthen their technological infrastructure, and further research using quantitative methods is required to measure the impact of digital media use on student learning outcomes in a more measurable manner.

Abstract

In human life, he plays the role of a subject as well as an object. This also applies in the world of education, where humans hold a role as the subject and object of education. The topic of Humans as Objects and Subjects of Education leads readers to understand that humans play both roles. Thus, readers are expected to understand the basic understanding of human beings, the nature of human beings, and how human beings function as objects and subjects in education. This understanding begins with a general concept of human beings. Readers are invited to think about how humans play the role of educational objects and subjects who, in daily life, are directly involved in various educational activities. Therefore, there is no reason not to study the role of humans in such contexts. Furthermore, readers are invited to think and discuss further about the meaning of humans, the role of humans as objects of education, and the role of humans as educational subjects.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education has a very important role in the formation of Islamic character. This education offers a holistic approach that aims to create individuals who not only understand the teachings of the religion but are also able to apply them in various aspects of life. Thus, Islamic Religious Education has a strategic role in shaping Islamic character, especially in the challenging modern era. This research aims to identify the distinctive characteristics of PAI and explore its contribution in shaping individuals in accordance with Islamic values. The main problem raised is how the distinctive characteristics of PAI can be implemented effectively to create a balanced character between spiritual, moral, intellectual, and social aspects. The research method used is literature review and critical analysis of various relevant sources. The results of the study show that PAI is not only normative but also applicative, offering a holistic approach that emphasizes the understanding and application of Islamic values in daily life. This article also identifies key challenges in the implementation of PAI, such as the relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the era of globalization, as well as providing solutions based on an integrative and contextual approach. This study concludes that PAI plays an important role as an instrument for the formation of a generation with Islamic character, noble character, and firm faith, as well as being able to make a positive contribution to modern society.

Abstract

Islamic education aims to form individuals who have a balance in intellectual, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual aspects comprehensively. However, in its implementation in the field, Islamic education faces various challenges, especially in the process of transmitting knowledge and instilling Islamic values. These problems include a lack of a thorough understanding of the concept of Islamic education, limited resources, and resistance to Islamic approaches in the modern environment. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the relevance of the concept of ta'dib as initiated by al-Attas in Islamic education. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with practitioners and education observers, direct observations, and literature studies of al-Attas' works and related documents. Content analysis techniques are used to evaluate the challenges of Islamic education and identify how the concept of ta'dib can be applied practically. The results of the study show that the concept of ta'dib is relevant as a comprehensive model of Islamic education. This approach emphasizes the importance of an Islamic view of life through the integration of tawhidy values in every aspect of the educational process. With the application of the concept of ta'dib, Islamic education has the potential to create civilized humans who are able to provide solutions to the problems of the people, although systematic efforts are still needed to overcome implementation challenges in the field.

Abstract

This article examines the basic concept of Islamic education consisting of tarbiyah, ta'lim, and ta'dib. These three concepts are the most important foundation for the development of human resources who are knowledgeable, noble, and civilized in accordance with Islamic values. Tarbiya focuses on developing its overall physical, mental and spiritual potential. Ta'lim focuses on the systematic transfer of knowledge to improve understanding and skills. On the other hand, Ta'dib emphasizes moral and ethical education to develop civilized and responsible human beings. This study uses literature review techniques to analyze these concepts based on relevant literature. This analysis shows that the integration of tarbiyah, ta'lim, and tahdib can provide a comprehensive Islamic education framework to answer current challenges.
