This was done because previously at the Tumbuan Health Center, they still registered manually, in order to minimize errors in using the system. Then socialization will be given to 4 medical record officers regarding the use of the new system. The method used in this case is to provide pre and post tests to the medical record officer. by giving pre and post tests can find out the understanding of officers before and after being given socialization. Abstract

The web-based outpatient registration information system is a critical component of hospital service management whose effectiveness directly affects patient waiting times and service quality. This study evaluates the web-based outpatient registration information system at Hospital X using a combination of the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model and the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) model. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects consisted of 87 respondents comprising registration officers, medical staff, and outpatient patients selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that the information quality dimension has the highest satisfaction score (3.82/5.00), while the ease of use dimension received the lowest score (3.41/5.00). HOT-Fit analysis reveals that Technology factors have the greatest positive influence on net benefit with a path coefficient of 0.412 (p<0.001). Overall, the system received a satisfaction level of 74.3% (Good category) according to the EUCS model. The novelty of this research lies in the combined application of the EUCS and HOT-Fit evaluation models to obtain a more comprehensive and multi-dimensional picture of the system's effectiveness, which has rarely been applied simultaneously in the context of hospital registration system evaluation in Indonesia.
