Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of public services in the Land Board of Makassar City have been so often done in the service of the issuance of certificates of land rights, efforts to improve the quality of public services seems to have not undergone significant changes and improvements, both improvements ineffectiveness and administrative inefficiency. This study aims to analyze the organizational values underlying employee motivation in providing the Issuance Service of Land Rights Certificate in Makassar City. The research method used is qualitative approach with case study research type. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the Motivation of Public Service in the Service of Issuance of Land Rights Certificate in applying the organization's values to the employees, that is Less Maximum because of the complaints of the society either from government institutions such as Makassar City Council, Makassar District Court and the existence of service less maximal due to land certificate issue. This shows the lack of commitment of employees in providing excellent service in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization and regulation No. 1 of 2010 pertaining to land services that have not been fully implemented as well as the rules that have been set.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi juga motivasi pada RSUD Kota Makassar sangat penting. Karenanya, tujuan dalam penelitian adalah menjelaskan juga dampak dari keterkaitan variabel lingkungan kerja serta kompetensi ke kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi di RSUD Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif. Besar responden adalah 86 responden yang terdiri dari pegawai ASN, kontrak dan sukarela yang berada di RSUD Kota Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur menggunakan SmartPLS, dengan mengolah data primer dan hasil penyebaran kuesioner pada pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar. Temuan dalam kajian penelitian: (1) variabel lingkungan kerja dampaknya positif dan juga signifikan ke kinerja pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar, (2) variabel kompetensi berdampak positif, signifikan ke kinerja pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar. (3) Variabel motivasi berdampak positif signifikan ke kinerja pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar, (4) Variabel lingkungan kerja pengaruhnya positif dan signifikan pada variabel motivasi, (5) Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif, tidak signifikan pada kinerja pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar, (6) Variabel Lingkungan kerja yang melalui motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif juga tidak signifikan ke kinerja pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar, dan (7) Variabel kompetensi yang melalui motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan pada kinerja pegawai RSUD Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous relationship of the influence of tax regulations, tax administration, and taxpayer morale significantly and positively on individual taxpayer compliance at the South Makassar Tax Service Office (KPP). The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method. The data processing used SPSS version 24 for windows with linear regression analysis technique method. The number of samples is 50 taxpayer respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously tax regulations, tax administration, and taxpayer morale had a significant and positive effect on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Tax Regulation, Tax Administration, Tax Morale, and Taxpayer ComplianceAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan parsial dan simultan pengaruh peraturan pajak, administrasi pajak, dan moral wajib pajak secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Makassar Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 24 for windows dengan metode teknik analisis regresi linear. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan peraturan pajak, administrasi pajak, dan moral wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.Keywords: Peraturan Pajak, Administrasi Pajak, Moral Pajak, dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak
