Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and supervision on employee work productivity at CV. Chantika Lestari Panyabungan. This research uses quantitative methods with the main problem being whether work discipline and supervision have a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work productivity at CV. Chantika Lestari Connection. The population in this study was the entire number of CV employees. Chantika Lestari Panyabungan numbered 56 people and the results were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research show that work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, but the supervision carried out has a positive impact and has a significant effect on CV employee work productivity. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the concept of teacher etiquette towards students from the perspective of Imam al-Ghazali in the Bidāyah al-Hidāyah book and its relevance to the current educational context. This type of research is library research, with data collection through documentation techniques. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach and using content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, the concept of a teacher's adab towards students from Imam al-Ghazali's perspective there are fourteen, namely: Iḥtimāl (ready to bear the burden), al-Ḥilm (being polite), being seated with authority, avoiding arrogance, being Tawāḍu' ( humble), not fond of playing games and joking, gentle to students, guiding students with low IQ to the maximum, not scolding students with low IQ, not ashamed to say "I don't know", focusing on people asking questions, accepting arguments/arguments, preventing students from studying dangerous knowledge, warning students in seeking knowledge that is not pleasing to Allah, preventing students from being busy studying fard kifayah science before completing their obligation to study fard 'ain science. The concept of the adab of a teacher towards students which has been outlined by Imam al-Ghazali in the book Bidāyah al-Hidāyah, in general is still relevant to the current educational context, because the concept is still in line with educational theories that apply at this time. Keywords: Etiquette of Teachers and Students, Imam al-Ghazali, the Book of Bidāyah al-Hidāyah. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep adab guru terhadap murid perspektif  imam al-Ghazali di dalam kitab Bidāyah al-Hidāyah serta relevansinya dengan konteks pendidikan saat ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif serta menggunakan teknik analisis isi (Content Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, konsep adab seorang guru terhadap murid perspektif Imam al-Ghazali ada empat belas, yaitu: Iḥtimāl (siap menanggung beban), al-Ḥilm (bersikap santun), bersikap duduk dengan penuh kewibawaan, menghindari sikap sombong, bersikap Tawāḍu‘ (rendah hati), Tidak gemar bermain-main dan senda gurau, lemah lembut kepada murid, membimbing murid yang rendah IQ-nya dengan maksimal, tidak memarahi murid yang rendah IQ-nya, tidak malu berkata “Aku tidak tahu”,  memusatkan perhatian terhadap orang yang bertanya, menerima hujah/argumen, mencegah murid mempelajari ilmu yang membahayakan, memperingatkan murid dalam menuntut ilmu yang tidak diridhai Allah, mencegah murid sibuk mempelajari ilmu fardu kifayah sebelum selesai kewajibannya mempelajari ilmu fardu ‘ain. Konsep adab seorang guru terhadap murid yang telah digariskan oleh Imam al-Ghazali di dalam kitab Bidāyah al-Hidāyah, secara umum masih relevan dengan konteks pendidikan saat ini, karena konsep tersebut masih sejalan dengan teori-teori pendidikan yang berlaku pada saat ini. Kata kunci: Adab Guru dan Murid, Imam al-Ghazali, Kitab Bidāyah al-Hidāyah.

Abstract

SanavaCoffee is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the coffee sector, offering a wide range of products such as ground coffee, coffee beans, coffee bracelets, coffee masks, and tea bags. In light of the increasing prevalence of e-commerce in Indonesia, SanavaCoffee has embraced digital technology by utilizing the Lynk.id platform to create a modern e-commerce website. This study focuses on designing a website that is not only effective and interactive but also user-friendly for customers, taking full advantage of the features provided by the Lynk.id platform. The methodology employed in this research includes a thorough analysis of requirements, the design of the user interface, implementation of key features, and comprehensive system testing. The results reveal that the new website has improved operational efficiency by 35% and broadened marketing reach by 60%. Thus, the integration of the Lynk.id platform serves as a pivotal strategy for advancing the digital transformation of SMEs in the coffee industry. Additionally, this study offers practical insights and technical guidance for other SMEs looking to adopt e-commerce technologies, contributing to the ongoing dialogue about digital innovation in small businesses.

Abstract

Abstrak This study reviews the innovation of Islamic banking products, namely Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD), as a solution for productive and transparent waqf fund management. The main objective of the research is to examine the legal basis, operational mechanism, as well as the potential and challenges of CWLD development in Indonesia. The method used is library research and descriptive analysis. The results show that CWLD is able to unite the synergy of social and commercial functions of Islamic banks through clear regulations, appropriate sharia contracts, and innovative fund management mechanisms. This product has great potential to expand public participation in cash waqf and support sustainable socio-economic development. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara literasi keuangan syariah dengan keputusan menabung pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kota Lhokseumawe. Literasi keuangan syariah merupakan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap prinsip dan praktik keuangan berdasarkan hukum Islam, yang diyakini dapat mempengaruhi keputusan individu dalam memilih lembaga keuangan syariah untuk menyimpan dananya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner nasabah kepada BSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan syariah seseorang, maka semakin besar kecenderungannya untuk menabung di BSI. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan edukasi keuangan syariah di tengah masyarakat untuk mendorong pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategic planning to realize an integrated financial information system in Pesantren Al-Ma'tuq Sukabumi. Through qualitative approaches and case studies, this study investigates the current state of financial management in Pesantren and identifies the main obstacles faced. The results of data analysis show that Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School faces challenges in fragmented financial management, with a financial management system that is not integrated, financial reporting processes that are carried out manually, and a lack of human resource competence. To overcome these obstacles, this study designed a strategic planning solution that aims to realize an integrated financial information system. This solution involves the application of good corporate governance principles to increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability in pesantren financial management. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the financial condition of pesantren and provide recommendations to pesantren managers, researchers, and the community to develop an integrated financial management system. In addition, this research is also expected to improve the quality of religious education and general education in pesantren and support the sustainability of pesantren in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning through the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Learning Model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that through the Application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Learning Model, it can improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.89%, the first cycle 68.87% and in the second cycle it increased to 90.32%. Thus, through the Application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Learning Model, it can be used as an alternative to improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and the managerial competence of head of madrasah on the quality of madrasah education in Purwakarta Regency. The research is grounded in the understanding that the quality of madrasah education largely depends on the effectiveness of leadership and the capacity of madrasah heads to manage institutional resources professionally. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). The study involved madrasah heads, teachers, and education personnel as the research population, with a sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. The findings show that managerial competence significantly and dominantly affects the quality of madrasahs (β = 0.489) and positively influences transformational leadership (β = 0.236). Conversely, transformational leadership demonstrates a weak direct effect on madrasah quality (β = 0.066) and does not function as a significant mediating variable. Theoretically, these results indicate that improving the quality of madrasah is more effective when emphasizing the strengthening of managerial competencies, which should be integrated with the values of Islamic transformational leadership. Overall, this study contributes to the development of leadership theories and practices in Islamic education by highlighting the importance of strategic management capabilities supported by spiritual and value-based leadership.
