Abstract

This study aims to provide information related to research trends on Educational Leadership in quality education from 2015 to 2024. Article searches were conducted through a search engine with the Dimensions AI database. The PRISMA method applied in this study or Preferred Reporting Items for Systematics Review and Meta-Analysis. The study results show that Educational Leadership has been studied since 2015 with an interest of 73 articles and continues to increase until 2024; there were 244 articles recorded as of November 16, which is still possible to grow again in 2024. These results indicate that educational leadership is an aspect of interest to be studied further. The articles were selected from Dimensions AI by filtering and sorting scientific works that fall into the Quality Education category and scientific works in the form of scientific articles. The results obtained from the first filtering with the keyword "Educational Leadership" obtained 4152 articles, which then became only 1325 articles because 1797 articles were sorted and were not included in the Quality Education category, and 1030 articles were not in the form of articles. International Journal of Leadership in Education is the journal that publishes the most articles with the keyword "Educational Leadership" with 40 publications. Khalid Husny Arar from Texas State University, USA, is the researcher who has published the most articles related to "Educational Leadership" with 12 publications. From these results, it can be an essential foundation for researchers and all parties to develop research related to educational leadership.

Abstract

This activity was motivated by the significant potential of pepper as a leading commodity capable of boosting community income in Merancang Ilir Village, Berau Regency. The primary objective of this activity was to identify and optimize the benefits of pepper cultivation as a sustainable local economic empowerment strategy. Pepper cultivation was chosen due to its high market value and adaptability to local environmental conditions. The activity implemented a descriptive, qualitative, and participatory approach. Data collection was conducted through field observations, in-depth interviews with farmers and stakeholders, and a structured survey to evaluate income changes and socio-ecological impacts. The research also involved a cost-benefit analysis to measure the economic efficiency of pepper cultivation. The results of the activity showed an average income increase of 35% for the farmer group managing pepper cultivation compared to previous income. Twenty-five farmers joined the farmer group, which actively engaged in collective marketing, technical training, and product diversification, including pepper powder and pepper extract. This activity also strengthened community solidarity and raised awareness of environmentally friendly agricultural practices. In addition to the economic benefits, there were also increased access to education and health services, as well as contributions to local ecosystem preservation through sustainable cultivation techniques. This activity demonstrates that active community involvement in pepper cultivation not only increases income but also strengthens social capacity and environmental sustainability. This underscores the importance of a community-based approach in developing a competitive and inclusive local agricultural sector.

Abstract

Technological advances in the digital era present both challenges and opportunities in the world of education, especially in efforts to instill religious moderation values in the younger generation. This study aims to analyze how deep learning technology can be integrated into religious education to form a generation with character and tolerance. The method used is a literature review, by collecting and analyzing literature from various academic sources such as journals, books, and research reports relevant to the topics of deep learning, education, and religious moderation. The analysis is done thematically to identify patterns of deep learning utilization in filtering extreme content, providing contextual learning materials, and supporting personalization of religious learning. The results show that deep learning has the potential to be a strategic tool in developing an inclusive and adaptive religious education curriculum. This research recommends the need for collaboration between educators, technology developers, and policy makers in designing technology-based education that remains rooted in moderate values.

Abstract

Metode mengajar adalah strategi yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan belajar mengajar. Pemilihan dan definisi metode pengajaran yang tepat mengarah pada realisasi tujuan belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam pembelajaran harus dapat menciptakan pola pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan potensi siswa tidak hanya pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga aspek afektif dan psikomotor. Selain itu pola pembelajaran yang baik harus bisa mendorong siswa belajar secara optimal. Sikap siswa terkait dengan proses pembelajaran merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Jika siswa bersikap negatif pada Pelajaran tersebut maka siswa tersebut akan menjauhi, menghindari bahkan membenci pelajaran itu, Rasa malas dan jenuh akan melekat pada diri siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang memiliki ciri khas penyajian datanya dalam bentuk narasi. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner, studi dokumentasi dan Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi dan penutupan data. Metode mengajar guru merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. oleh karena itu, metode mengajar guru memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan sikap belajar siswa yang bisa menarik minat dan mengkonsentrasikan perhatian siswa kepada mata pelajaran yang disajikan oleh guru. Kata kunci : Metode mengajar, sikap siswa sekolah dasar Teaching methods are strategies used as tools to achieve teaching and learning goals. The selection and definition of appropriate teaching methods leads to the realization of effective and efficient teaching and learning goals. In learning, you must be able to create learning patterns that can develop students' potential not only in cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor aspects. Apart from that, a good learning pattern must be able to encourage students to learn optimally. Student attitudes related to the learning process are something that cannot be separated. If students have a negative attitude towards the lesson, the student will stay away from, avoid and even hate the lesson. Feelings of laziness and boredom will stick with the student during the learning process. In this research, researchers used quantitative research which is characterized by presenting the data in narrative form. Data collection using observation, questionnaires, documentation studies and data analysis techniques through data reduction and closure. The teacher's teaching method is a factor that determines student success in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the teacher's teaching method has a very significant relationship with students' learning attitudes which can attract students' interest and concentrate their attention on the subjects presented by the teacher. Abstract

Indonesia lebih memunculkan sifat keterbukaan dalam kelompok masyarakat termasuk masyarakat termasuk juga moderasi beragama dan yang paling terlihat adalah dikalangan umat islam, apalagi jumlah umat islam di Indonesia lebih dari 237 juta jiwa. Hadirnya Rasulullah Shallallahu Alaihi Wasallam adalah memperbaiki akhlak manusia. Moderasi menjunjung nilai keadaban perilaku manusia agar semakin menyadari bahwa adab mulia patut untuk di perjuangkan Dalam metode penelitian ini dibahas tujuan khusus penelitian, pendekatan metode, latar penelitian, data dan sumber data, prosedur pengumpulan data, analisa data, dan pemeriksaan atau pengecekan keabsahan data. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan desain analisis kualitatif. Kata Kunci: Toleransi, Moderasi, Kehidupan Sosial.
