Abstract

Usaha agribisnis pupuk organik kotoran hewan di Provinsi Banten saat ini belum sepenuhnya dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang semakin meningkat sehingga kondisi tersebut menciptakan sebuah peluang untuk mendirikan usaha pupuk organik kotoran hewan di Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha secara finansial serta strategi pengembangan. Responden ditentukan secara purposive guna memperoleh data dan informasi dari 5 usaha pengolahan pupuk organik kotoran hewan yang terdapat di Provinsi Banten. Analisis finansial dianalisis berdasarkan nilai NPV, IRR, B/C Rasio dan PP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi pupuk organik kotoran hewan setiap tahun sebanyak 102.000 ton/tahun, rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp 91.301.000 /thn dan penerimaan sebesar Rp 150.500.000 /thn. Hasil perhitungan analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa NPV rata-rata sebesar Rp.15.018.524. Net B/C Rasio rata-rata sebesar 1,49 Nilai IRR sebesar 19,96%. Nilai Payback period sebesar 3,41 atau titik pengembalian investasi pada saat kegiatan usaha berjalan selama 3 tahun 4 bulan 1 hari, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan kriteria secara finansial, usaha ini layak untuk dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, diperoleh empat strategi alternatif. Strategi prioritas dalam pengembangan usaha pupuk organik kotoran hewan adalah meningkatkan pemasaran dengan memperluas pangsa pasar.

Abstract

Longser art, a form of traditional Sundanese performance, faces significant threats from modernization and popular culture. Since 2010, the Bandoengmooi Community has taken a proactive role in preserving this cultural heritage through performances, training programs, and cross-sector collaborations. This study explores Bandoengmooi’s contributions to longser preservation using historical methods, including heuristics, criticism or verification, interpretation, and historiography. The findings reveal that Bandoengmooi not only sustains the physical performance of longser but also revitalizes its form and meaning to remain relevant in contemporary social contexts. Their training initiatives effectively engage the younger generation, equipping them with a comprehensive understanding of longser. Simultaneously, their performances function as a platform for social critique and environmental awareness. The institutional transformation into a formal foundation in 2021 further legitimized their cultural initiatives. Bandoengmooi demonstrates that cultural preservation need not be conservative but can embrace innovative and adaptive approaches to meet modern challenges. This study underscores the crucial role of community-based initiatives in saveguarding local culture heritage, especially amid awakening state support and increasing cultural globalization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of horseback riding and archery at Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid, Bandung, during the period 2015–2022. The research employed historical methodology, consisting of four main stages: heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The findings indicate that these sports programs have developed significantly through the provision of facilities, involvement of professional trainers, and integration into the pesantren’s regular activities, such as tournaments and inter-pesantren competitions. This growth has been supported by the commitment of the pesantren leadership, community participation, and student enthusiasm, despite challenges related to budget constraints, facility management, and limited trainers. The study concludes that the program has been successfully implemented despite these obstacles and recommends improving facilities and adopting similar initiatives in other pesantren to preserve Sunnah sports within Islamic education.
