Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran busy book terhadap pengetahuan seksual anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi 1 Kota Jambi. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak di kelas B2 belum dapat mengidentifikasi bagian tubuh yang boleh dan tidak boleh disentuh oleh orang lain, memahami perbedaan perilaku dan ciri-ciri antara laki-laki dan perempuan, serta menggunakan toilet dengan benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Eksperimental One Group Pretest Posttest, melibatkan 15 anak dari total populasi 44 anak yang dipilih melalui Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan penggunaan busy book terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan seksual anak, dengan nilai t hitung 20,601 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,145, sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima. Perhitungan effect size menggunakan rumus Cohen’s menghasilkan nilai 2,76 yang masuk dalam kategori efek kuat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa busy book adalah media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan seksual anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi 1 Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang memiliki nilai moral yang baik. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis cerita rakyat Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan proses pengembangan mengikuti model ADDIE. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah anak usia dini TK Al Badariyah Muslimat NU Kabupaten Batanghari, dengan populasi sebanyak 12 anak. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria usia 5-6 tahun dan status sebagai peserta didik di TK tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi antara analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan metode statistik untuk menghasilkan informasi yang dapat diukur secara numerik, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan mendeskripsikan temuan-temuan dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini efektif dan layak digunakan dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter anak usia dini. Media ini membantu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih kondusif dan melibatkan anak secara aktif

Abstract

Purpose – Knowledge of sexuality is crucial from an early age because it can help children avoid sexual harassment and prevent gender bias. This study aims to find out whether Ritatoon media can affect sexual knowledge of children aged 5 to 6 years in PAUD Melati 2 in Jambi City.Method – The research was conducted using a pre-experimental design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, total sampling, and a non-probability approach, purposive sampling type. The data analysis techniques used included t-test hypothesis testing with prerequisite tests of homogeneity and normality..Findings – The research results show that the average pre-test score is 15.111 and the average post-test score is 21.889 with a total score of 197. The t test results show that the value of t count is 30,500, which is the same as the t table of 2.365, so t count > t table shows that there is The influence is on strong interpretation with a value of 3.17 which is in the range > 1.00 with strong interpretation (Strong Effect). Calculated results showed that the average pre-test score was 15.111 with a total score of 136, and the average post-test score was 21.889 with a total score of 197. The average final test score was higher than the average initial test score of 6.778, which shows that Ritatoon media has an impact on children's sexual educationResearch Implications – The study's findings suggest that ritatoon media can be utilized as a teaching tool to help kids between the ages of five and six build their sexual literacy by giving them more insight into and information about learning activities that can help them become more sexually knowledgeable. via media and education, and serve as a resource for educators doing exercises aimed at promoting early sexual education.

Abstract

To create quality education in the future, education in Indonesia should pay more attention to the quality of education. For example, prioritizing teacher abilities, a good educational curriculum, then thinking about creating outstanding students. The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the increase in student learning achievement in learning changes in electrical energy through the Demonstration and Experiment Method, 2) To find out how complete the students' learning is in learning changes in electrical energy after using the Demonstration and Experiment Method. This research uses demonstration and experimental methods with the Kemmis and Taggart model of classroom action research (PTK) approach which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Bayung Lencir on 20-28 October 2024, involving 38 students (11 boys and 9 girls). Data is collected through observation, learning results tests, and documentation, then analyzed using observation techniques, evaluation of test results, and documentation. From the results of this research, it was found that student learning achievement increased from each cycle, namely cycle I 50%, and cycle II 100%. This research shows that the application of the Demonstration and Experiment Method effectively increases student learning achievement in learning about changes in electrical energy. The results show an increase in student learning completeness from 50% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. This proves that this method is able to help students understand concepts better through direct and interactive experience. The implications of this research are good for teachers, students and schools as well as other researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to review the influence of Classroom Action Research (PTK) on student learning outcomes at elementary school (SD) level. The method used in this research is a literature review study, by collecting and analyzing scientific articles related to the implementation of PTK in elementary schools. The data collection technique used is analysis, which will later function to collect relevant data and sources in this research. The type of data used is qualitative, chosen because the method applied is a literature study. From analysis of various sources, it was found that the implementation of CAR had a significant impact in improving student learning outcomes. This method allows teachers to identify learning problems, plan improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies implemented on an ongoing basis. This study combines six literature studies with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine the influence of the Card Sort, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Jigsaw, Course Review Horay, and Guided Discovery learning methods on achieving learning outcomes. The results of the analysis show that interactive and collaborative methods, such as Card Sort, Jigsaw, and PBL, are able to increase student participation, understanding, and learning motivation. Meanwhile, the influence of social media on learning outcomes emphasizes the important role of parents and teachers in guiding the use of social media to remain productive. Overall, active and collaborative learning methods and improvements to improve the quality of learning at the basic level.

