AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kebijakan Promosi Jabatan dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Federal International Finance. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reabilitas dan analisis jalur menggunakan SPSS 22. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang karyawan PT Federal International Finance cabang Kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel kebijakan promosi jabatan dan Beban Kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Federal International Finance. Nilai R menunjukkan sebesar 40% kebijakan promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan mengetahui hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini, kebijakan promosi jabatan dan beban kerja dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Federan International Finance cabang Kota Bekasi.Kata kunci: Promosi Jabatan, Beban Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion policies and workload on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance. This study uses a questionnaire with a measurement scale using likert scale which is analyzed using validity, reliability and path analysis using SPSS 22. The sample in this study was 100 employees of PT Federal International Finance Bekasi City branch. The results of this study indicate that the variables of job promotion policy and workload, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant effect on the performance of PT Federal International Finance employees. The value of R shows that 40% of the promotion policies have an effect on employee performance. By knowing the relationship between these variables, promotion policy and workload can be used to improve employee performance at PT Federan International Finance Bekasi branch.Keywords: Promotion, Workload, Employee Performance

Kecamatan Muara Gembong merupakan suatu wilayah di Kabupaten Bekasi profinsi Jawa Barat, secara geografis letak wilayahnya sebagian besar adalah perairan. Tujuan kegiatan abdimas adalah mendeteksi bakat pada anak usia dini berdasarkan kondisi atau kearifan lokal dengan menggunakan suatu alat ukur yang merupakan hasil pengembangan dosen Program Studi Kepelatihan Olahraga di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Metode kegiatan dengan menggunakan kegiatan ceramah, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak usia dini di daerah Muara Gembong secara kemampuan fisik yang dibentuk oleh kondisi alam mempunyai kemampuan untuk menjadi atlet. Alat Gece mampu mendeteksi kemampuan fisik anak yang mempunyai potensi sebagai atlet.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia with 100 people. The sample measurement technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples used is 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data withdrawal technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords: work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. The ability to understand and manage one's personal finances is what we mean when we talk about financial literacy. Understanding money matters is crucial when running a small or medium business (SME). The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the way that financial literacy affects the way that MSMEs in Jatinagor, a subdistrict of Sumedang Province, handle their money. There were 72 participants in this study, and the researchers used a descriptive quantitative methodology. Simple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics are the methods employed. Based on the available data, financial literacy has a minimal effect on financial management (31.7% to be exact), while other factors (68.3%) are more significant. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Jatinangor District have a low level of financial literacy. To better assist MSMEs with financial management, it is necessary to increase financial knowledge. Several factors, such as education level, exposure to financial information, and age of MSME actors, contribute to the low financial literacy of MSMEs in this study

Analysis of financial performance before and after the acquisition is a fundamental step in making investments. This study aims to determine the comparison of the financial performance of PT. Bank Jago Tbk, which is the result of the acquisition of PT. Bank Artos Indonesia. The ratios used include: Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) before and after acquisition activities at PT. Bank Jago Tbk. The method in this study uses quantitative methods in data collection and the sample used in this study is the 2017-2021 financial report. This research uses Paired Samples T Test in answering the hypothesis . The results in this study indicate that the variables of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) show significant differences before and after the acquisition while the Return on Assets variable (ROA) showed no significant difference.

The purpose of this service activity is to overcome one of the problems that often occur by MSME business actors, namely regarding the management of bookkeeping in MSMEs which is realized through a simple bookkeeping assistance program. The method in this service is carried out through providing material about the introduction of simple bookkeeping, providing an understanding of how to compile simple bookkeeping and accompanying bookkeeping practices. The object of service is the Asep Grocery Store which is located at Marga Mulya Village, North Bekasi District.The results in this service activity found that so far the practice of simple bookkeeping in the Asep Grocery Store business was not continuous and not stored and there was no standard format. With this activity, it is hoped that business owners have an understanding of financial records and feel the benefits of the importance of bookkeeping. Suggestions for further service development can continue through the form of accounting and bookkeeping activities through information technology-based applications that are simple and easy to understand by the owner.

There is still a lack of public understanding and knowledge regarding UMKM management in a business and the importance of increasing children's interest in reading, some people do not understand the dangers of waste for the surrounding environment if littering will have an impact on the environment. How to use waste by recycling it to increase economic income. Based on this, the Community Service Program (KKN) activities seek to bridge the increase in knowledge about the importance of UMKM and foster an interest in reading from an early age in children's. Srimukti Village is one of the places in North Tambun sub-district which is one of the places to support the quality of the community in RT 01/RW 02 Srimukti village. To reduce economic problems and tackle waste so that flooding does not occur and it is important that we motivate children to read. Therefore we have a program to provide education and increase interest in reading for children in RT 01/RW 02 Desa Srimukti. Indicators of successful implementation of this KKN work program are: suitability of work program plans and implementation, level of community and children's participation in each activity, and increasing public knowledge regarding UMKM, utilizing waste waste which will increase economic income and understanding the importance of reading interest from an early age in Srimukti Village. Some of the outputs generated through community service KKN activities in Srimukti Village, namely: providing guidance and implementation on how to manage UMKM in a business to the community, socializing the benefits of waste waste to increase economic income, and providing guidance and increasing the potential of children's in the interest read early. Based on this problem, the purpose of implementing service activities is to increase the knowledge and skills (quality of human resources) of MSME actors through labeling training on packaging. The program of training and mentoring activities is carried out through five stages, namely socialization, preparation, implementation of activities, evaluation and reporting. The result of implementing this community service activity is increasing knowledge and creating product packaging labeling. The output targets to be achieved in community service this time are aspects of competency, increasing understanding and skills of human resources (HR) MSME actors and academic aspects, the results of activities will be reported and published in one of the national journals.

This research was used to measure the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the work discipline of Bojong Rawalumbu District office employees. This research is quantitative research whose object is used by employees of the Bojong Rawalumbu District office. This research uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. The number of samples used in this research was 58 respondents. Data processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS 27 software. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a partial effect on Work Discipline (Y). Organizational Culture (X2) partially influences Work Discipline (Y). Simultaneous test results show that Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously influence Work Discipline (Y).

Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia, as a company operating in the technology and information sector, is also not immune from these challenges. In an increasingly competitive context, PT. Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia has a great interest in understanding the factors that can influence its employees' decisions to stay with the company or to resign. One factor that may play an important role in this is work stress and workload faced by employees. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee turnover intention at PT Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative. The results obtained are that work stress is an individual's reaction to a mismatch between job demands and the resources they have, while workload refers to the volume and complexity of tasks carried out by employees. The majority of reasons why people stop working are because they resign, the workload is too high, causing work stress and getting a job offer in a new place. The conclusions obtained include that turnover intention which is influenced by work stress shows that H1 is accepted, turnover intention which is influenced by workload shows that H2 is rejected, and turnover intention which is influenced by stress and workload shows that H3 is accepted.
