Abstract

This research was used to measure the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the work discipline of Bojong Rawalumbu District office employees. This research is quantitative research whose object is used by employees of the Bojong Rawalumbu District office. This research uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. The number of samples used in this research was 58 respondents. Data processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS 27 software. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a partial effect on Work Discipline (Y). Organizational Culture (X2) partially influences Work Discipline (Y). Simultaneous test results show that Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously influence Work Discipline (Y).

Abstract

Abstract: Previous and related studies are very important for research and scientific articles. Previous or related studies strengthen theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. In this work, factors that affect employee performance such as job stress, workload, and work environment, are examined in the employee performance literature. The purpose of writing this article is to make a hypothesis about the influence between variables that will be used in further research. The following are the results of this literature review article: 1) Job stress affects employee performance. 2) Workload affects employee performance. 3) The work environment affects employee performance. Abstrak: Studi sebelumnya dan terkait sangat penting untuk suatu riset dan artikel ilmiah.Studi sebelumnya atau terkait memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Dalam pekerjaan ini, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti stres kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja, diperiksa dalam literatur kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membuat hipotesis tentang pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Berikut adalah hasil dari artikel tinjauan pustaka ini:1) Stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 2) Beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 3) Lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.
