Abstract

Harga minyak mentah dunia sudah mencapai titik kestabilan, setelah dua tahun dunia di landa pademi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan harga minyak mentah dunia jatuh. Dengan kejadian ini, maka dilakukanlah berbagai penelitian tentang prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia di masa mendatang. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu alat prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia dengan menggunakan teknik data mining. Didalam penelitian prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia ini, kami melakukan prediksi dengan algoritma forecasting dengan metode Prophet. Hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, maka dapat diketahui bahwa metode Prophet menghasilkan prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia di angka rata-rata 42,61 USD/bbl atau kira-kira dikisaran harga 23,62 USD/bbl sampai 60,83 USD/bbl di bulan Agustus 2027.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan BAZNAS Kota Bandung persepsi Mustahik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 404 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan, yaitu Metode Pengukuran Indeks Kepuasan Pelayanan Publik dan Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Hasil Perhitungan Indeks Kualitas Pelayanan BAZNAS Kota Bandung berdasarkan persepsi Mustahik sebesar 85,61 sesuai PERMENPAN No 14 2017 angka tersebut berada pada posisi “Sangat Baik”. Secara umum Mustahik menilai pelayanan BAZNAS Kota Bandung dalam mengelola dan mendistribusikan dianggap cukup memuaskan. Indeks kepuasan Mustahik terhadap BAZNAS Kota Bandung “Sangat Baik”. Hampir semua indikator pengukuran kepuasan mustahik mendapat skor di atas 4,00 atau baik sekali. Skor tertinggi untuk elemen kepuasan mustahik dicapai oleh indikator A3 dari jaminan (assurance) sebesar 4,43 atau sangat baik. Hanya satu indikator yang mendapat nilai di bawah 4,00 yaitu pada tampilan fisik (tangibility) yaitu sebesar 3,98 atau baik dari skala 5.

Abstract

The quality of human resource performance plays a very important role in the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Therefore, organizations are expected to continue to improve and develop the performance of their human resources. In an effort to empower employees to produce professional and high integrity human resources, organizations need to apply consistent standards. The standard is an organizational culture that provides systematic guidance to employees to improve their performance for the benefit of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect and how much influence between work culture on human resource performance. This research adopts quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 39 people where the sample taken was also 39 people in Bank Syariah Indonesia then the data collection technique used was the field method by distributing questionnaires to all employees and the analysis method in this study used simple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

Sistem penilaian yang berjalan di kampus PEM Akamigas masih sederhana. Tenaga pendidik (dosen) dan tenaga kependidikan (akademik) ketika melaksanakan penilaian ujian sidang kkw (kertas kerja wajib) di lingkungan kampus. PEM Akamigas masih menggunakan google form, google site dan excel, bahkan terkadang masih manual menggunakan kertas. Penilaian menggunakan google form hanya penilaian online biasa dan tidak terkesan kampus yang digitalisasi. Tujuan pembuatan sistem informasi penilaian ini digunakan untuk memudahkan penilaian secara online, digitalisasi dan data nilai tersimpan secara aman di database. Analisa SWOT digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Kemudian dijabarkan dalam metode Fishbone Diagram dari masalah yang dipilih. Metode SMART dapat digunakan sebagai panduan untuk menetapkan tujuan, target atau sasaran masalah yang akan dipecahkan. Perancangan system informasinya menggunakan tahapan survei sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, pembuatan sistem, implementasi sistem, pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbuatnya sistem informasi penilaian kkw dan implementasi sistem informasi penilaian kkw di Program Studi Teknik Pengolahan Minyak dan Gas PEM Akamigas segera dilakukan.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of IoT (Internet of Things) technology, real-time analytics, and digital asset management on energy efficiency and productivity in the Indonesian manufacturing industry. A quantitative approach, employing structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software, is utilized to analyze survey data collected from manufacturing firms across different sectors and sizes in Indonesia. The results reveal significant positive relationships between digital technologies (IoT, real-time analytics, digital asset management) and energy efficiency/productivity. Specifically, Digital Asset Management, IoT Technology, and Real-Time Analytics are found to have statistically significant effects on enhancing energy efficiency and productivity levels in Indonesian manufacturing operations. These findings underscore the transformative potential of digital technologies in driving operational performance and sustainability in the manufacturing sector. Policymakers, industry stakeholders, and practitioners can leverage these insights to inform strategic decision-making and investments in digital infrastructure, workforce development, and regulatory frameworks to foster innovation and competitiveness in the Indonesian manufacturing landscape.

Abstract

PT X Sukowati is one of the oil and gas industries that operates in the upstream sector, precisely in the oil and gas production process. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the efficiency of the Cooling Tower at PT X Sukowati, and whether it is still feasible to use in the process of cooling the engine to the poorboy and compressor. The research method used is qualitative because this method includes observation, literature study, interviews, and field orientation to obtain data related to the efficiency performance process of the Cooling Tower. Then the analysis is carried out by comparing the design data with the operating conditions of the Cooling Tower. The Cooling Tower works using the counter flow principle of water entering the water flow outlet, sprinkled with a nozzle from a sprinkle head that rotates above the PVC filler. The problem that often occurs in the Cooling Tower is the growth of moss in the cooling water pond. This is maintained by giving algae as much as 600 ml per day to the cooling water pond. The average efficiency value obtained at the Cooling Tower is 59.12%. This result shows that the Cooling Tower can still function properly. The efficiency value is better than the design data efficiency of 50%.

Abstract

Plant X requires pressurized gas in the refrigeration system unit, which plays an important role in the smooth operation of the production system. This is because propane gas is used as a support for the main operating system in the manufacture of LPG. More precisely as a cooling medium for tools called Chiller and Sub-Cooler. To obtain the pressurized propane gas, a screw compressor type positive displacement compressor is used. Propane Compressor C-440 A has a function, namely to circulate propane gas which is used to cool or lower the temperature of hydrocarbon gas. Considering the important role of the Propane Compressor C-440 A screw compressor, it is necessary to optimize it to determine the performance of the compressor. Optimization steps need to be carried out to find the most effective and efficient operating conditions. By lowering the suction temperature and increasing the rotational speed of the rotor. The reference parameter is that the targeted capacity has increased by 9%, resulting in the actual calculation of 30614.40 cfm and optimization of 30902.03 cfm. The mass flow rate is targeted to increase by 4%, resulting in an actual calculation of 627.92 lbm/min and an optimization of 654.80 lbm/min. With this, it can be calculated that the economic value is 26.89 lbm/min.

Abstract

Fire incidents continue to increase in various regions in Indonesia due to low public awareness of prevention and early response measures. This community service activity aims to improve students' knowledge, skills, and preparedness in using fire blankets and portable fire extinguishers through experience-based training. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, live demonstrations, and controlled firefighting simulations. Pre- and post-training evaluations were used to measure changes in knowledge, skills, and safety attitudes. A total of 180 participants (aged 15–18 years) attended the training and completed the entire evaluation series. The results showed an average increase in knowledge scores from 52.3 to 86.8 points (+66%). Practical competence increased from 14% to 81% of participants who were assessed as being able to use the tools correctly. Attitudes and confidence in emergency response also showed significant improvement, from a score of 2.4 to 4.1 on the Likert scale. Qualitative feedback confirmed that participants felt better prepared to deal with small fires and had a better understanding of the importance of a safety culture in the school environment. These findings indicate that practice-based training is effective in strengthening fire preparedness among secondary school-aged groups. This workshop model offers an educational approach that can be replicated by other educational institutions as a risk mitigation strategy and to strengthen community-based safety culture.
