Abstract

The development of human resource management will continue to change along with the times. At the same time, there have been various emerging developments in the model approach within human resource management. This study aims to look at the various models of human resource management approaches and find the most suitable approach to human resource management. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of research and previous studies that are still relevant to the content of this research. The results of this study found that the researcher with the Zoroastrian approach model was the most suitable approach model for human resource management in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This is because, in this approach, values of a fairly high work ethic, empowerment, community improvement, fairness, and good manners are important in developing business excellence.

Abstract

English is still considered a third language after the unified language of Indonesia and mother tongue. In the current conditions, when various regions around the world are connected to a global network, English is absolutely mastered. English is the main language that can connect all citizens of the world. As a language of instruction that facilitates the exchange of various potentials owned by a village, opens opportunities to foster interest in visiting world citizens, or opens up investment possibilities, or transactions to purchase regional wealth resources. Therefore, through community service activities, the English Literature lecturer at the National University of the Republic of Indonesia aims to provide English language skills to youth who are members of Youth Organizations and mothers who are members of the Family Welfare Development (PKK) in Sunten Jaya Lembang village, West Bandung Regency. PkM activities are carried out using lecture and discussion methods to provide proper understanding and teaching regarding English symbols that must be understood. The results obtained from this activity are awareness of the need to have English language skills, in order to be able to promote Sunten Jaya as an agricultural area worthy of being used as a tourist destination.Keywords: English, promotion, tourism, potential, Sunten Jaya

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha cuci mobil (car wash) dalam periode beberapa tahun terakir tumbuh pesat dengan persaingan yang cukup ketat. TNM Car Wash, sudah beroperasi sejak tahun 2010 yang berada di desa Tanimulya Bandung Barat. Setelah berjalan cukup baik pemilik usaha berencana akan membuka cabang baru dengan beberapa alternatif lokasi yaitu di tepi jalan desa Cipageran, desa Cimahi Tengah, desa Padalarang dan desa Ciburuy. Beberapa kriteria yang penting dalam penentuan lokasi ini adalah harga sewa tanah, jarak dengan car wash lainnya, tingkat persaingan dengan car wash lain, nilai investasi dalam 5 tahun ke depan, dan tingkat kepemilikan mobil. Dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting diperoleh hasil bahwa lokasi terbaik adalah di lokasi desa Cimahi Tengah dengan nilai (value) sebesar 0,8775. Kata kunci: lokasi, cuci mobil, simple additive weighting Abstract The carwash business in recent years have been developing so fast with high competitive climate. TNM Car Wash have been operated since 2010 located in Tanimulya village West Bandung area. Having growing so good, the business owner plan to open a new brach unit with some alternatives in around West Bandung area. The candidate of locations are side of roads around Cipageran village, south Cimahi, central Cimahi, Padalarang, and Ciburuy. Some criterias applied to decide a locations are land rental price, nearest distance from other carwash, competitive level with other carwash, next 5 years investment, and cars ownership. Using method Simple Additive Weighting, we get the best location is central Cimahi with value 0.8775. Keywords: location, carwash, simple additive weighting

Abstract

Supply chain management is a vital element in a company's overall operations, but is faced with complex challenges such as fluctuations in market demand, logistical complexity, resource limitations, and the risk of disruption. This research aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology in overcoming these challenges. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach, collecting data from various relevant sources and then analyzing it systematically. Through this approach, this research aims to gain a deep understanding of the long-term impact of applying AI to the supply chain, including improving operational efficiency, competitive advantage, supporting sustainability, and the evolution of the human role. The research results show that AI makes a significant contribution to improving companies' operational efficiency, providing competitive advantage through enhanced responsiveness, supporting more sustainable business practices, and enabling the evolution of the role of humans in the supply chain. The practical implication of this research is that the application of AI technology can help companies achieve better performance and prepare for future challenges in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri saat ini dengan konsep industri 4.0, membawa dampak di berbagai bidang kegiatan, khususnya dunia industri. Dunia industri Indonesia yang baru bangkit kembali setelah diterpa badai pandemi covid-19, merasakan dampak industri 4.0 ini terutama dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan dan sistem kerja yang ada. Materi sosialisasi industri 4.0 diberikan kepada para remaja peserta Program Ujian Persamaan Paket C di PKBM Bina Bangsa Berkarakter Bandung Barat. Sesuai dengan kebijakan pimpinan lembaga dan Prodi Teknik Industri Universitas Kebangsaan RI, lulusan PKBM Bina Bangsa Berkarakter Bina Bangsa Berkarakter, untuk menerima mahasiswa dari lembaga tersebut. Sosialisasi berlangsung selama satu hari, diikuti oleh sebanyak 29 siswa peserta dan 7 orang dosen Teknik Industri. Acara berlangsung dan berisi kegiatan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab yang berhubungan dengan revolusi industri 4.0, sistem kerja dan ketenagakerjaan dalam industri 4.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa peserta warga belajar PKBM Insan Cendekia merasa bertambah pengetahuan dan wawasannya.