Abstract

This study reviews the application of various innovative learning models in the context of 21st century education in Indonesia, with a focus on the application of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and other cooperative learning methods. This study refers to the latest research (2020-2024) which examines the effectiveness of implementing TPACK in the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program, Classroom Action Research (PTK) training oriented towards 21st century learning, as well as the use of creative digital learning media. like a webtoon comic. The method used in this research is a literature review study, by collecting and analyzing scientific articles related to the implementation of PTK in elementary schools. The data collection technique used is analysis, which will later function to collect relevant data and sources in this research. The type of data used is qualitative, chosen because the method applied is a literature study. The results of this study show that the application of TPACK and other innovative learning methods has a positive impact in increasing teacher competence, student interest and involvement, as well as student learning outcomes. Technology-based learning models such as TPACK and Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategies combined with the Talking Stick method, have been proven to be able to improve students' critical thinking skills and activity in learning. This study concludes that collaboration between technology and pedagogy in learning has an important role in building an education system that is responsive to the demands and challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi informasi pada guru merupakan salah satu langkah penting dalam mendukung tercapainya pendidikan berkualitas. Literasi informasi, yang mencakup kemampuan dalam mengakses, mengevaluasi, dan menggunakan informasi secara efektif, sangat krusial dalam proses pembelajaran. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi 3D menjadi salah satu alat yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru dengan keterampilan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbentuk video animasi 3D menggunakan aplikasi Lumen. Aplikasi ini dipilih karena kemudahannya dalam menciptakan konten visual yang menarik dan interaktif. Dalam pelatihan ini, para peserta akan mempelajari dasar-dasar penggunaan Lumen, mulai dari konsep animasi 3D, pembuatan storyboard, hingga teknik rendering dan editing video. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan literasi informasi dan pemahaman siswa. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing an innovative Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model based on Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK)—a model never used before—in an effort to increase both student engagement and learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Sentang. The study was conducted in the fourth-grade class of SD Negeri Sentang during the 2024/2025 academic year and employed a classroom action research (PTK) design. The population and sample consisted of 12 fourth-grade students (6 boys and 6 girls). The research instruments included observation sheets, field notes, and a test result assessment format for cognitive learning outcomes. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative analysis was used to evaluate observation and test results, while qualitative analysis was employed to assess student interview data. This study was conducted as an effort to create a technology-integrated learning environment that enhances engagement—focusing on 21st-century skills (communicative, collaborative, critical thinking, collaboration)—and improves student learning outcomes. The findings indicate that the innovative PBL model based on TPACK significantly improved student engagement and learning outcomes, as evidenced by observations, interviews, and test results. The study recommends adopting the innovative PBL model that leverages technology to achieve better educational outcomes.

Abstract

The paired storytelling learning model is a teaching model developed with an interactive approach between students, teachers, and the subject matter. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject through the implementation of the paired storytelling model assisted by audiovisual media. Considering the importance of education that is adaptive to the development of the times and the needs of students, this study uses a classroom action research (CAR) approach at SDN Selaro Berseri, involving 17 fourth-grade students. The research method was conducted in two cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show a significant improvement in student activity and learning outcomes. Observation data shows that student activity increased from 29.4% in the pre-test to 88.2% in the post-test. Additionally, the percentage of learning completeness increased from 29.4% to 88.2% after applying the paired storytelling model. Interviews with students showed positive responses to this learning method, which encouraged active involvement and increased learning motivation. This study recommends the application of the paired storytelling model assisted by audiovisual media as an innovative strategy in IPAS learning to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Sexual crimes against children continue to be rampant, and this is due to the fact that children lack the sexual understanding and vocabulary necessary to tell what has happened to them to adults. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the android-based educational game application I take Care of Myself on the sexual education of young children. Research and Development (R&D) development research is the methodology employed. This development research technique pertains to the 4-D model (define, design, develop and distribute) (define, design, develop and disseminate). Four experts (material experts, media experts, linguists, and teachers) tested the feasibility of this educational game as a learning medium. Test the hypothesis using the Paired Sample T-test to assess the effectiveness of this educational game. Following the findings of four experts, it was determined that the educational game I take Care of Myself belonged in the very practicable category and should be implemented. The results of the two-tailed significance test indicate that the educational game I take Care of Myself can increase early childhood sexual education knowledge.
