Abstract

Gunungkidul menjadi salah satu kantong kemiskinan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan juga menjadi daerah pembangunan gerbang sisi Selatan Yogyakarta guna peningkatan ekonomi dalam upaya pencapaian SDGs. Berkaitan dengan tingkat pendapatan, kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat tercapai dengan salah satunya dengan pencapaian Financial Well Being. Financial Well Being dapat tercapai dengan adanya tingkat pendapatan/ Income. Selain itu pola perilaku keluarga/ Household Behaviour juga menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Financial Well Being. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Income terhadap Financial Well Being dengan memperhatikan Household Behaviour sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner dengan sampel Keluarga Nelayan di Pelabuhan Sadeng sejumlah 99 sampel. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Household Bahaviour mampu berperan sebagai Pemediasi antara Income dan Financial Well-Being. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,021 atau kurang dari 5%. Oleh sebab itu, dalam penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa Household Bahaviour mampu menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempu menjadikan keluarga mencapai kondisi Financial Well Being

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa. Service quality includes various aspects of interaction and service provided by staff to customers, while product quality is related to the taste, appearance and consistency of the seblak pasta served. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who were customers of Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the variables studied on consumer satisfaction. The research results show that both service quality and product quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction, with product quality having a stronger influence. These findings provide practical implications for the management of Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa to continue to improve service standards and product quality in order to increase customer satisfaction and maintain consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Rocket Chicken Bantul. Work discipline is an important factor that reflects employee discipline in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, while the work environment includes physical and non-physical conditions that affect employee comfort and productivity. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were Rocket Chicken Bantul employees. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of these two variables on employee performance. The research results show that work discipline and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline shows a more dominant influence than the work environment. These findings provide important implications for Rocket Chicken Bantul management to improve employee performance through increasing work discipline and improving the work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of reward variables and partial motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method with the sample determination method used is Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 20 and collecting samples by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results show the results of Validity analysis testing to determine the significance of the influence of rewards on work motivation. The table of questions regarding the influence of rewards on work motivation 1-6 above shows correlation values ​​of 0.738, 0.731, 0.665, 0.853, 0.678, 0.693, and the significant values ​​for the questions on the influence of rewards on work motivation 1-6 are 0.00 and 0.01, so it can be stated valid, and the results of the reliability statistics on the reward variable questions, the Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.654, this value exceeds the minimum value of 0.60, thus the questions in the reward variable table are declared reliable or reliable.

Abstract

This study plans to decide and demonstrate the impact of Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Value Procuring Proportion (PER) on share costs in Adro Energy Tbk. organizations in 2017-2023. The information utilized in this study is auxiliary information got from different gatherings, to be specific the Indonesia Stock Trade as organization fiscal reports. The example added up to 1 organization. The examination methods completed are by trying old style suspicions, coefficient of assurance (R2), different direct relapse, and speculation tests (F test and t test). In view of the consequences of the examination, it very well may be reasoned that at the same time PES essentially affects the offer cost of Adro Energy Indonesia Tbk organizations recorded on the IDX for the 2017-2023 period, while PER doesn't altogether affect the offer cost of Adro Energy Indonesia Tbk organizations recorded on the IDX for the 2017-2023 period.

Abstract

This examination intends to investigate the impact of the capacity to understand individuals on a deeper level and work discipline on representative execution and occupation fulfillment at the Sleman Regime DPRD Secretariat Office. Information was gathered by appropriating polls to respondents who worked in the workplace. The aftereffects of the investigation show that capacity to appreciate anyone on a deeper level and work discipline are fundamentally connected with representative execution. Respondents with an elevated degree of the capacity to understand people at their core will generally show better execution, as do those with an elevated degree of work discipline. The ramifications of this exploration is the requirement for more prominent consideration regarding the advancement of the ability to appreciate anyone on a profound level and expanding work discipline in the workplace to accomplish ideal execution. This exploration makes a significant commitment in figuring out the variables that impact worker execution, particularly in government office conditions.
