Abstract

The development of human resource management will continue to change along with the times. At the same time, there have been various emerging developments in the model approach within human resource management. This study aims to look at the various models of human resource management approaches and find the most suitable approach to human resource management. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of research and previous studies that are still relevant to the content of this research. The results of this study found that the researcher with the Zoroastrian approach model was the most suitable approach model for human resource management in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This is because, in this approach, values of a fairly high work ethic, empowerment, community improvement, fairness, and good manners are important in developing business excellence.

Abstract

Supply chain management is a vital element in a company's overall operations, but is faced with complex challenges such as fluctuations in market demand, logistical complexity, resource limitations, and the risk of disruption. This research aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology in overcoming these challenges. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach, collecting data from various relevant sources and then analyzing it systematically. Through this approach, this research aims to gain a deep understanding of the long-term impact of applying AI to the supply chain, including improving operational efficiency, competitive advantage, supporting sustainability, and the evolution of the human role. The research results show that AI makes a significant contribution to improving companies' operational efficiency, providing competitive advantage through enhanced responsiveness, supporting more sustainable business practices, and enabling the evolution of the role of humans in the supply chain. The practical implication of this research is that the application of AI technology can help companies achieve better performance and prepare for future challenges in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri saat ini dengan konsep industri 4.0, membawa dampak di berbagai bidang kegiatan, khususnya dunia industri. Dunia industri Indonesia yang baru bangkit kembali setelah diterpa badai pandemi covid-19, merasakan dampak industri 4.0 ini terutama dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan dan sistem kerja yang ada. Materi sosialisasi industri 4.0 diberikan kepada para remaja peserta Program Ujian Persamaan Paket C di PKBM Bina Bangsa Berkarakter Bandung Barat. Sesuai dengan kebijakan pimpinan lembaga dan Prodi Teknik Industri Universitas Kebangsaan RI, lulusan PKBM Bina Bangsa Berkarakter Bina Bangsa Berkarakter, untuk menerima mahasiswa dari lembaga tersebut. Sosialisasi berlangsung selama satu hari, diikuti oleh sebanyak 29 siswa peserta dan 7 orang dosen Teknik Industri. Acara berlangsung dan berisi kegiatan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab yang berhubungan dengan revolusi industri 4.0, sistem kerja dan ketenagakerjaan dalam industri 4.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa peserta warga belajar PKBM Insan Cendekia merasa bertambah pengetahuan dan wawasannya.
